    @VodafoneAU Daughter gets a new flip, hinge damaged Samsung say under warranty replacement. 1mth later, no call. Vodafone says, "Not our problem." 10 yrs 3 phns internet your CS is shite & you've lost this account next contract renewal.

    Hi @VodafoneAU will you transfer over deferred device payments from @Telstra? Along with home broadband? I pay over $400 a month to Telstra and have never received worse customer service in my life. Happy to give you the $400 a month if you can help me. Thank you.

    @VodafoneAU Why are my family and friends only just receiving text messages that I sent on New Year's Eve and New Year's day? They are Telstra customers. Why were Vodafone customers not told about this issue? Very frustrating. From a loyal Vodafone customer.

    @joedmiso @VodafoneAU Yep same I've had the same issue though mine started like mid December. I'm like 50 metre from a tower. Strong signal no bandwidth.
