Hey @TPG_Telecom if you're going to have your call centre in the third world then don't be surprised when customers get pissed off at the third world service. 10 days of jumping through hoops, dropped calls, emails not answered, and still no closer to having my service back.🤦🤦

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I dropped Telstra after a year of being mucked about with overcharging and dead modems and took my phone NBN internet and electricity to AGL. Outstanding service since then. And $60/month cheaper.
