    @TPG_Telecom lolz.. got a phone call from your team offering to upgrade my slow ADSL2 to fast NBN as "it's the best quoted by the @acccgovau..." wanna know what my answer us? I like my slow internet as it works! Thank You though, really.

    @TPG_Telecom my internet is not working? Have reset the modem/router and still not coming back up. Bill is paid/up to date - have you had an outage in Canberra??

    @TPG_Telecom call centre and support team is in Philippine. Great people but they are not empowered. Typical class division, superior types sits in Australia. You call support and spend 45 minutes hitting your head as you can feel they don’t have authority to do right things.

    @Costy_06 @TPG_Telecom I’m thinking of heading that way myself Nick. We’ve been having intermittent issues for almost a month. Have actually needed to buy a 4G modem so I can keep working thru the regular dropouts/slowdowns. Giving them one last chance to sort this out before I jump ship.

    @NBN_Australia yo! I’ve called @TPG_Telecom as my internet has been out for about 48 hours. They’ve said they’re waiting for an update from you and that there’s some sort of fault. Your website says there are no known issues in my area. So which one of you are lying to me?
