    @VodafoneAU It shouldnt have never been used as credit though because I called up reguarding the issue on the 8th of February. You guys purposely forced me to wait a month so you could use it as credit instead of giving me a bank transfer as I requested.

    @JulianBurnside Where is their Call Centre based? Been having a lot of issues with @VodafoneAU, their system is horrendous.

    @VodafoneAU Vodafone keep telling me over the phone that they issued a refund to my bank but it never comes. They instead apply it as credit as I instructed them not to do. I call again and they assured me they will fix it. 1 month later it's still credit and nothing has refunded

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out
