    @TPG_Telecom Internet, Phone down in Epping whole day. No reported outage but your technical support line is also unreachable for past 45 minutes. TPG sucks!

    @TPG_Telecom SIMBA is defrauding people in Singapore. Inspite of S$10 plan per month, they deducted S$10 twice from my account for a month's charge. Also, customer experience is the worst. Save yourself from this telecom operator. @TpgTelecom #Simba #Singapore

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom big storm in Sydney this afternoon and my nbn fttc box has been clicking and flashing red ever since with no internet available. Any info on how long the storm outage will last?
