    @Optus @VodafoneAU Still on the phone for 30-mins and this is a mess. All your staff have no idea. Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

    @SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU Ours is def not that bad but the dropping in and out is annoying. Speed is great when it's on but drops out for a few minutes each time multiple times a day

    @VodafoneAU hey i know you guys are doing upgrades and stuff. but these signal drop outs are ridiculous. i havent had a 4G signal, or any signal, in the last week or so that hasn't dropped out or just disappeared. the least you could do is communicate this better with customers

    @VodafoneAU wifi connection and service is subpar here in the NT 0829 I’ve had little to no connection these last few days it’s been complete **** have complained numerous times to customer service over live chat but have been told there’s maintenance in the area for a week now

    @VodafoneAU It was to tell me that I'd hit 50% of my quota. With only one day before my quota resets. That's not an urgent message. It is, however, an appallingly bad customer experience.
