If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

In January I alerted @VodafoneAU to a fraud - someone had impersonated me & taken out a phone bill in my name. I never heard back from them. Now I have a $5,000 bill from Vodafone & they sent it to a debt collector. This is really stressful & unacceptable. Why didn't they act?

@VodafoneAU and told them that before leaving i contacted your customer case and asked to stop my connection he said that he will convert it into prepaid so that if i will ever come back to Australia i can use the same number. I said ok later on he didn’t converted it because of
