If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@Jessica35722222 @ForteyMatt @VodafoneAU **** happens, I’m sure Vodafone have done it on purpose. Why does everyone need compensation when a minor issue occurs.

@SnowManRunicnet @ayushprasad28 @VodafoneAU As a small business, you can’t always afford to have multiple providers. We do split half but We have multiple phones and iPads as a service based business and have lost 10-15k in lost sales, variations, and urgent scheduling to our trades since late morning. Not acceptable

@Its_Yutta @djmelbau @VodafoneAU And still they are messaging about checking my plan health and see if they can upgrade it. Get your network working first before asking for more money :/

@hen_baker @VodafoneAU Would you believe I was just taunted with about 90 secs-2 mins of 4G signal – in the midst of their incredibly vague claim of 4G restoration "progressively over the next few hours" - only for it to disappear again. @VodafoneAU, I hope your profits take a huge bath on this one.

@VodafoneAU You've changed your graphics quicker than you've got the network back up, what a shambles of a provider

@VodafoneAU I am sorry. I have lost all the patience. While their network is down, they are still selling iPhone 5G services in their stores. Terrible

@VodafoneAU Has anyone got their service back yet? @vodafoneAU have been pasting "progressively restoring" everywhere.
