Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

Staying with @Telstra for a new iPhone. Terrible experience. Guess you need a 7-figure income to sign up for a $40 plan with @VodafoneAU.. Ludicrous.

The reason it was wrong was because you accidentally disconnected my number. I asked to reinstate everything back to… 1/2

Today a #Vodafone store refused to sell me a phone -- that had a clear retail tag -- because I wanted to pay it outright & not go on a payment plan. Apparently, I could save $1K... but I just wanted to buy the damn phone! FFS!
