@VodafoneAU after that NBN outage a few days ago our internet has been real shoddy *more then usual* is it running at full speed or it's still getting fixed? Would be good to know what's the Go.

@VodafoneAU I contacted your call centre on 20/12/2022 & instructed the operator to terminate my NBN service immediately. I was told this would be actioned. I have since received a notice of another direct debit. Please contact me to rectify this ASAP

@Telstra Getting relegated to **** seats or $900 tickets due to this? Seriously? 🙄 Sounds far from a "Feel Good Time" to me. Between this and Optus' data breach, @VodafoneAU seems like the best major telco currently.

@VodafoneAU I tried to activate an eSIM on my new phone. Before I could receive my Confirmation Code via text, they cancelled my physical SIM. I can't receive texts now. I called Vodafone. No help. I have to wait till tomorrow to go into a store to sort it out. What a joke

@VodafoneAU Why is it SO difficult to log into the app & the website. Login links constantly fail. Trying via website on laptop sends a link to my mobile meaning I can't sign in on laptop. Total nightmare
