I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

I called Vodafone. No help. I have to wait till tomorrow to go into a store to sort it out. What a joke
