And with an incomprehensible volume of phone numbers that won’t help in the slightest. Reporting the number to scam watch will have about the same effect as removing one grain of sand from a beach.

So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

I have a Visa debit card instead, it works and looks like a credit card but uses my money. One decision was made - I will never give 1c to @DodoAustralia . Rude, condescending and made me feel I was wasting their time asking questions.
