    @VodafoneAU absolutely shameful customer service. Was offers discount 3-4 months ago, it was never applied and after painful waiting time on customer service call, and being promised action (4 times) nothing happened. On last call when asked to transfer to complaints team, 1/n

    @VodafoneAU my services have been down for 5 hours now. No information has been given by your customer service team. When will your services no longer be interrupted?? Can’t call, text or access my data. Also, no service interruptions in my area so what’s going on?!
