  • VladimirAus Vladimir Roudakov (@VladimirAus) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Hey @VodafoneAU 👋 How can I cancel additional phone number without waiting for hours and without talking to your unhelpful staff?

  • 22DanielleM Danielle (@22DanielleM) reported

@VodafoneAU hey team, once again there is an issue in Collie 6225. Only have Voda R not 4G. Nothing listed on website but there definitely is an issue. 3rd time in what, 1.5 weeks?

  • RecliningPanda Reclining Panda (@RecliningPanda) reported

@wrhollingsworth @Optus @VodafoneAU Yea it’s becoming real tempting. The drop outs arnt a problem since we got a nbn tech out and they discovered a splitter with one side not connected to anything and was shittly done. Maybe get a non optus cabler to check things out. Ironically I used to have a cabling license.

  • wrhollingsworth William (@wrhollingsworth) reported

@RecliningPanda @Optus @VodafoneAU I had NBN techs out and they replaced everything but it made no difference. The Optus support acknowledged the problem was on their end but then slammed shut on doing anything about it.

  • cryzxibb Crys (@cryzxibb) reported

@VodafoneAU what happens with the service in Inner West?

  • claynufc TheAussieMag 🇦🇺🏁 (@claynufc) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@VodafoneAU you’re reception is garbage. I have 3 bars of 5G and nothing is loading don’t get why I pay for your services.

  • SpudontheTracks Andrew Tate (@SpudontheTracks) reported

Living a mere 5kms out of Warrnambool and @VodafoneAU is as good as useless. The @Telstra line is not much better - and they couldn’t fix my blackspot in bloody Fitzroy!!! Past time the feds of @auspol fixed appalling neglect of regional telecommunication!
