This is the 5th serious outage this year which is causing material economic damage to my business. Neighbours paying for your service are also having the same issues. Thank you

Same place, same building just change the unt And the company service are about 3 weeks just talking and no date to get the service done. They asked to change for nbn service, we already accept the terms.

When We complain about the inconsistent connection you just say “we checked and it’s working atm”. Proactive solution is what we want
