    @VodafoneAU And now to use your modem, we have to disconnect the service, reset the service and wait another 24hrs. Oh, and we have to do all this ourselves, your staff aren't capable. This is appaling service and if we didn't already have a phone plan, if jave left you. #poorservice

    Hey @Optus and @VodafoneAU, do either of you have any special offers for people bringing over 3 mobiles, mobile broadband and 3 tablets plans. I am sick of the lack of follow through from @Telstra on everything and need to see if I can find a better solution.

    @TPG_Telecom Nope. @VodafoneAU seem to have no idea what it is. They also don't know what the VLAN ID is for vodafone either. Than you for trying to help, its more than we are getting from them at the moment.
