@TasoKatsionis @TPG_Telecom Then the audacity to respond with what loosely translates to "Well sorry, but we're allowed to do that." The issue isn't the whether or not you're within your rights to conduct maintenance @TPG_Telecom, it's the incompetence of the timing.

@TPG_Telecom no internet since 1am last night. No outage in my area. Only light not displaying is the internet light, all other lights are on. Customer service technical assistance not open on Sunday!! Please assist.

@TPG_Telecom we've been without Internet (nbn) for 24 hours. Have logged a request in the morning as the service coordinator couldn't help me over the phone. Tomorrow we all need the Internet to work from home and for remote learning.

@TPG_Telecom offering free 8GB update for me and my wife mobile - Awesome news. Problem though when you pay for an updated data plan ($20) from an offer and the wife is still on the $16 so I will be paying more for the same thing and support says there is nothing wrong! ROFL
