@real_xye @VodafoneAU That’s true, a simple answer would have saved me 30 mins of waiting on hold for a NBN tech support.

  • sharkywoo Wendy Robinson (@sharkywoo) reported

@VodafoneAU When will you fix the reception in Marsden Park? Since the ‘upgrade’ last year, I’ve had very poor service, mostly 3G only, sometimes even SOS

  • real_xye xye (@real_xye) reported

@VodafoneAU You need to response my actual question in my direct message, I received your reply but didn’t actually answer my request! Your poor customer service with no action is a well proof you are the most terrible telco in this nation!

  • DrRobCz DrRob (@DrRobCz) reported

@VodafoneAU @networkoutage Hi, my NBN has been very patchy today and yesterday, keeps dropping out and otherwise very slow. Am in Canterbury NSW, but NBNco's status page says everything is OK here. Any more useful info from you at Vodafone?

  • real_xye xye (@real_xye) reported

With NBN wifi networks down across the Northern Rivers would @Telstra @VodafoneAU @Optus make mobile data free in the coming weeks until service is restored?

  • bob_myco Myco_Bob (@bob_myco) reported

@VodafoneAU "My" My Vodafone app? Oh it's not just mine. Have you even read the feedback on the app store lately? You know full well that no amount of messaging is going to solve your broken app! 🙄

@VodafoneAU From what I can tell @VodafoneAU 's carrier settings may be incompatible with @Apple 's iOS15 for data roaming. Would really appreciate a fix for this!

  • dcwhatwhat Jamie Madden (digitalchild) (@dcwhatwhat) reported

Am I in the minority when I think the new @VodafoneAU login system is 10 steps backward? Why would you remove a tried & tested user/pass system in favour of a 'send me a link' and having to rely on your internal systems not breaking. Which clearly don't work.
