    What a great way to lose a customer @VodafoneAU! Send me a text saying you’re increasing my monthly bill by $5. Took me all of 10 mins to find and change to another provider for a better deal at a lower ongoing rate, plus a six month 50% discount.

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    Dear @VodafoneAU, thank you for deciding to increase the cost of my contracted monthly plan (without my consent) by saying 'hey look at us giving you extra data', when I don't come close to using the data I have, & your service is so poor I couldn't if I wanted to. Go you! 🙄🙄
