I just know @VodafoneAU has been giving me so much headache this week that I would never recommend it to anyone and will for sure tell my friends who has an account with them to change. Poor service and customer help

@MRowlandMP @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU I have asked for many weeks for my NBN connection to match the speeds I have been paying for. 2 appts and the NBN never told me they cancelled. I waited 2 half days for a technician. I have a third appt. Why the NBN treat me like a fool?

@VodafoneAU Yesterday I traded my old device and I just got a TXT saying the credit is being spread over 36 months. I was told during my upgrade that I can have the credit applied as a whole. Also, your chatbot is broken and does not connect you to a person.

@3bsBruce @SydGuy78 Process was simple as with @VodafoneAU - on the new iPhone just went to settings > mobile > add eSIM from nearby phone - took a few minutes😳😳 Surprised the others are having such a hard time. You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.

@VodafoneAU Two things. 1. After attempts by your technical team the login still doesn’t work. 2. Your new Netcomm modem is worse the previous device. Speeds at 10Mbps. I’m on a premium plan. You really suck #fail
