  @angharadyeo @chitombo @VodafoneAU The argument (which I disagree with) is that the MNO provides a higher level of service. I am yet to see evidence of this. They charge more money because of brand power, nothing more. (And sometimes better roaming perks)

  I really like @VodafoneAU, have been with them for ages, but damn if it doesn't feel like a massive run around to spend 45 minutes getting them to match a competitor's offer. not even match, just come close to. it'd take me less time to just move to the competitor

  If you are with @VodafoneAU, when you run out of data, if you have not updated the app, you can't top up your credit. This happens every single time, looks like I will be changing service providers soon...
