    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneAU Very disappointed with Vodafone! I’ve had a serious issue with them went to the store, called customer service many times, and still no one could fix the problem. Terrible service and unhelpful staff. I just wish someone honest and professional could fix things. #VodafoneFail

    @VodafoneGroup what's the issue in Adelaide SA? NO NETWORK FOR OVER 7 HOURS AND AS USUAL NO COMMS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OWNING YOU HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEMS! This is all I see 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 #VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU Vodafone customer policy is to threaten customers to pay a week early or be fined. This is fraud but Vodafone doesn't care because they have government support to committ fraud
