@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU NBN “upgraded” our street for fiber coming soon, and completely screwed our copper. Just our house. 2 weeks of complaints to the authority to try and get them to fix it finally got it resolved. Daughter was working from home at the time couldn’t do diddly squat.

@VodafoneAU Worst customer service ever. I did not receive any internet service for last 15 day and Vodafone unable to fix the problem, all ways give me 72 hours of time frame & after finish 72 hours then another 72 hours after 15 days without internet and being compromised

@VodafoneAU your 5G service has been dropping in and out continuously for over 24 hours. You gave me the hard sell to switch from NBN and it’s honestly AWFUL. It may be the thing that makes me leave VF after 20 years!

My wife was using @VodafoneAU $5/day roaming & doing fine, just too expensive for long holiday. However, saving $ now both via @airalocom is not worth it when spend forever trying to get data. Or, worse, fail to receive important messages! (leading to fights with tired spouse)

@VodafoneAU any plans to fix the Android Vodafone app? Have never been able to log in once since the new version launched, and judging by the countless number of 1 star reviews I'm hardly the only one who thinks an app that can't even log you in is functionally broken and poor.
