@TPG_Telecom 3 days later still no resolution to the issues, no-one in customer service ever calls back, multiple transfers through to different people, with no-one able to resolve an issue. 10's of hours on calls. Woeful service, is anyone in charge?

@TPG_Telecom I lost my FTTB internet connection completely since Saturday and your service has been pretty unstable for the past months. What's going on? Managed to get to Technical Support but have to wait 40 minutes on the line only to get that the issue to be escalated? 🤔

@TPG_Telecom I talked to 5 people yesterday on the phone and still no internet so trust me when I say this customer service is very poor and unhelpful I'll take it further myself , I don't need to talk to a 6 person just to get no where, tpg is a joke 100% should of left years ago
