    @VodafoneAU has somehow borked their network so badly that SIM 1, the one they actually gave me, no longer appears as installed in the first place. Not "searching" or "SOS only" - just gone completely. While SIM 2, from the OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD, is ROAMING ON THEIR NETWORK?

    @VodafoneAU I've been complaining about the pathetic login system for months, but nobody ever does a thing about it. I just want to be able to login to a webpage, get an authenticator code - (app or SMS) - and be allowed in. Shouldn't take 30 minutes to pay my bill.

    @VodafoneAU After 5 days of waiting for AirPods Pro 2 which I have preordered from live chat, I got to know that the my order was failed and they didn’t even inform me, I have to contact them to know my order status.TOTALLY KILLED MY EXCITEMENT FOR NEW AIRPODS!Never expected this

    @VodafoneAU your "get link via SMS" means that people can't pay their bills on a desktop PC, only mobile that gets the link. Very poor UX.

    @VodafoneAU If any of the order is failed during processing, your responsibility is to inform the customer. You just waste my time Can’t believe! I was literally waiting for the AirPods Pro 2 for 5 days and you didn’t even inform me that my orders was failed during processing!
