    @VodafoneAU Why is the signal so weak that all my calls get dropped on MS Teams. This is a key area 36, 34, 32, 49Galahad Crescent? Need 2 Switch if this doesn’t work & it’s so embarrassing 2 apologise 2 my customers. U don’t need 2 apologise but resolve this. Suburb:GlenWaverley

    @VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out
