@VodafoneAU your service is worse than flakey on the northern end of the Gold Coast (4209) at the moment. It fluctuates from 5G to nothing instantaneously. Any explanation?

@VodafoneAU what's up with your NBN service being down? Customer support say all their systems are down as well, so can't render any assistance. Any status updates?

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU Also, no one can call my old number anymore (they can still txt). Contacted support via chat and told to wait another 48 hours. So I'm going to lose my number for another 48 hours! I transferred my number a few times before never had issues with other providers.

@VodafoneAU How does flubot send an SMS with a spoofed number? That seems like a pretty bad security problem with your network.

@VodafoneAU You have been losing customer base steadily since 2019, and yet still don't want to support your MVNOs with eSIM and VoLTE/VoWiFi when Optus and Telstra have both added support. "How to lose more customers" "Hold my beer" Is that it?

@VodafoneAU Nope you had multiple opportunities to rectify the problem. ALL my services will be with @Telstra at the end of the month. Maybe teach your complaints team how to speak to long loyal customers. #lostme
