    Signed up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.

    @JulianBurnside Where is their Call Centre based? Been having a lot of issues with @VodafoneAU, their system is horrendous.

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneAU I have requested to please waive off my international roaming only for the period of my stay in Qatar. As I was stuck there and needed to use roaming. When I spoke to one the customer care and she confirmed that it would be one time waive off but now it’s not the case
