  • andyyapwh Andy Yap (@andyyapwh) reported

    @TPG_Telecom My anxiety is kicking in, this morning the service restored briefly to the normal speed from 10:00 to around 10:25. Then the slowness returned with no sign of improvement... As it is approaching end of the day, would they be fixing the issue soon enough? #NBN #TPG

  • catachretical Rob O’Connor (@catachretical) reported

    @thehistoriann @TPG_Telecom Alas, this is has been my experience too. I had an excellent NBN provider with top-notch customer service. Then it was bought up by TPG. Six weeks after I first notified them I'm still waiting for them to acknowledge a DNS problem, or offer any advice beyond 'reboot the modem'.

    @DumbparameciuM @TPG_Telecom I'm trapped in the "if I change i'll be relocked into a multi-year contract" problem.

  • denley79 Darren Denley (@denley79) reported

    @TPG_Telecom my internet has been dropping in and out for the past 4 days, it works for like 30 mins and just drops out no signal for about an hour then it works fine only for it to drop out again it been doing it for the past 4 days

  • thehistoriann Dr Kristie Flannery (@thehistoriann) reported

    Terrible service from @TPG_Telecom today. We are new customers, sent an incomplete set up kit, no solution from a useless tech support, only putting us on hold for 60 min! What a disappointing experience. #nbn #internet

  • aussiewongm Marcus Wong (@aussiewongm) reported

    @guseyk @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia I had to switch to NBN a few months ago because the copper network was due to be killed off - I'm now paying $15 a month extra for something slightly faster but less reliable.

  • andyyapwh Andy Yap (@andyyapwh) reported

    @TPG_Telecom The escalation to the NBN management only occurred after a heated conversation with your engineering support. This should already been done on day two rather than waiting for 6 days later. Given the efficiency level of NBN, escalation should be done sooner rather than later.

  • RSManojkumar MANOJ KUMAR (@RSManojkumar) reported

    @TPG_Telecom i got new Connection on 23rd Jan but till now my connection is not activated yet, worst service ever

  • guseyk guseyk (@guseyk) reported

    @TPG_Telecom This is absurd. All of the infrastructure is there. Is this a TPG issue or @NBN_Australia ?

  • nathanemmanuel8 Nate86 (@nathanemmanuel8) reported

    @TPG_Telecom Or perhaps adsl 2 would be better for me since @NBN_Australia has failed to rectify this issue for the third week. Can i possibly use the existing modem and change plan to adsl2+ today. I need internet up fast
