    @VodafoneAU No need, my contract is up this month and I've already started looking elsewhere for my next upgrade. My issue was not only with the outage but the 'gesture of goodwill' that doesn't effect a bulk of your customer base, myself included

    @VodafoneAU appreciate the offer of free data this weekend due to last issues but as a customer on ‘unlimited’ data, it makes no difference to me. Maybe a separate offer for those impacted on unlimited plans?

    @AveryKaeHoward @VodafoneAU My ex had this exact same issue and left them because of it. Refused to change her dead name even though it's not even her legal name anymore.
