    Hey @TPG_Telecom I've discovered an issue with my current #HUAWEI router... Apparently Lan 3 and Lan 4 are not able to provide an device with internet activity however, Lan 1 and 2 can. Would I need to order a new one or purchase one myself? Thanks in advance

    @TPG_Telecom If the issue on your end has reconfigured hardware etc. then that is still your issue if the initial issue has been sorted or not. What a waste of a day, I’ve ended up watching the Block for goodness sake

    @TPG_Telecom Hi Jhoey, I am not sure what you mean by "the first instance" but I have reset my modem multiple times and it's still not working. Is there anything else I can try?

    @TPG_Telecom I am trying to talk someone on your phone line since last night,but no body available.I called for service cancellation on account department,she put me on hold for few mins and now she told me that she will call me.!Even I can’t reset my account password.!!Unbelievable service.
