    Hey @ticketmaster and @afl - when buying members tickets this morning only a @Telstra Mobile made it possible not once but twice. The work colleagues I recruited to help me using their @VodafoneAU, @Optus and a PC on @NBN_Australia had zero luck. Why so? #afl

    @VodafoneAU You guys could have just said it’s being done now...but your call centre blames the technician or NBN or make some story or offer back up service..it’s managed so poorly and it’s just a disgrace to get that service at such a cost.

    @VodafoneAU need to fix your online recharge from mobile, it keeps going in circles without letting users recharge their data. Keeps up selling, and in you say no it takes you back around the circle. Terrible

    @VodafoneAU It's not my app it's (apparently) system wide, called support 2 and receive one call back. Monday morning is the best they can currently indicate.
