  • natskilala Natalie Kaa (@natskilala) reported

@VodafoneAU I have tried everything. Calls. Chats. Email. Fb messenger. Now tweeting. Failure to set up my NBN and now you cut off my back up service for a week! I can’t run my business off a phone hot spot. Very polite. No action. #frustrated.

  • Gemmasparkle 🛡️💧Princess Gemma (@Gemmasparkle) reported

@rbozinovski @allygarrett @VodafoneAU 100% agree Robert. I remember my phone company didn't do much. I went to TIO. That was in 2013 so not sure if they still handle unwelcome calls, hope so! If its 3 -10 calls in a 24 hour period that's classed as "qualified unwelcome calls". Wake up Vodafone & HELP your customer!🧐

  • CaptPeanut_ C-_-Peanut (@CaptPeanut_) reported

@VodafoneAU well after 10 years as a customer and referring anyone who asked I'm completely done. Can you or your store staff explain why I need new ID when other phone stores say my current is fine also how can I apply for a home loan with said ID but for a phone plan I cant??

  • Fifilabamba Fiona Jenkins (@Fifilabamba) reported

@VodafoneAU is there any network problem currently in Melbourne ? User friendly can’t make it receive calls./Visual voicemail unavailable.

  • CaptPeanut_ C-_-Peanut (@CaptPeanut_) reported

@VodafoneAU I have a government issue Proof of Age Card that is 100% valid and has been used everytime to apply for things relating to credit. Your store staff told me it had to be the new one. Department of Transport said my ID is valid so wont issue another one.

  • kdb__ K. (@kdb__) reported

@VodafoneAU Thanks guys. I think this issue is resolved... well knock on wood, there are no network issues at the moment.

  • Chirald Laura (@Chirald) reported

@allygarrett @VodafoneAU It's bullshit they're like if you answer you can't claim it as unwanted. Downdload blocking apps that only help calls not texts.

  • hauntingknives 🔪 (@hauntingknives) reported
