@ItsStarMystique @Optus @VodafoneAU We had Optus before, lucky we changed a few years ago, now with NBN. But we had a very hard time trying to not be a customer of theres anymore, they wouldnt listen to our reason and kept on begging us to stay.

  • ajay_bakshi Ajay Bakshi (@ajay_bakshi) reported

@VodafoneAU NBN not working at our business premises. Your call centre is not reachable

  • FrankLi Frank (@FrankLi) reported

@jemjarzz @VodafoneAU Should’ve switched but I didn’t want to risk any service interruptions during DreamHack and PAX…can’t wait to give ‘em the boot next month

  • peter_rodrick Peter Rodrick (@peter_rodrick) reported

@VodafoneAU your "get link via SMS" means that people can't pay their bills on a desktop PC, only mobile that gets the link. Very poor UX.

  • ColinBoucher ColinBoucher (@ColinBoucher) reported

@VodafoneAU in your Melb central store for 10 mins and not one person come to me to offer help or acknowledge I am waiting for assistance

  • FionaWilsonf Dr Fiona Wilson (@FionaWilsonf) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU ! Any tips on closing an account with you for someone moved back to Ireland from Australia? You provide phone numbers to contact to close the account.. been calling for a week and nobody answers 😕 No email?? Still being charged 😕😕 Please help 🙏🏽

  • lucyelizabethh Lucy Hutton (@lucyelizabethh) reported

When all you want to do is binge watch a show with a friend but your @VodafoneAU wifi is being a proper jerk!! (And it’s 4G back up) 😭😭 I’m too burnt out to deal with this crap! 🥺🥺

  • Prof_Balthazarr Lazy_Programmer (@Prof_Balthazarr) reported

@Telstra, @VodafoneAU, and @Optus : To help Australians stay connected to their loved ones, please wave temporarily call and SMS messages to Iran! Pretty sure you already know the story of #MahsaAmini.

  • CleftChinBoy Cleft chin boy (@CleftChinBoy) reported

First @Optus and now. @Telstra . How is #Australia to feel secure when it’s biggest telcos are dishing out their customer data to Hackers. It’s almost comical how @VodafoneAU was taken to task for a network issue in 2010, but no accountability imposed on these for serious crime!

  • ItsStarMystique Star Mystique (@ItsStarMystique) reported

So... Apparently I was one of the customers affected in the @Optus hack... 🫠 @VodafoneAU is your security better? Because I'm in the market for a new mobile service provider... 🥹
