@VodafoneAU Update on Vodafone WiFi routers. Vodafone contacted us and confirmed they only provide 2 types of WiFi routers and none works with old devices with WPA2. They didn't even care to provide an alternative solution. Consider another ISP if you have old Apple devices.

@VodafoneAU can you please fix the 5043 4/5g signal... For the past few weeks I've had to force 3g to get any kind of usable internet connection

@VodafoneAU when are you going to fix your next work issues??? When we have 5g the network is crap, no reception, drop outs and no internet. What are we paying for? It’s been several months and nothing has changed.

@VodafoneAU Got me a WiFi router which does not work my Apple devices, because it is not compatible with WPA2. Do you expect clients to throw their devices away and buy new ones to get them to work with your crapy WiFi router? Submitted complaint and no replied. Terrible service

@VodafoneAU You know @ScottMorrisonMP is dragging the ball when a private organization is willing to help but the public domain seems to not care - thank you Vodafone, I will reach out immediately!

@VodafoneAU If you stop ******* robocalling me I might pay my bill. If you keep ******* robocalling me at 08:00 I'll just change all my services to another telco. Now **** off.

@JoelDTD @VodafoneAU We swapped over after similar problems a few years ago after 7 weeks of bad coverage and Vodafone dismissing our concerns/issues.

  • gabrielammendes
    Gabi M (@gabrielammendes) reported

@VodafoneAU IMPORTANT - Vodafone WiFi routers do not work with old Apple devices. Cannot connect @Apple TV, iPhone4, iPhone5 and iPad2 because their routers do not support WPA2. Reported the problem and they DID NOT provide a solution
