    @VodafoneAU how much longer is service going to be down in Bondi? It’s been more than 8 hours already. And there’s been unplanned outages numerous times over the last week. Not ideal!

    @angharadyeo @VodafoneAU Could have used a different phrase. But yes, I hardly know what the customer service teams are like for my providers. Cause I haven't talked to them in years.

    @VodafoneAU terrible service, connect someone chat half hour then tell you they can’t do anything for you,then transfer you to specialist then chat half hour again, then got disconnected. Have to connect again then repeat again and again. F... service

    @VodafoneAU Just allow people to login with username and password, and then implement a PROPER two-factor mechanism like an authenticator app. I just wanted to pay my bill, and something that used to take a minute, took almost 30 minutes... /n
