@nikgrch @VodafoneAU It's ridiculous. Alot of people go optus for optus sports. Once upon a time Vodafone did international roaming which was good when I travelled but now it's crap! I can't get coverage 45 minutes out of Adelaide. ******* joke of a network!

I know this is first world problems and all, but the internet has gone out in my area and my phones bandwidth is basically only good enough for Twitter. Rip World cup. Amazing @AussieBroadband @VodafoneAU. I really need to get around to changing phone carriers.....

@VodafoneAU Total nonsense. I can’t access my account. Have spoken to you people multiple times and you are no help. Vodafone is the worst telecommunications company in Australia. #vodafail

@VodafoneAU not very impressed with my first bill. Got charged full month for a billing period from 02/12 to 07/12. 5 days of use and charged full amount. Not a happy new customer. Should very stayed with the competition. Might have to reconsider 😠

@NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU Thanks Chris. I spent about 4 days last visit going thru this & fixing it. Ur guys were great btw. As its the first holiday for a LONG time & fixing it means being here when techs come by etc - i might just leave this one to stay broken.

@VodafoneAU you have the worst store members and customer service. Working without knowledge and making our life’s harder. I need a freakin assistance from some one who knows how to do their job.

@LuiFromTheRadio @VodafoneAU Jesus, have you contacted the Telco ombudsman? Go straight to them. This sort of thing has gone far beyond customer service and is now affecting your credit score and future credit applications
