    @SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU @Speedtest I'm getting 9.4mb/s down wireless which is fine for me

  • jon_benj Jonathan Benjamin (@jon_benj) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@VodafoneAU current customer here: please stop calling me with call centre sales calls. I don’t want sales calls. Any more and I’ll switch phone providers. The frequency of calls is over the top. Thanks.

  • c_verdicchio Christian Verdicchio (@c_verdicchio) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Optus This is a joke. Now your telling me I have to pay more than agreed. This is pure theft. If you want to discuss how about you call me for once directly and maybe try reading your notes first before asking the same questions. Should never have left @VodafoneAU. DM me for a number.

  • iEmRollin Emily Fung (@iEmRollin) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@andrewfosterau @VodafoneAU Telsta’s 4G mobile backup on the modem works like shit as well.

  • trimbowlme Fresh PrinceofBelair (@trimbowlme) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU Ours is def not that bad but the dropping in and out is annoying. Speed is great when it's on but drops out for a few minutes each time multiple times a day

  • c_verdicchio Christian Verdicchio (@c_verdicchio) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Optus @VodafoneAU Still on the phone for 30-mins and this is a mess. All your staff have no idea. Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

  • seansmith_au sean smith (@seansmith_au) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@VodafoneAU I had a chuckle today when I was on a Vodafone chat. Their service after 10 minutes of chatting just shut me off. Then they sent me a message stating.. “looks like you’re busy...” Ummm no, your service had “technical difficulties”. I was on home wifi which was rock solid. Meh!

  • DivaDiaspora Dr Fidelma McCorry (@DivaDiaspora) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@VodafoneAU seriously if I can’t through or someone doesn’t call me I am going to lose it. I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

  • c_verdicchio Christian Verdicchio (@c_verdicchio) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Optus @VodafoneAU Hi @Optus I have DM you guys just waiting to hear back! Turns out you also have not updated the new deal for my wife either. Really really poor. If this doesn’t get sorted today will be returning phone and going back to @VodafoneAU or @Telstra

  • seansmith_au sean smith (@seansmith_au) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Vodafone chat service is far from it! 20 minutes on computer and no reply. Now on mobile and no response for 10 minutes and counting since initial chat started. Poor. @VodafoneAU #vodafone

Vodafone Australia Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JustAnotherCat_ Just Another Cat 🐈 🇺🇦🇦🇺 (@JustAnotherCat_) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with Telstra and they did the same thing. ‘Improvements’ that meant little to no coverage for weeks. I made a complaint, why should I pay for a service that’s non existent. They gave me a credit on my bill and service was restored the next day.

  • kentparktweet Kent Parkstreet, Laird of ****** (@kentparktweet) reported

@VodafoneAU This is the fourth estimated time. Why would I believe it? I asked on two tech dept calls yesterday, were they sure it would be back in service at 6 a.m. today. Both assured be it would. Are you saying I have no phone service for two more days?

  • nellophonic Neil Brennan 🌊 (@nellophonic) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU ALDImobile and Boost both have amazingly cheap mobile plans backed by the Telstra network. For a good low-cost ISP it’s hard to go past Exetel.

  • jccrealdeal jcc (@jccrealdeal) reported

@VodafoneAU do you have service in Birdsville qld

  • Murdochcrazy JAZZY J (we live in a) (@Murdochcrazy) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU For the last month a company has been laying fibre cable down our street (& surrounds - Yarraville) - can't remember name (haven't heard of it before) & workers doing the job didn't know if they were retail or wholesale providers... 🤔

  • Ravenro34003156 Raven_rose (@Ravenro34003156) reported

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU Must be problems everywhere. I am finding the service lacking all over the place, including in Bris City. I've been a customer for 21 yrs, but thinking of opting out

  • isaacjroberts Zac (@isaacjroberts) reported

hopefully final update: we signed up to @VodafoneAU today and within 1 minute had a working connection. Cant figure out how to cancel with them dodo fellas but I will be sending them my therapy bill

  • FreoPunter Michael-G (@FreoPunter) reported

@VodafoneAU No thanks! I’m look at getting out of this contract (albeit less than 2 months into it), pay the balance of the handset fees and walk away. I made the mistake of not checking reviews first before signing a plan to your horrendous service.

  • kentparktweet Kent Parkstreet, Laird of ****** (@kentparktweet) reported

@Ravenro34003156 @VodafoneAU I’m up to the fourth deadline when the maintenance work is supposed to be done. This one is “a couple of days”, so it means nothing. I’m as cranky about the lies I’m being told as I am about the loss of service.

  • Wintech3112 WiNTY🐺☕️ (@Wintech3112) reported

@TheOrcBard @VodafoneAU If they set up the net in a similar way that they do in the UK, then tertiery companies like Vodafone rent bandwidth from whoever owns the line (in my case it was BT). That meant i was paying for 50mb down & because the UK infrastructure was barely fit for last century, we got 2.
