    @VodafoneAU speed on my phone is absolute tripe atm (4-5mbps). I had a look at network upgrades/maintenance for 3803 and nothing is going on so any idea what's happening?

    @VodafoneAU What is her monthly data usage? She has tried your call centre but has trouble understanding the people. They tell her to check My Vodafone. She doesn't use it. They want her account number. She doesn't have it.
