    @VodafoneAU You guys are the worst when compromising with late bills and call barring our services, no remorse at all, on alot of occasions, so dont expect us to accept your sorry when you guys dont accept ours half the time

    @VodafoneAU thanks for working on it . i was thinking, when there are issues such as these and service falls back to 3G. But what happens when 3G is dissolved like when 2G was decommissioned?

    @BRFCAustralia @VodafoneAU @boostmobile Half the suburbs I work in here have very limited Vodafone signal, it’s ok in the city but pockets are painful - just makes work hard when you can’t get on the net. I understand today’s issue was a National major outrage, it can happen to any provider. My other main reason is $$$

    @VodafoneAU Is there a reason that you Vodafone were unable to let customers like myself know that there were problems? I have 3 phone plans, we couldn’t make calls or receive calls for 5 hours? Heard about the outage on the News! This, may I say is Very Poor customer service?

    @VodafoneAU and what would have happened if my kid had an issue at school today and they needed to have got in contact with me? Free data is a cop out. Absolute garbage given the length of time you were down. #vodafail

    @VodafoneAU FYI. I think you forgot that there’s another 4G service subscriber here. It’s past 2:15am, at work, and borrowed my workmate’s phone to check my emails! Maybe you should give me a phone with a 5G service to make up to my missed bank transactions!

    @VodafoneAU I wonder who were these lucky customers!!! No connection for the whole day, no calls and not receiving messages as well as being able to send them. Never tell lies to customers. #Vodafonedown #Australia
