@VodafoneAU this new log in feature sent by email is garbage. How long does one need to wait for an instant email. Now I have to wait to get into my own account. By the time the email comes, it has expired. Improve your service.

Also a similar issue with @VodafoneAU reception at Euroa charging location.. Yesterday I started the session fine, but patchy reception meant it took be 15 mins to get enough reception to later stop it. 😔

@vodafoneau Your NBN service is terrible! 3.5 hours on the phone, 2 separate times, both times we do extensive troubleshooting then schedule a time for NBN service and then immediately get a text saying our problem has been resolved. NO IT HAS NOT!

I was just at Hillarys it was so weird when going back home one of the areas were having a power outage and even my phone reception was switching between 1 bar and sos only do phone towers on a backup work on lower power @Optus @Telstra @VodafoneAU
