  • leebailey11 Lee Bailey (@leebailey11) reported

@VodafoneAU No need, my contract is up this month and I've already started looking elsewhere for my next upgrade. My issue was not only with the outage but the 'gesture of goodwill' that doesn't effect a bulk of your customer base, myself included

  • jiangyin Aeryn 🦉 🏳️‍🌈 🌻 (@jiangyin) reported

@AveryKaeHoward @VodafoneAU The updated birth certificate should definitely be enough proof. If other organisations accepted it without any problems, then your ******* MOBILE CARRIER should too. It's an essential service after all.

  • CAPayne84 Chris Payne (@CAPayne84) reported

Eight years ago I ported out from @Telstra to @VodafoneAU. Now, thanks to ongoing poor network reliability (unrelated to the recent nationwide #vodafail) I’m looking to move back. Six days in and @Telstra haven’t successfully ported my number and have demonstrated (1/4)

  • nigelbyrne Nigel Byrne (@nigelbyrne) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU giving a free data weekend to make up for your network going down when I already pay for more data than I can use isn't much of an apology. Maybe just cut some bucks from my next bill and we'll call it square

  • Bails_Bboy Blake Bailey (@Bails_Bboy) reported

@VodafoneAU Have sent a message but no response for the last 10 minutes....is this a customer service tactic that Vodafone employs?

  • ArchonX Luke Sorrell (@ArchonX) reported

@VodafoneAU so free data as compensation on the weekend, when I’ll be mainly at home connected to my home wifi... useless, I’m a 20+ years customer with a $200 bill each month, a monetary compensation would be more welcome to myself and most other customers.

  • sylmobile 🟣 sylmobile (@sylmobile) reported

I appreciate the gesture by @VodafoneAU to offer free data all weekend to compensate for their recent outage, BUT, I have lots of data anyway, so I don’t get any compensIon - a bill rebate would be a much better option.

  • wombatTrx Bob James (@wombatTrx) reported

@VodafoneAU why is NBN coverage in NW Sydney so crap today. You’d think after your debacle 2 weeks, we’d be getting superior service. The irony is you sent me the txt message today about the 2 days free data for the inconvenience

  • akashicdaddy Daddy (@akashicdaddy) reported

lol @VodafoneAU offering free data on the weekend for their **** up from last week like as if that's gonna fix anything. Once again, data should be free and unlimited no matter what since it does not require any human labour to be produced. Time to change service providers?

  • smiffy Matthew "Smiffy" Smith Wears A Mask (@smiffy) reported

@sylmobile @VodafoneAU I'd settle for an incident report.
