If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@VodafoneAU I am having trouble with my service. I am overseas, my SIM has no reception and I can't request a login to the MyVodafone app as there seems to be a problem with the app and it keeps resetting to the login page. Please let me know how I can get help!!

@VodafoneAU It’s 3087, our internet has essentially been down since 10pm last night. I’ve missed deadlines and have had to hotspot for work today. Am I going to be reimbursed on my phone bill for this?
