    @VodafoneAU seriously if I can’t through or someone doesn’t call me I am going to lose it. I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

    @Optus @VodafoneAU Still on the phone for 30-mins and this is a mess. All your staff have no idea. Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

    @VodafoneAU current customer here: please stop calling me with call centre sales calls. I don’t want sales calls. Any more and I’ll switch phone providers. The frequency of calls is over the top. Thanks.

    Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with you recycling phone numbers?! I PAID to keep my old number and now find out someone is using it. My old number is used to receive security codes. I’ve had it for over 10 years!!! I use it when I’m in Oz, it’s MY number - please fix this!

    As a web developer I learned that @VodafoneAU network blocks traffic to locally hosted web servers using ngrok (for testing purposes). I used my mobile phone to connect to local server running on my computer, but it didn’t let me connect to it. The work around was to use a vpn.

    @VodafoneAU so I now owe Vodafone $745.62 for something we already paid, but Vodafone messed up. Then the support agent just ended the call because it’s a bit awkward dealing with a customer you’ve just illegally scammed over $1400 from. Not happy.

    @VodafoneAU I think as a business we should also ensure not to impact the customers and charging customer for your down time is not fair. And it is not 1-2 hours but it is from last 4 weeks.

    @VodafoneAU As we are getting charged for these services don't you think, we as a consumer must be informed in advance. My experience has not been good with Vodafone switching my network.
