    @VodafoneAU Vodafone keep telling me over the phone that they issued a refund to my bank but it never comes. They instead apply it as credit as I instructed them not to do. I call again and they assured me they will fix it. 1 month later it's still credit and nothing has refunded

    Dear @VodafoneAU, thank you for deciding to increase the cost of my contracted monthly plan (without my consent) by saying 'hey look at us giving you extra data', when I don't come close to using the data I have, & your service is so poor I couldn't if I wanted to. Go you! 🙄🙄

    So about an hour ago someone called my @VodafoneAU number saying they just missed a call from my number, they said they just hit call back. I had not even touched my phone since before midday. With other recent issues I wonder is something is wrong with the network

    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneAU We are Vodafone's customers from last 12-13 years, i have been using the service way before you bought 3. Recently we were told to leave if we're not happy with what's on offer and go to @Optus because they provide better deal and you can not match.
