Also, @VodafoneAU can go **** themselves. Loyal customer for 23 years, and for no reason (and still noone knows how or why) my nbn account got closed. And again for no known reason, I can't set up a new account because I'm not passing credit check.Never been late with a bill ever

@VodafoneAU Whats with my 5G modem just suddenly losing internet? Have to restart to fix, and 45 mins on hold on your tech support and no answer, despite being told you're open to 10pm on a Sunday. Also I'm pretty sure you've dropped our speeds after our free month too.

@vodafoneau - classic case of "it doesn't matter if you WFH we are going to conduct maintenance on our services during business hours" 4G backup doesn't work - maybe was just a selling points to keep up with Telstra... 4G hotspot from my phone is at speeds of around 0.1-0.2....

@VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU I have done it 4 times. I have a momdem from iinet and Vodafone have both services. I work as IT support for a financial company at the GOLD COAST. the problem is not the modem is your service. I have to swap to iinet. I haven been testing the. Which should I keep?
