Kent Parkstreet, Laird of ****** (@kentparktweet) reported@Ravenro34003156 @VodafoneAU I’m up to the fourth deadline when the maintenance work is supposed to be done. This one is “a couple of days”, so it means nothing. I’m as cranky about the lies I’m being told as I am about the loss of service.

gary taylor (@ilgt) reported@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I have been with Optus nearly 30 years with no problem, I also ran a Telstra mobile and internet for a while through a business at the same time that was ok but preferred Optus
-
LatinForPearl (@potoroo123) reported@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We had endless trouble about 3 years ago, changed to Belong owned by Telstra. Not a blip since. Good luck. Hope it resolves soon.

Zac (@isaacjroberts) reportedhopefully final update: we signed up to @VodafoneAU today and within 1 minute had a working connection. Cant figure out how to cancel with them dodo fellas but I will be sending them my therapy bill

Raven_rose (@Ravenro34003156) reported@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU Must be problems everywhere. I am finding the service lacking all over the place, including in Bris City. I've been a customer for 21 yrs, but thinking of opting out
-
Glen (@glenpen60) reported@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with TPG & haven’t had an issue for 7 years. $60 per month for internet, $30 phone unlimited
-
WiNTY🐺☕️ (@Wintech3112) reported@TheOrcBard @VodafoneAU If they set up the net in a similar way that they do in the UK, then tertiery companies like Vodafone rent bandwidth from whoever owns the line (in my case it was BT). That meant i was paying for 50mb down & because the UK infrastructure was barely fit for last century, we got 2.

KateRaindrops (@kate_raindrops) reported@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU Been happy with TPG. Also find I get notified of potential issues (which rarely eventuate) but a friend in same apartment block never hears anything from her provider. So communication has been decent.
-
caciocavallo (@favaloresposa) reported@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU We changed to IINET after years of problems with OPTUS. So far (2 years) not one single issue, better speed and if you do have a problem there is a human on the line.

Kent Parkstreet, Laird of ****** (@kentparktweet) reported@VodafoneAU This is the fourth estimated time. Why would I believe it? I asked on two tech dept calls yesterday, were they sure it would be back in service at 6 a.m. today. Both assured be it would. Are you saying I have no phone service for two more days?
