    If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @VodafoneAU Why is the signal so weak that all my calls get dropped on MS Teams. This is a key area 36, 34, 32, 49Galahad Crescent? Need 2 Switch if this doesn’t work & it’s so embarrassing 2 apologise 2 my customers. U don’t need 2 apologise but resolve this. Suburb:GlenWaverley
