I love my @TPG_Telecom 5G router not working and not connecting to the internet every day! It's great when it's an issue which happens almost every other day for an extended period of time during hours where I can't talk to customer support on the phone. What a great service!

@TPG_Telecom FYI: your beyond crap internet service has caused me to use my mobile data from another provider every day this week just so I can work. Don't act surprised when I only pay half my bill to reflect the amount of time your product was available for my use.

@TPG_Telecom Truly disappointed that @TPG_Telecom has only now raised a ticket with NBNCo. Seems SLA's are more important than customer service. TPG: #12315149. Have only been a customer for over 10 years.
