@TPG_Telecom Unfortunately you're again incorrect Daisy, I'm the one thats been making these calls - is your outbound phoneline out of order? Additionally you people committed to having this issue resolved by 8.00am on 12 January. Only 4 days late. I's still not done. #crapservice #tpgfail

  • AlBendall Al Bendall (@AlBendall) reported

@TPG_Telecom Your provisioning team have done SFA for a week now. I'm also over the use of "monitoring" as a verb - you haven't done a thing to drive the resolution of this issue. #moreCrapService #talkischeap

  • IlanAgranat Ilan Agranat (@IlanAgranat) reported

@TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom thank you for the update. @NBN_Australia, TPG have said that it is as a result of a 3rd party fault being managed by NBNco. Can I please get an update on resolution timing.

  • timco10 tim gauci (@timco10) reported

@TPG_Telecom What a frustrating experience.. 5 phone calls, 5 different people and still my simple problem can't be solved.. Just give me an ip address that is registered in Australia!!! Simple.. but no. Apparently not. I'm off to Uniti.

  • AlBendall Al Bendall (@AlBendall) reported

@TPG_Telecom And btw, your callback service doesn't work and a 40+ minute wait time suggests I'm not the only customer who's over this #crapservice #tpgfail

  • AlBendall Al Bendall (@AlBendall) reported

@TPG_Telecom After spending a further 30 minutes on hold only to be told you're "still waiting for an update". Its about time @TPG_Telecom get off their arses and drive this issue to resolution. Ive been waiting for nearly a week while your people to bugger all. Unacceptable.

@TPG_Telecom is TPG down? I don’t have internet. Location: South Yarra, Victoria, 3141

  • sorcajo1 CR (@sorcajo1) reported

@e_heydarnia @TPG_Telecom I had the same issue but at least you had a response from @TPG_Telecom . I’ve had no response to my complaint

  • howtoleaveamark clybes (@howtoleaveamark) reported

But I can't get any help because @TPG_Telecom have done nothing about it. So we're forced to use the service but can't actually get any support if the provider is incompetent?

  • AlBendall Al Bendall (@AlBendall) reported

@TPG_Telecom Unfortunately your app doesn't reflect this nor did you contact me. I've now spent the better part of today chasing this up. A crap customer experience? Absolutely!! The 'active connection' you mentioned is not my concern, and furthermore with iiNet - a company YOU OWN!!
