    @ramonaitoldyou @TPG_Telecom Same! I've been having issues since yesterday afternoon and cannot upload anything or have any work conference calls! It took fifteen minutes for an email with an image to leave my Outbox.

    @GingaNi73862391 @TPG_Telecom I’m with iiNet and I’m having the same troubles too. It’s been two weeks and there still hasn’t been any fix! I’m also paying for one of their most expensive plans too so I shouldn’t be having any troubles

    @TPG_Telecom @AdamDeLaine TPG (and family) does appear to have just suffered a major issue with routing/connecting to other networks nationally. No notification showed up anywhere. Having problems integrating with Vodafone's networks post-merger perhaps?

    @TPG_Telecom please look into warzone packet loss issue, you may not realize but a lot of people are affected by this just reluctant to contact due to the fact that first contact customer service probably won't be able to assist and finds this useless. Please resolve this asap.

    @TPG_Telecom experiencing internet issues in Belfield, NSW. checked NBN site and it said no outages detected, so is TPG down in that area or something? really difficult to WFH at the moment!

    @fidzeh @TPG_Telecom Yeah it's usually a provider issue which is due to them having certain things open and closed. The moment my mate swapped to Telstra it fixed all of his issues. Same modem, same house, same game, different provider.

    @Telstra My @TPG_Telecom #NBN is faster, cheaper, and their customer service is better. Also their overseas employees don't keep spamcalling me every 3 days to say my internet will be disconnected.

    @TPG_Telecom CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! I’m sick of your service, I’ve escalated my cancellation request 3 times now & no one from your cancel email is getting back to me. Your service is a joke. #TPG #NBN

    @TPG_Telecom Not good enough. I’ve submitted my last date of service as yesterday & have heard zero back on updates. Over promising & NEVER delivering.
