    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    How bad is #VodaphoneAustralia constantly increasing their monthly plans cost but service just gets worse. I haven’t been able to make calls / use my data for the whole morning. They are not even answering on their useless chat. @VodafoneAU

    .@VodafoneAU Any one have the same problem Im having with logging in to my Vodafone app. I have complained several times to Vodafone support without any resolution. It is now several weeks and they admitted it’s a problem with their app. Any longer and we must shift to other carriers.
