@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU ALDImobile and Boost both have amazingly cheap mobile plans backed by the Telstra network. For a good low-cost ISP it’s hard to go past Exetel.

@VodafoneAU Very disappointed, I am loyal client with Vodafone since 5 years.I just had Sams Fold4 and request for trade in my old note8. The repres asked me to fix the screen and come back. I fixed the screen and paid $370 and now they said cannot be trade in due to other reason

@VodafoneAU Worst customer service ever. I did not receive any internet service for last 15 day and Vodafone unable to fix the problem, all ways give me 72 hours of time frame & after finish 72 hours then another 72 hours after 15 days without internet and being compromised

@VodafoneAU Yet again I have to get out of my suburb in order to get voicemails. I was told after upgrades in my area ending on 4/8 this problem would stop. It hasn’t. Look forward to hearing from you.
