This is honestly the problem of mergers and aggressive cost controlling - it produced scenarios where no-one at the customer-facing level can actually solve non-routine problems.

Vasko Sikoski (@custard_guts) reported@the_scotsman_ @TPG_Telecom Actually I am pretty happy with the service. I am on a 50MB* plan and have been gifted a x4 boost for 6 months. Thats what I am appreciative of. Never has issues, never have drop outs its been sweet since I signed up. I would like this as an ongoing speed for the same $ though :P
