    At last, connected. Only took @VodafoneAU @NBN_Australia nearly 4 weeks and constant chasing. It shouldn’t have been this challenging & time consuming - clearly something not right, won’t hold my breath for apology or compensation. I’ll treat myself to some @GreysABC #andbreathe

    @VodafoneAU I have a WiFi hub that I have never used (as I have my own router setup). How would I return this to you? Can I return it to a store?

    Great work @VodafoneAU for refusing to help my mum activate her SIM card they sent her a week late, unless she went into a store but ignoring her when she explained to 5 different people that she was in lockdown and it’s illegal for her to leave 5km to go to a store.

    @VodafoneAU She had to pay $1500 out of pocket during a lockdown to fix what you guys stuffed up for her so she could move to a service that would actually work for her. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

    @VodafoneAU guys I'm trying to pay my account. Your myvodafone says transaction cannot be processed, automated call payment says cant processed either.. I'm not sure now how I'm going to pay my bill anymore. help?

    @VodafoneAU I Seriously hate your network in melbourne, is there any place where your network signal is good??? Nowhere Can't even get call or recieve calls and your internet is really bullshit!!!

    we couldn’t connect to our loved ones. Why? Because all of these require the internet. We are now once again headed into stage 4 lockdown with no resolution. @VodafoneAU and @NBN_Australia please share with the class why you still can’t connect something so simple in 2021. (2/2)

    @VodafoneAU last two months I found very poor internet in Truganina, VIC-3029. Even some days, i cant browse. DISPOINTED. I checked your schedule network maintenance, you put almost everyday for maintenance. Why????
