So frustrating. Ordered an @VodafoneAU sim online through @Officeworks . Sim arrives, can't activate, call support, apparently the store did something wrong or something O.O It's frustrating and I'm not even sure I understand, but that's money wasted I guess.

@VodafoneAU I’ve been paying the bill for this unknown plan because otherwise you cut my daughter and I off — after promising you wouldn’t — but it’s so stressful & unsustainable. U promised to fix but you haven’t. Is the ombudsman the only way that you’ll actually look into it?

@VodafoneAU I’m sorry to do this publicly but I don’t know what else to do. When I joined, another number was on my account. I’ve reported it, sent letter, spent hours on phone to you but nobody gets back to me or does anything. Grant, from support, takes weeks to reply to email
