    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU This has been going on for hours now. Cannot login to multiple work or personal sites/functions due to 2 step authentication texts not being received. Any indication of how long we will not be able to send or receive SMS?

    @Celicagirl6 @johncurtin @VodafoneAU Thank you 🙏 Hope you also got connectivity back. My nbn was working. I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. I would have been left with no way to even verify if the problem was with my phone or VodaFail

    @VodafoneAU I am using a Pakistani number (Ufone) on roaming in Australia. For the first few days, roaming worked fine, but for the past week, it has stopped working. I am no longer receiving SMS messages. Please help.
