    How bad is #VodaphoneAustralia constantly increasing their monthly plans cost but service just gets worse. I haven’t been able to make calls / use my data for the whole morning. They are not even answering on their useless chat. @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU Can you do anything about the lack of service while aboard a train through Brisbane’s CBD? Roma St station to Central is half dead zone, and Central to Fortitude Valley is 3/4 dead.

    @VodafoneAU Get your network sorted first !! No network to my mobile and I’m on hold for the last 1 hour. There must be a hell of a lot of callers calling to complain

    @JulianBurnside Surely they cannot be worse than @VodafoneAU. Multiple hour long calls to their overseas call Centre and I still have to ongoing issues with incorrect billing.
