It's fixed. But not before Fatto Catto Keira had her own say to the customer service lady at @VodafoneAU. Hope to be recording soon. Turns out the device's power cable wasn't plugged in. Fatto Catto probably dislodged that, too.

@VodafoneAU My Pocket WiFi isn't staying on, although it remains plugged in, and therefore will not connect to the laptop's settings. Can you help me troubleshoot? I have my #IJustSaidThat! podcast to do!

@VodafoneAU I'm 10 minutes from CBD in an Australian capital city and can't stream ANYTHING. Wtf is going on please? Worst service ever. It used to be very good. I received no mail explaining problems! HELP

  • sev_ince1 Sev Ince (@sev_ince1) reported

@VodafoneAU the tech support told us to enable a wifi calling feature but this only can be done apparently on post paid. I tried to switch to postpaid and they want me to recharge the whole account again despite losing all our money which we loaded into prepay. #loser

  • Umair_KOP Khan (@Umair_KOP) reported

@VodafoneAU I have DM you all details including my number pull up the recording of my call if you think I'm lying, cause that's what you are potentially calling a new customer who just got your new plan with phone.

  • cez8 Cecile Golez (@cez8) reported

@VodafoneAU no data for almost 2 hours already. Postcode 2122 NSW. Are u guys down again?

  • Fremean A guy down under (@Fremean) reported

@VodafoneAU That not only doesn't work as the numbers change, but (especially when using the android 'report spam' feature) this is affecting innocent numbers. The call I got today had an ANI for a legit unrelated person used on it. This is honestly an industry/network level problem.
