I'm stumped. Neither @Internode (my service provider) nor @VodafoneAU (my network operator) know or can tell me if I have international roaming available.

@VodafoneAU #VodaphoneAU Officially worse than Telstra now!! Worst Telco in the planet!! I challenge the CEO Inaki Berroeta to actually ring his own customer call centre and see how bloody ****** and frustrating it really is to get any help. #inakiberroeta

@VodafoneAU a key problem with your support channel is tat it is on;y accessible through chat within the app, and information needed to get support is available only in the app, and not available while chatting. This is a dumb plan.

@tommarmstrong @VodafoneAU 100% Aussie broadband. They've been fantastic. Great customer service and no issues with anything (FTTP)! Helped me find the address when it was listed wrong by NBN, and we were connected within minutes. If you go with them, use this referal code to get $50 credit: 7979438.

If you are having a nice day then dont try engaging with the customer service Aibot bot on the @VodafoneAU app. I did get thru to a real person only to have the app crash & now i start again with 'Timmy'.

Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?
