He went away, did some stuff out the back, then spent about 15 minutes on perma-hold waiting for customer care. Gave up. I left having spent about an hour there, with no change in the functionality of my service. Very frustrating.

Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?
