    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    I have seen incompetence but @tpg @tpgaustralia is a different level @VodafoneAU , been with both TPG and Vodaphone for 11 Years , hope Vodaphone is able to fix them

    @VodafoneAU what horrible customer service! I had money in my prepaid account to keep my Australian number active (for a year , while I’m living in Europe) credit was deposited into my account and the plan active to expire May 2026. Vodafone went ahead and cancelled my number..

    @VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply. But honestly, I’ve been hearing the same message since 4th of June, and no one has contacted me to fix the issue. I'm really sorry, but at this point, I can’t trust Vodafone or the Vodafone team anymore. Too many promises, no action.

    @JulianBurnside Where is their Call Centre based? Been having a lot of issues with @VodafoneAU, their system is horrendous.
