@lebaraau worse service ever. Recharged 3 days ago and cut up my service. Almost in accident and cannot use sim after recharged. @VodafoneAU can do better! Do not get Lebara unless want to be in accident and cannot call emergency services because service cut!

.@VodafoneAU I’ve terminated by mobile account and abandoned my plan to set up a data only SIM for my iPad, after condescending ageist behaviour from a staff member at your Broadway outlet. More staff development needed. An official complaint also lodged. #ageism

@VodafoneAU this is absolutely ridiculous. 3 continuous weeks with no mobile data or internet. I cannot call or receive texts when i am out of the house. Your help line didn’t help at all. This needs to be fixed. I can’t believe i just locked into a 3 year phone plan. Ridiculous
