Andrew Thai Dang (@drydryruins) reported@VodafoneAU I am really interested in porting my secondary number to you as a new customer for mainly international roaming. If stop paying after a while after I come back due to money constraints, is there options available to keep the number connected to you cheap long term?

JAY ☘️☘️☘️ (@jotepPdT) reported@status_is_down @VodafoneAU mobile network is always very weak along Parish Street and Harvest Street in Elara Marsden Park. Now NBN is also down in MP, and Vodafone is very unreliable.

Brax (@rob_braxton) reported@VodafoneAU text messages not working today 9:49am

💧James Williamson (@jimi811) reported@VodafoneAU I'm trying to port my number to a prepaid SIM, but it keeps throwing "Something didn't go as planned. Please try again later." Is there an issue at the moment? Been trying for an hour or two.

AOR 4 Life 🎹⚡💫🇳🇿 (@aor4life) reported@eevblog @VodafoneAU 1.5mb is the maximum. Doesn't mean that you'll hit it each and every session. Bad deal. Don't be fooled by Starlink either. It's a heavily over-subscribed service now, and you'll get dropouts often.

Ryan Emery (@ryanremery) reportedSo the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

Cryptojunkie101 (@Cryptojunkie101) reported@VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless 🤮🤯

Ryan Emery (@ryanremery) reportedSigned up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.

Sarah Clacherty (@ClachertySarah) reported@VodafoneAU It’s a terrible practice. ‘It comes through in minutes’ is an excuse for poor security. Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.

Will (@willbrownsydney) reported@VodafoneAU what’s going on? Really important work meeting and no service.
