    Truly, nothing is set up to support people who need to report harassment. Even though I finally qualify for @VodafoneAU to investigate, I had to call their regular number, hold for 10 minutes and the employee helping me asked if I wanted to make a payment at the same time.

    Hey @VodafoneAU your service coverage keeps dropping down to 3G in Sydney City and between there and the Eastern Suburbs. Please fix or adjust your phone plan charges for the last 48 hours otherwise Iโ€™m going back to Telstra.

    @VodafoneAU Hey Vodafone Australia, I've just discovered you are using auto-renewal billing to continue to charge me for an Aussie SIM that I purchased in Aus pre-COVID. As an American I have not been allowed into Aus for over a year now, and you won't let me cancel online

    @VodafoneAU Don't you have a 24 hours service anymore? A recorded message says contact Vodafone between 8 am-10pm Sydney hrs. What happened your call centre in India? The quality of your service has dropped, so I expect I'll look elsewhere for a better service provider.

    Logging on to see โ€œwhy didnโ€™t they report?โ€ discussion about the Parliament House assaults after spending my lunch break logging a complaint about menacing phone calls Iโ€™ve been receiving since November. Iโ€™ve finally qualified for @VodafoneAU to investigate. After 4 months.
