    @VodafoneAU What about Melbourne? Im 10km from the cbd and only have one bar with lagging internet? Why am I having this problem! Restarted phone a dozen times, and still no good? I'll bet I will be charged full price on the bill using half the service

    @VodafoneAU There's nothing your network can do. This has gone on for far too long and I can't get coverage in places 45 minutes out of the city where telstra and optus have no problems in.

    @VodafoneAU has to be literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Smhhhh you tell them not to cancel your NBN. & what they do. Cancel your NBN! I can’t even count how many people I’ve spoken with now. **** go when you work from home !

    @VodafoneAU hi folks, trying to do add ons and a recharge on my mums phone, and after I did the data add-on, we keep getting a sorry we can’t process etc. Is there an issue with service atm? Been trying for a good hour now.

    This week @startrack did not deliver a @VodafoneAU SIM but marked it delivered anyway. Didn’t leave card. ST said it was Voda’s problem, Voda said it was @auspost’s. Aus Post instore said it was Aus Post online’s problem, who said it was ST’s. Merry ******* Xmas.

    @LuiFromTheRadio @VodafoneAU Jesus, have you contacted the Telco ombudsman? Go straight to them. This sort of thing has gone far beyond customer service and is now affecting your credit score and future credit applications
