    @TPG_Telecom Thank you. It would be great if you sent out an SMS alert to all customers affected once the issue was identified and what the fix is rather than having everyone wasting time on hold calling your helpline to find out what's going on

    @TPG_Telecom I have made a complaint on 10/01/2023 And I'm waiting for the outcome reference number 2023/01/02177. WHAT'S going on TPG is that the way to handle customer service. I lost my exam due to Your internet service and now you are denied to compensate.

    @TPG_Telecom I’m trying to update my credit card with you guys and it’s impossible, spent 2 hours on the phone, have gone through every possible online step, have had test transactions hit my card and we’re still not there, can someone useful help me?

    @TPG_Telecom DM sent; but the responses are nonsensical, irrational and infuriatingly ignorant. Whoever is doing the corresponding cannot understand the basic logic that I cannot access my MFA 'protected' account because there is no mobile netowork coverge at the service location.

    @TPG_Telecom @VikashTripathiG @azadsamina But not sory enough to improve hey TPG? Cust support starts at a leisurely 8am ... how ordinary for customers who pay for 24*7 and no one to contact when issues arise.
