@TPG_Telecom tpg broadband customer for 6 years. 1.5 hr call with support. 7 different support persons, repeated my issue 7 times and still nowhere. they are just sending me back and forth between billing and technical. HAVING TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

@TPG_Telecom have the worst customer service and technical deliver team. What a nightmare. @Pentanet_ISP would it take you 3 weeks to set up my Internet? I am really regretting my choice of provider. 3 weeks of daily calls to a team that just don't care

@TPG_Telecom Appreciate your reply. Allegedly the speed tests are showing correct but the actual service seems intermittent. I am certain it is not you as a carrier/reseller but to do with the awful @NBN_Australia in our area but they can't say when we will be upgraded
