Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

In my experience a mass text/email takes some more time to implement, and often by the time you do that, the outage is nearly over. They may be waiting to see how bad it is
