    When you’re WFH and @vodafoneAU constantly drops out of signal (NO signal for the past 2 hours), and internet does not work. Been on hold for 1hr+ on tech support team but when you call their plan upgrade or business line, they pick up within minutes. Priorities, am i right?

    @VodafoneAU Not only that but I’ve been a loyal customer with you guys for 18 years, never went to the competition (who mind you at this rate are looking like a better option). I’d rather pay more with the strong competition than be constantly pulling my hair out.

    @VodafoneAU Don't be thanking me for my patience. You assume way too much. I thought my old iphone 8 had worn out and I nearly went and bought a new one. Lucky for you I didn't. Free data will not satisfy me. You need to penalise yourself for your crap service. Just about had enough from you

    @VodafoneAU What about those of us who never go through their monthly data, what benefit is that to us? I would prefer an actual explanation of exactly what went wrong and what Vodafone are doing to prevent it happening in the future.

    @VodafoneAU @VodafoneAU I run a very busy Massage company with 6 staff relying on your service for telecom bookings. Leading into the weekend and including Fridays outage, we are down 70% in intake bookings and you wish to supply some free data? Still waiting on call back offered 20hrs ago?

    @VodafoneAU I’m on my last tether with you guys, I really am. Not just with the mobile service constantly dropping out, I’ve tried to sign up for your NBN for months now, an appointment date was set, 4 hour window. No one turned up. Again. Pick your act up guys seriously!
