@TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom : Are you kidding me? Your member called with a response "We have an outage and we don't have an ETA when it will be done" .. But please make sure to put the last payment dates on my bills. Horrible service, Just get your service online so that I can move out.

@TPG_Telecom what is going on with all the service interruptions on the last few months? Including right now, i think i’ve had 15 seperate occasions where there has been no internet available even though i have a wan IP..

@TPG_Telecom what is with the constant down time every other week, the interruptions to stable internet is beyond a joke, twice this week internet has been down, including right now..

@TPG_Telecom Not much point, your guy was adamant it was the wifi extender, now its disconnected anyway, wasn't going to wait 45 minutes on hold. Never a problem with the ADSL2 I had before, wish I didnt have to change it to NBN. Its sad, 14 yes without a problem. Ive read other reviews

@TPG_Telecom internet appears to be down in Ormiston QLD. No outages reported though.

@TPG_Telecom passive aggressive texts telling to to check the NBN outage site are never welcome. Doubly so when I DID check the site TWO HOURS AGO when I first requested a callback!

@TPG_Telecom they said I had a week to trial it, it is pathetic. I spoke to tech about my original connection and he argued it was the wifi extender. Shows a reasonable speed if you do a speed test, although upload av 1.5. Try DL something and its throttled. Real bad, new one sht
