    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    @VodafoneAU I am using a Pakistani number (Ufone) on roaming in Australia. For the first few days, roaming worked fine, but for the past week, it has stopped working. I am no longer receiving SMS messages. Please help.
