    @VodafoneAU The outage has been noted as listing from the 15th to the 24th but the service disruption have been going on for much longer. I feel like I am $90 a month just to get charged $40 extra on my phone.

    @VodafoneAU Hi, thanks for replying. I have called twice. I am told this won’t be resolved until at least Jan 24. I can’t work from home and my phone is now $40 over my monthly data limit because I have nothing working at home. Very frustrated with the service. The 4G back up is not working.

    @VodafoneAU coverage in North Rude, NSW is very bad. Mostly one or two bars. Often 3G. It used to be better and EMEA to have gotten worse recently. Be great to know cause and an ETA for a fix. Stop me from switching to another network.

    Hey @VodafoneAU, how about you send me a feedback request for the call in to your centre where the sales rep lied to me and screwed up my order, rather than the second call to a rep who had to (and did) fix the problem. Then you'll get an accurate snapshot of my experience.
