Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

Then they sent me a message stating.. “looks like you’re busy...” Ummm no, your service had “technical difficulties”. I was on home wifi which was rock solid. Meh!
