@TPG_Telecom worst service ever, don't choose them as your perferred provider. I have spent 15 days to get my unauthorised charge back. Every time I send an email or call, need to explain the same thing about cancellation to each agent. Ridiculous 😒😒😒

@TPG_Telecom Hi, I've experienced an issue with the supplied router and NBN connection box not turning on after the thunderstorm yesterday evening. I believe it is a hardware issue as these don't turn on when plugged into other outlets where other devices work fine.

Hey @TPG_Telecom and @NBN_Australia you're both saying there's no outage in my area, but I don't have any internet and my FTTC connection device is flashing red lights no matter how many times I reconnect or reboot it.

@TPG_Telecom hi daisy, phone plugged in via nbn fttn (ie. phone line > phone1 port on router, router has a cord into dsl port) but all i get is an engaged signal on handset and doesn't connect when called.
