    Trick for young players-stay away from @TPG_Telecom You have to sign away consumer service level rights when joining. Result? You wait endlessly on hold to be told you have to wait days for a simple fix. Interrupters usually based on better service #ByeByeTPG #LessonLearnt

    @TPG_Telecom I just signed up to Nbn yesterday and the after plugging in my modem the internet doesn’t work. I’m unable to get a hold of any support even though the line should still be open.

    @TPG_Telecom For the last 2 months I have had “planned outages” and my internet connection intermittently not working at both my home and business at least twice a week! I have gone from recommending you to looking at leaving you!
