@VodafoneAU This is completely a lie. Let's re-state it. Absolutely NO DATA SERVICE. 4 hours later, still absolutely NO DATA.

@leebolton910 @laythefavourite @VodafoneAU then cancelling them all without warning or compensation. which is bad CUSTOMER service. bad service, okay, forgivable. but repeated bad service WITH bad customer service too? i think it's fair people are fed up.

@VodafoneAU There has been no service at all since 11am and still nothing. No 4G, no 3G. Your tweets aren't accurately conveying the fact this was a complete outage (at least for some like me).

@leebolton910 @little_roe @VodafoneAU Didn’t you see where I said I have a Telstra sim too? I could re-type it, slower for you, if that would help #VodaFail

I’m seeing many tweets from ride share and food delivery drivers stating that their ability to earn an income has been severely impacted by the @VodafoneAU outage. These people should lodge claims with the mobile network and, if unsuccessful, refer the matter to the TIO.

@VodafoneAU Your coverage area is limited, you're overpriced, you don't have coverage in any of the hospitals (my workplace) and your customer service is a disgrace. Seriously, why do you even exist? Telstra and Optus all the way!! #SackVodafone

@VodafoneAU Neither me nor my whole family are continuing service with Vodafone after this month. We've been having issues with Vodafone for the past few months, even after repeated calls to customer service none of our issues have been resolved and on the top of it, this today.
