    @TPG_Telecom seems you’re having lots of calls to your 131423. Are you having outages in Erskineville 2043. ADSL service has been terrible for 24 hours

    @TPG_Telecom Can you please coordinate with NBN and fix the service on Brighton Boulevard in Bondi. This is the 5th serious outage this year which is causing material economic damage to my business. Neighbours paying for your service are also having the same issues. Thank you

    @TPG_Telecom ID 4904297 we are struggling to just have our internet back. We moved apt. Same place, same building just change the unt And the company service are about 3 weeks just talking and no date to get the service done. They asked to change for nbn service, we already accept the terms.

    @No2Dogma @SecuLawyer @TPG_Telecom You are lucky mate. I’ve never had anything close to that. Sometimes after restarting I can get as high as 10Mb but lately can’t even get that.

    @TPG_Telecom Yeah but the most annoying part is that you are only reactive. You only care once the internets already down. When We complain about the inconsistent connection you just say “we checked and it’s working atm”. Proactive solution is what we want

    @RachelBkr That's so slow its embarrassing. We're on NBN and it's frequently like that, so bad in fact I got a refund from TPG because the advertised speeds were like watching a glacier move.

    @DianeSmithG @CEWAus You’re right but esp TPG is hard because you need to change emIl address etc. mi d you their service is so dreadful that it’s a wonder they have any customers
