@VodafoneAU currently overseas, my sim is not working so need to contact your support but only way to do this is through TOBI app which requires sms login. why did you remove web chat support? What a failure of logic and customer service!

@VodafoneAU for a brief fraction of time, “My Vodafone” worked. You may of fixed the problem with the SMS login. Pity I don’t get SMS links anymore. #fail Why is your IT department so random?

@VodafoneAU Hi, I am a new customer trying to sign up for a Black Friday deal. I've spent 9+ hours on the phone to try and do so. Sim card arrived but service is still not connected + no one has rung me back as promised. 'Atrocious' is generous, it's more like contempt 👎👎👎

@VodafoneAU is something wrong with your service in Sydney today? Can’t get online to save myself…

  • AngeleneBruce FASD Warrior Mum 🇦🇺🤰🚫🥂🌱🌏 (@AngeleneBruce) reported

@VodafoneAU Okay however I don’t have an issue with paying the bill. I’ve paid it. The issue I have is that @VodafoneAU was sending us texts that enabled people to pay on time and avoid the $15 late fee. Now these texts don’t arrive until after the $15 has been incurred. It seems deliberate.
