Vodafone Australia Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
Hey @VodafoneAU your service coverage keeps dropping down to 3G in Sydney City and between there and the Eastern Suburbs. Please fix or adjust your phone plan charges for the last 48 hours otherwise I’m going back to Telstra.
It's been a terrible time @NBN_Australia and @VodafoneAU, but a promise is a promise, and the tweets are stopping.
@VodafoneAU your reception is getting worse in Sans Souci Area to the point it says no service and also inside #RockdalePlaza no service in Woolworths store
@VodafoneAU I just had an awful experience ringing @VodafoneAU to change plans. I was triaged by an operator overseas for 15 min before getting transferred to an Australian operator, got cut off. Triaged again before getting transferred on hold for 30min. I hung up. Disgraceful service.
@VodafoneAU Absolutely hopeless. Just spoke with @NBN_Australia and the last communication from @VodafoneAU was on the 8th of Feb! No wonder it takes so long if they don't know! Thanks for 'support' guys, going elsewhere.
I swear, @VodafoneAU's slow roll-out of 5G is annoying, but what's worse is they are using the slower 5G band. In the areas I could get 5G, I was getting less than 60mbps while @Optus gets over 200mbps in the same places. I think they chose signal strength over bandwidth.
I've had my fair share of issues with @VodafoneAU through the years but being talked into trading in a perfectly functional phone for a Samsung S21 ultra is definitely beyond annoying, this phone sucks on soo many levels
@VodafoneAU What’s going on with Vodafone’s 4G service? It’s become near unusable! Postcode 2145 is really bad and in 2127 - I’m going from 3G to SOS Only or NOTHING! I’ve got one more payment on my plan...stuck around for YEARS...no more. What’s up PLEASE?
@VodafoneAU is there any known service issues today? My 4G is running like 3G+ not sure if it's the phone or the service.
@VodafoneAU Your call system is utterly useless. I got a text message yesterday to recharge my account and today my service is inactive. I cannot recharge and your menu system is designed to never talk to a person. How do I fix this?
