    @VodafoneAU current customer here: please stop calling me with call centre sales calls. I don’t want sales calls. Any more and I’ll switch phone providers. The frequency of calls is over the top. Thanks.

    @Optus @VodafoneAU Still on the phone for 30-mins and this is a mess. All your staff have no idea. Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

    @Optus @VodafoneAU Hi @Optus I have DM you guys just waiting to hear back! Turns out you also have not updated the new deal for my wife either. Really really poor. If this doesn’t get sorted today will be returning phone and going back to @VodafoneAU or @Telstra

    @VodafoneAU I rely on mobile internet to take payments... If only people would still have cash it would not be such an issue... But "muh covid" "muh cash is too much of an hassle"

    While @VodafoneAU has a total outage on 4G. Its claim that 3G data is still working certainly doesn't hold for me. A major network that can't ensure its basic operations really needs to have good look at its contingency plans.

    @VodafoneAU Network disruptions have become a part the service for months now. No internet/network for more than 3 hours today. My Team uses Vodafone, this new level could be the worst 3rd rated service provided.
