Aidan (@aidan_ow) reported@VodafoneAU I did, they said that my modem had very low frequency and changed it to high. I restarted my NBN box and router. Nothing changed, maybe the upload speed went back to normal but I can't remember if it was slow below or not.

The case only protected the front screen so my camera lens is broken from being in my bag. And even with @Apple care I’m still out $150 when this is @VodafoneAU chermside’s fault
