Jenn (@QuestioningJenn) reported@VodafoneAU So what you're saying is that the staff in your Shellharbour store got it wrong & didn't follow your company policy? Can I get the details so we can make a complaint about this store - so that another woman is not put through what my mum was?

Ben "Hyperion" Cooper (@hyprntv) reported@angharadyeo @chitombo @VodafoneAU The argument (which I disagree with) is that the MNO provides a higher level of service. I am yet to see evidence of this. They charge more money because of brand power, nothing more. (And sometimes better roaming perks)

Daddy (@akashicdaddy) reported@VodafoneAU Like I said, when you don't have data, you can't do ****, wether it's checking a link online or updating an app... I would say it is common sense but in all honesty, what is starting to make a lot of sense is that this whole thing is done on purpose for the update :)
-
Cyrus Jimenez (@Cyrus_Jimenez) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@VodafoneAU why does my mobile data signal always get weak when my train is between Caulfield and South Yarra?
