    @VodafoneAU hi... here at 2036 and having issues all of last week with 4G access. Struggle to use the Voda app nevermind trouble shooting. It comes and goes but mostly I'm offline. Pls advise.

I have a Visa debit card instead, it works and looks like a credit card but uses my money. I use it for everything, have some accounts linked to it for regular payments, never had any problems, never been knocked back. Highly recommended

    I have reported to @BelongAU service issue in porting my number from @VodafoneAU as I am not getting calls from Landline numbers but still no update on that, not sure where to escalate further. Last resort will be #TIO

    @HansOrph @deccles26 @NBN_Australia @Foxtel NBN outages is one of the reasons I selected @VodafoneAU for my NBN provider. 4G backup kicks in automatically if the network falls over. Worth considering changing to them if you need/want seamless internet

    Well done @VodafoneAU for being on the front foot. As a long term customer, receiving an extra 5GB data until end of April is appreciated to keep connected
