    Hey @Kogan @VodafoneAU what is the issue that my NBN hasn’t worked for 5 days and now I’m being told I have to wait another 24hrs for someone to press the right button to get my connection back up and running #useless

    @fulltimelegendd @VodafoneAU I reset my network settings which seemed to help but I was also out all afternoon away from Newtown and had 4g no issue

    3) we got a msg saying NBN is connected. But it clearly wasn't. Spoke to 3 reps. 1 of them didn't evn find our acc 👏🏽 We still don't have internet 24 hours later on a work day! We're getting a technician on Mon! TERRIBLE service! should've just switched to optus @VodafoneAU
