    If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

    @VodafoneAU And, of course, @VodafoneAU is claiming they have to wait 24hrs for my "service number" to change before I can get the FTTP I requested 2 weeks ago. @NBN_Australia says it hasn't received a modification request. Today or 2 weeks ago. Time for the ombudsman.

    @VodafoneAU very disgraceful and unsupportive. I will change to any other service provider. Every other service providers waived off international roaming only for the people who were stuck in Middle East

    @VodafoneAU when is the migration to the new logins occurring ? The app is limited to the new logins and I can’t create a new one because I’m an old customer and your workflow is broken.

    @VodafoneAU If you are going to up the ******* prices of data and **** atleast fix your ******* network! It’s bloody stupid the fact that your internet and data are so **** yet you continue to up the prices. ******* ridiculous
