Ange Ferguson @angeferguson@mastodon.au (@ange_ferguson) reportedWhat a great way to lose a customer @VodafoneAU! Send me a text saying you’re increasing my monthly bill by $5. Took me all of 10 mins to find and change to another provider for a better deal at a lower ongoing rate, plus a six month 50% discount.
-
Ryan Emery (@ryanremery) reported@VodafoneAU And, of course, @VodafoneAU is claiming they have to wait 24hrs for my "service number" to change before I can get the FTTP I requested 2 weeks ago. @NBN_Australia says it hasn't received a modification request. Today or 2 weeks ago. Time for the ombudsman.

Kubilay Kocak (@koobs) reportedUgh, @VodafoneAU’s computerised IVR voice is absolutely HORRIBLE.
-
Pradip (@Yourboypradip01) reported@VodafoneAU @Telstra @Optus what's happening with your network ? I cannot access to 4g and 5g and network keep crashing? Very poor service from big company like yours. Time to switch Telstra or Optus !!!!!!
-
Professor West Wing Fried Chicken Shack (@garystark) reported@VodafoneAU same outcome. Frustrating. He went away, did some stuff out the back, then spent about 15 minutes on perma-hold waiting for customer care. Gave up. I left having spent about an hour there, with no change in the functionality of my service. Very frustrating.
-
Megan Feeney (@meganefeeney) reported@fulltimelegendd @VodafoneAU I reset my network settings which seemed to help but I was also out all afternoon away from Newtown and had 4g no issue
-
Jean-Paul Bartolomei (@ultimablackmage) reportedThanks to @Optus & their ongoing "upgrade" to my tower, killing my @VodafoneAU mobile service on top of my 5G Home Broadband... I found out my sister spent an hour trying to call me about a family death! I literally got a call AFTER leaving the cell tower covered area! 🤬

AK (@AKtech2021) reportedThe way @VodafoneAU rolling out the 5G , its a ******* disaster , @VodafoneAU 5G should be called 4Gx , its slow , bad coverage and you cant compare it to the superior @telstra 5G
