    @VodafoneAU Kudos on the top shelf customer service. Upgraded my phone late Saturday, after close of normal business hours. Phone supposed to be arriving this Friday. Instead, it arrived yesterday afternoon. A job well done. Thank you.

    Thanks to @Telstra’s team - I have now recharged with @VodafoneAU so I could file a complaint with the TIO. How’s that for some irony? Worth the $50 recharge. Wish #telstra was able to activate my service after 7 days but nope. It’s now 5:40am - a 4 hour ordeal.

    @VodafoneAU i cancelled my second phone number in November with online support, asked them twice if it was confirmed, and have been charged for this second sim on my last two bills! what do i have to do to get this number cancelled and my money back?!

    @VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU my issue has been on-going with lots of frustrations and disappointments on my end... I have to follow up my case again today, spend 1 and a half hour on chat box, with lots of waiting and transferring... no luck still! complain reference no.3-2837176369988
