    If @VodafoneAU actually were proactive in communicating outages as soon as they happened it would reduce the customer rage by 50%!!! But they’ve never actually been good at that imo.

    @VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply. But honestly, I’ve been hearing the same message since 4th of June, and no one has contacted me to fix the issue. I'm really sorry, but at this point, I can’t trust Vodafone or the Vodafone team anymore. Too many promises, no action.

    @VodafoneAU If you are going to up the ******* prices of data and **** atleast fix your ******* network! It’s bloody stupid the fact that your internet and data are so **** yet you continue to up the prices. ******* ridiculous

    As we speak, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, and @Aussie_BB are all down, with no signs of news as to why all 3 are all down at once. I’m calling it - there’s been a massive hack of some sort. #australia #geelong #internet

    @VodafoneAU why do I have to have a link sent to me via SMS to login to my account. No one should be clicking on links in SMS. just because it says Vodafone, doesn’t mean it is. Do you not care about your customers at all?

    @VodafoneAU fix the bloody SMS outage! Trying to pay a bill using internet banking and can’t authenticate the request because the banks text isn’t getting through. How do you stuff something basic like that up?!
