    @VodafoneAU Swap and Go is a scam. Happy to take my money every month but won’t provide the service paid for. Damages device and Vodafone refuses to swap. Have to go to Apple and pay $1049 upfront instead and won’t be refunded for 3-4 weeks. MASSIVE SCAM

    @VodafoneAU No one is helping on the call either. Bunch of unsympathetic “support” centre people. Don’t have a clue… I wonder how are you still in business??

    Just had an Australian mobile number call me claiming to be @VodafoneAU customer care, asking if I'd like "redeem" a 30% discount. I'm not a Vodafone customer.
