    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU And, of course, @VodafoneAU is claiming they have to wait 24hrs for my "service number" to change before I can get the FTTP I requested 2 weeks ago. @NBN_Australia says it hasn't received a modification request. Today or 2 weeks ago. Time for the ombudsman.

    @VodafoneAU trying to reset my password & put in my email/DOB - but never get the code to my email to continue. Tried a few times now & still no luck. Checked spam too before you ask.
