    @VodafoneAU I had an outstanding bill, called support and was told I would be reconnected if I paid it, I paid the amount in full, the next day instead of being reconnected I got a new bill to pay off the entire plan, can't call support or log in because my phone has no service.

    @kaymojojo @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU I had so many problems trying to get it at our old Canterbury place. Even though it was in the area, they wouldn't add it to the address as it was a business address, even though we were in the flat upstairs. Ridiculous. Had to stay on ADSL until we moved!

    @VodafoneAU what a stupid login system.. how do I login from my computer when the only way to authenticate is by receiving an SMS? How do I use the login link in SMS on the computer- email the link to myself?? 👏 worthy??

    hey @VodafoneAU can we get better filtering on incoming calls & smses? I get the tech you're using is a bit antiquated but surely you can verify network entry? I just got a call from "Vodafone services" who wanted me to "press 1 to get connected" or risk "disconnect landline"

    @KoganMobile Why Kogan Mobile has very poor connection in my area, with only 3G signals, or even no signals at all ? Understand Kogan Mobile is covered by Vodafone Network. @VodafoneAU #KoganMobile
