    @BRFCAustralia @VodafoneAU @boostmobile Half the suburbs I work in here have very limited Vodafone signal, it’s ok in the city but pockets are painful - just makes work hard when you can’t get on the net. I understand today’s issue was a National major outrage, it can happen to any provider. My other main reason is $$$

    @VodafoneAU I just had to spend $20 to get a @boostmobile pre paid SIM card for my old phone so I can work today :( i sadly enjoyed a quiet hour before I knew something was wrong, long time loyal Vodafone customer, seriously thinking it might be time to move on :( #vodafail

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @VodafoneAU very disgraceful and unsupportive. I will change to any other service provider. Every other service providers waived off international roaming only for the people who were stuck in Middle East

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @Celicagirl6 @johncurtin @VodafoneAU Thank you 🙏 Hope you also got connectivity back. My nbn was working. I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. I would have been left with no way to even verify if the problem was with my phone or VodaFail
