    @TPG_Telecom our NBN keeps dropping out but the site does not show any planned issues in Melbourne.. I'm in Fitzroy. Is this a known issue?

    @TPG_Telecom As an example, I was told earlier today that the problem was resolved yesterday. It was not. Whoever decided that it was resolved did not speak to me. Instead, the escalation process was delayed (again). This has happened previously as well, and was raised with the ombudsman.

    @michfmcdonnell @TPG_Telecom They generally don’t tell anyone. I called them up two days ago, and only then they sent me some messages to keep me updated. At one point, they told me an outage affecting over 80 of their customers had been resolved. It hasn’t.
