@wolfcat @VodafoneAU When I was contacted by @kcarruthers a number of years ago about A Serious Issue, I went oh hell, pulled the Big Red Lever and woke up a bunch of folks and had it fixed within like an hour.

  • swearyanthony Anthony B, (@swearyanthony) reported

@joelpmichael @kyhwana @VodafoneAU Sure but I want them to fix the broken crap for everyone

  • dailyju5tin JJW (@dailyju5tin) reported

WTF trying to ring next door neighbour via mobile to landline and I’m now required to enter an area code @VodafoneAU

  • hohum3001 hohum (@hohum3001) reported

hey @VodafoneAU a friend's vodafone router only has fast ethernet (10/100) ports so that's his @Google Mesh can use via the WAN, but he's paid for the faster connection. Google being Google, they don't seem to support a wwlan setup. I don't know mesh. What can I tell him?

  • SimonValentine1 Simon Valentine (@SimonValentine1) reported

Hi @VodafoneAU I hate tweeting complaints but your sales person that called me this morning was rude, pushy, and couldn’t seem to grasp the concept of “please call back later.”

  • canausjo Joanne Motta (@canausjo) reported

Dear @vodafoneAU loyal customer for 12yrs. Try & upgrade ph/swap esim on advice of yr staff. Lose ph#! 6 days in, no call back, 4 calls later noone can help. Super frustrating having no ph. #customerfail #letdown

  • dailyju5tin JJW (@dailyju5tin) reported

@VodafoneAU Is there a MAJOR issue with your network system?...Have had only 1 bar or SOS for a few days now and if I need to make a call gave to go to a shopping centre #nothappy

  • swearyanthony Anthony B, (@swearyanthony) reported

I've been a customer of yours for more than 20 years, back to the 3 days, and your helpdesk's inability to handle a life critical issue and escalate it appropriately is absolutely unacceptable, @VodafoneAU. Fix that stuff.

  • chrishu49189408 Chris Hughes (@chrishu49189408) reported

@VodafoneAU I was forced to leave your network due to poor coverage. When I signed up I was advised that, in that situation, the payments for my phone would continue per normal. You billed be the full amount; I called to challenge it.

  • hohum3001 hohum (@hohum3001) reported

@VodafoneAU ok. It's common for level 1 support engineers to not understand the difference between gigabit ethernet & fast ethernet, so I was hoping I could save him the pain of explaining it to someone. Unless you don't believe me (perish the thought!).
