@angharadyeo @chitombo @VodafoneAU The argument (which I disagree with) is that the MNO provides a higher level of service. I am yet to see evidence of this. They charge more money because of brand power, nothing more. (And sometimes better roaming perks)

  • F1nnst3r Finn (@F1nnst3r) reported

@VodafoneAU Seems to be very poor service in highett today. I’m on max bars but nothing seems to be working ...

  • dan_does_disney Daniel Does Disney (@dan_does_disney) reported

@VodafoneAU Can you explain to me why when living in the U.K. all network providers allow you to use your data across Europe, including the US and Australia at no extra charge. Yet you want people to pay $5 a day to use their phone in NZ ?? It’s 2021 !!

  • sev_ince1 Sev Ince (@sev_ince1) reported

@VodafoneAU the tech support told us to enable a wifi calling feature but this only can be done apparently on post paid. I tried to switch to postpaid and they want me to recharge the whole account again despite losing all our money which we loaded into prepay. #loser

  • MattJDrumm Matthew Drummey (@MattJDrumm) reported

@VodafoneAU That’s who told me to turn it on and off to begin with. Second guy said “We have to wait for the power to come back on (In the house - It never went off) as NBN products need electricity!

  • Tezamondo Burdak of Meteorology 🌦️ (@Tezamondo) reported

@angharadyeo @VodafoneAU i'm surprised you had phone service to actually call them hahahahaa

  • ItsMeBraydenOfc Brayden (@ItsMeBraydenOfc) reported

@VodafoneAU My father preordered an iPad Pro and it says its currently being delivered on the tracker, however, when I click "track my order" with the link to StarTrack, it just says Tracking number --- does not appear to have been scanned in our network, please contact your merchant/sender

  • chrismclay Chris McLay (@chrismclay) reported

@ClaireConsider @Telstra @VodafoneAU From what I could work out, only Telstra and Boost have the full Telstra network. Everyone else using the Telstra network is missing sections of the network in the outer suburbs and in the country.

  • james_ferrari James Ferrari (@james_ferrari) reported

@VodafoneAU is there a current outage in Holt 2615? Getting no mobile data but showing full 4G

  • chrismclay Chris McLay (@chrismclay) reported

@ClaireConsider @Telstra @VodafoneAU Because Vodafone uses an eSIM, I could buy a physical Telstra prepaid SIM for my phone and run both if we really needed the Telstra network.
