This is ridiculous @VodafoneAU I’ve received THREE calls today from your call centre & have told all 3 to stop calling. Is it that hard to update your records? I’ve better things to do than spend all afternoon answering Vodafone calls because your team can’t get its **** together

@redruby17 @VodafoneAU @Optus Oh and make sure you don’t cancel your Optus plan. Porting your number (when you sign up to another provider and ask them to bring your previous number) will cancel it for you and ensure you keep your mobile number. Signed, someone who worked in telco for too long

hey @VodafoneAU - i have been waiting on the phone for almost 30mins now & it's the same eveytime. surely you can put more staff on your call centre roster. and the waiting music is horrible

If you're thinking of joining @VodafoneAU don't do it! They took money from me months ago after I was no longer a customer and their advice was to remove my direct debit so they wouldn't do it again. Still haven't returned what they owe despite it being credited to my account
