    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU Vodafone customer policy is to threaten customers to pay a week early or be fined. This is fraud but Vodafone doesn't care because they have government support to committ fraud

    @VodafoneAU Why is the signal so weak that all my calls get dropped on MS Teams. This is a key area 36, 34, 32, 49Galahad Crescent? Need 2 Switch if this doesn’t work & it’s so embarrassing 2 apologise 2 my customers. U don’t need 2 apologise but resolve this. Suburb:GlenWaverley
