  Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?

  @VodafoneAU part 3. Voda said they sent link to my Spanish number. Nothing received. My account will permanently be deleted by 7th May 2026! This is absolutely unacceptable! Team members saying they had all notes on system, lies, had to explain all details every time. Bad service

  @VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply. But honestly, I’ve been hearing the same message since 4th of June, and no one has contacted me to fix the issue. I'm really sorry, but at this point, I can’t trust Vodafone or the Vodafone team anymore. Too many promises, no action.

  @meganefeeney @VodafoneAU From about 11am today my phone has gone from 2 bars 3G to no bars to 1 bar to no bar etc. I’m in the same area as well. Some recognition of the issue from Vodafone would be nice but they don’t seem to want to hear a bar of it (no pun intended).

  @VodafoneAU Thank you; yes. Sadly, the guy who attempted to help me was not very communicative with what he was doing. He dismissed my observations, didn't really listen to what I had told him I had done, and 8n trying to understand the issue, changed some of my phone's settings.

  @VodafoneAU im trying ro recharge my crwdits but your app is so buggy that I need to log in several times even if Im in the app. Im into this endless cycle of logging in and then i gave up due to frustration. Hope u fix your app. U are increasing ur plans but the service is poor!

  As we speak, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, and @Aussie_BB are all down, with no signs of news as to why all 3 are all down at once. I’m calling it - there’s been a massive hack of some sort. #australia #geelong #internet
