    @VodafoneAU For the last 4 days, network in CastleHill (NSW 2154) is terrible with multiple call & internet drop. Called 1555 only to find out planned maintenance 13-18 sep. No info to consumer. 1555 Customer rep (Natasha) disconnected. Poor service. Time to switch to @Telstra

    @VodafoneAU Is prior intimation to customers not expected? It has impacted work and day to day stuff. I have 3 devices with Vodafone and all impacted. And your customer care doesn’t offer any support or compensation. They disconnected my phone.

    @VodafoneAU what is happening with your support page? Chat online, doesn't work, call us with error..!!!! Really Vodafone.... terrible. I have issues with network, where my speed was 100mbp to 7mbp .... what's going on????

    @VodafoneAU totally waste of money specially these days.I’ve been with Vodafone for 6 yeas. But now i had enough. No customer service! You can’t contact customer care and can’t log in to my Vodafone too. Zero recommendations.
