@VodafoneAU Neither me nor my whole family are continuing service with Vodafone after this month. We've been having issues with Vodafone for the past few months, even after repeated calls to customer service none of our issues have been resolved and on the top of it, this today.

  • SarArn4205 crazieellie (@SarArn4205) reported from Katoomba, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU Excellent news...but didn’t help that I couldn’t access 4G to find out about it until I got home and connected to wifi

  • matt_merro Matt (@matt_merro) reported

@VodafoneAU There has been no service at all since 11am and still nothing. No 4G, no 3G. Your tweets aren't accurately conveying the fact this was a complete outage (at least for some like me).

  • poke_adam84 PokeAdam84 (@poke_adam84) reported

@VodafoneAU I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years think I’ll be looking for a new provider had to go home and use wifi because there is no data even on 3G.

@VodafoneAU I wasn’t even notified that there was an issue... it was only when I went outside at lunch and tried to use my phone It wasn’t working - poor customer service

  • itsharpermate Harper (@itsharpermate) reported

@VodafoneAU This is ridiculous. No service at all

  • CharlieT000 CharlieT (@CharlieT000) reported

@shinyhomo @VodafoneAU For over 24 hours with no way of contacting them and not even an email to say there’s an outage? Never
