@RecliningPanda @Optus @VodafoneAU This might be a good reason to dump Optus NBN (which drops out several times a day anyway and they refuse to do anything about it) and switch to a Vodafone 5G solution.

@VodafoneAU You say that in public but once you get me into a private phone call or chat your support team insists the only way to increase my data is to sign up to a 36 month contract with a device I don’t want.

@VodafoneAU Next time you have technical issues that need fixing a good customer service expects that you send a message to affected customers. My phone had no access to anything for hours 😡😡😡😡

Information for travellers into Australia, NEVER use @VodafoneAU!! We’ve had nothing but trouble since the day we arrived and after being told we can have a refund, they are still refusing to give us our money bank. Countless phone calls and time wasted #awfulservice #vodafoneau

@wrhollingsworth @Optus @VodafoneAU Yea it’s becoming real tempting. The drop outs arnt a problem since we got a nbn tech out and they discovered a splitter with one side not connected to anything and was shittly done. Maybe get a non optus cabler to check things out. Ironically I used to have a cabling license.

@VodafoneAU Please go back to a simple username and password login and allow it to "remember me". This new login via SMS is a pain and seems to kick me out after a few minutes. It's horrible UX, please give that feedback to whoever needs to hear it.

@VodafoneAU your network is absolutely pathetic. Have been in Tasmania and 70% of the time there was no coverage. I am sitting in airport right now and can't even refresh Instagram, let alone watch YouTube. #badnetwork
