    @VodafoneAU I got an sms saying it's $10 per GB if I go over my limit. That's a bit pricey, but I don't really have a choice since my ADSL+2 has been down for 3 weeks. You should change the pricing to $5 per GB when over data limits or better yet, $1 per GB regardless of over limit.

    I try @VodafoneAU NBN and abandon it well within the 30 day trial period. I return the modem to a Vodafone store TWO weeks ago as required. Now they charge me for it. The support guy tells me to go back to the store and "tell them to contact Vodafone". <blank>

    @VodafoneAU internet connection is poor both on mobile data and home NBN today; no connection with some apps at all in the daytime. I should not have connected mobile and NBN to one supplier…

    @HSBC_AUS @sengptsudipta Please work with @VodafoneAU to fix the problem. It doesn't matter if the problem is at your end or someone elses. If many people cant access you... they will stop being your customers.

    @VodafoneAU Just spent past hour transferred from 1 end of India to another to fix up a bill discrepancy. GO **** yourself. I don't have time to waste, when YOU, want my money. You can now sing for it. Whilst on hold all I hear about is the new app. How about getting more staff.

    @VodafoneAU Hi please don’t do DM to try to hide the issues. Let’s talk about here. Start from 11.30 this morning I can’t send and receive WeChat messages using Vodafone network. Other networks works fine. It’s definitely your Vodafone problem. Please solve it ASAP
