If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@VodafoneAU The irony, I am trying to contact my ISO sister who has bought a dud @Optus simcard they must replace. An hour is a day for me. Mum went to Boost network and all those home black spot problems went away. Find a better log in procedure. Your interface is shite #perthnews #handball

@danilic @VodafoneAU Perhaps they would be happy if I paid them an infinite* amount per month for that service? * capped at 0.0001 cents per minute of course.

@VodafoneAU you are consistently disappointing. The service seems to always be dropping out, now appears even making a simple phone call from home (Melbourne) is a challenge! about time you stepped up or it's time for me to leave

@optus @Telstra @VodafoneAU etc why do you ask #customers and former customers to fill out surveys, when you know nothing well be done as I was asked to fill out several surveys when I suggested improving Optus poor #customerservice but nothing was done as it got worse

@VodafoneAU One of your resellers is yet to pay an invoice for work undertaken. I'd be loathe to switch to a provider that has unethical resellers for their network

@VodafoneAU So when I have a grouped data pool and explicitly say do not limit my speed and im guaranteed that it won't be you have removed my data pool and speed limited my service. Thanks for acknowledging 20 years of me being a customer by making me look elsewhere

@VodafoneAU Hey guys. So as a follow up, after a couple more days of speeds getting as low as 8mbps (!), yesterday and today so far I’m back up to the 90-100mbps expected. Unsure what the issue was but hopefully just a temporary blip that fixed itself!
