Then they sent me a message stating.. “looks like you’re busy...” Ummm no, your service had “technical difficulties”. I was on home wifi which was rock solid. Meh!

Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

So how the f### am I supposed to login or even Recharge. @VodafoneAU needs to go back to biometric login not current.

This happened during the pandemic period,so contact with you was sparse. She did try to resolve this,but was brushed off with arrogant and abysmal service. Solution?

It should be pretty straight forward to limit customers who can spoof senders to an approved whitelist per-customer. Or look for SMSs pretending to be from banks and other institutions..
