    @TPG_Telecom hello, while it is unfortunate to be in a pandemic and further be in a lockdown, what makes matters worse is working from home and not having an internet connection (not even an outage in the area) and no updates from TPG in the past 12 hours.

    @TPG_Telecom what is going on with nbn connection in Semaphore Park, SA? No service since approx 7pm and still nothing.

    @t_97_tdm @TPG_Telecom There is a huge internet backbone infrastructure issue happening this morning across Australia. It's not just NBN.

    @setoide @TPG_Telecom Same experience different provider if that makes you feel any better. We are on our 3rd Modem now after both provider and NBN visited, and BTW NBN only consider min 30 mins outage an outage. It's an outrage!

    @StokesXandra @TPG_Telecom Wow, that sounds painful. Yeah, the blame game between TPG and NBN has already started. NBN reports that there is not been a disconnection which given this problem manifests as an intermittent packet lost/timeout will probably not show up as a disconnection. :(

    @TPG_Telecom what is going on with nbn connection in melbourne? No service since approx 7pm and still nothing. I’m unable to complete my work and this is now becoming an issue. What is ETA? Website says 5:30am Friday but that is not acceptable as an outage of over 10 hrs

    @TPG_Telecom Internet is down and no NBN outages. I NEED HELP URGENTLY!!! ITS BEEN 1 hour now!!! There’s no way to get in contact via phone with you guys either... I already PM’d on Twitter. Please respond. 😫
