    I have seen incompetence but @tpg @tpgaustralia is a different level @VodafoneAU , been with both TPG and Vodaphone for 11 Years , hope Vodaphone is able to fix them

    @VodafoneAU Very disappointed with Vodafone! I’ve had a serious issue with them went to the store, called customer service many times, and still no one could fix the problem. Terrible service and unhelpful staff. I just wish someone honest and professional could fix things. #VodafoneFail

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.
