@VodafoneAU I was promised 12 mths of Amazon Prime when I updated my phone & plan in Sept. No instructions Text or emails how to activate. Was told to get App in Late Oct. Now charged $6.99 mth (shd B free 12mths) customer service is useless. 22yrs loyalty counts 4 nothing.

So the told me to call customer care. I’ve been on hold with them for 45 minutes now. Bloody terrible @VodafoneAU. All I want to do is receive text messages. I’ll be cancelling today. *********.

@VodafoneAU how can I be in a rather large Victoria regional town, in one of the busiest areas on the south west coast and still barely get reception or load a damn google page?... let alone check work emails! not good enough.

  • JudyAnnMarshall Judy Marshall (@JudyAnnMarshall) reported

@VodafoneAU 7 weeks multiple calls still waiting on my iPhone. Feed up with calling the call centre in India; getting the same response we'll send an email to the back end team to despatch a phone to you. Vodafone get your act together - provide proper service for your customers

  • mintycampbell Anthony Campbell (@mintycampbell) reported

@VodafoneAU You respond to a tweet immediately because it’s in public and it makes you look good. I’ve sent you 3 DM’s in the last 45 minutes and no response. It looks like customer service only exists when the public can see it!! ********* @VodafoneAU By the way, I’m still on hold with you

I thought nbn Internet was meant to be quicker/better because it is based off a cable? Gosh I hope ive done the right thing by going with @VodafoneAU because it’s not great and keeps swapping to the 3/4G. Might have to jump online and check service.. 🤔
