    @VodafoneAU i have migrated my number from postpaid to prepaid in the morning and since then internet was not working. Now since last 2 hrs the complete network is gone and phone showing SOS. I have already spend 2 hrs on phone with your executives they are doing cold transfers.

    @VodafoneAU I was (past tense) trying to port my service. Apparently you have a new process where even after spending 30mins in store signing up, you still have to get an sms link to verify. Part of this includes a facial recognition step - its absolute crap....

    @VodafoneAU i've been in aus a good 9 days and already i'm in shock at the way you treat prospective customers. omg youre actually suggesting you need to do a credit check on a prepaid rolling month by month sim deal ? i think you can get fcked.

    Outstanding work @VodafoneAU. During a pandemic you’ve decide to charge late fees for 3 days late on one phone bill after years of custom. Any telcos looking for a new customer.. @Telstra @Optus

    I swear, @VodafoneAU's slow roll-out of 5G is annoying, but what's worse is they are using the slower 5G band. In the areas I could get 5G, I was getting less than 60mbps while @Optus gets over 200mbps in the same places. I think they chose signal strength over bandwidth.

    @VodafoneAU your service has really pissed me off. You just keep holding off till someone stops complaining. Still no phone service at all no call backs no nothing. Weak as piss.

    @VodafoneAU Your call system is utterly useless. I got a text message yesterday to recharge my account and today my service is inactive. I cannot recharge and your menu system is designed to never talk to a person. How do I fix this?
