Tim Williams (@mySMtips) reported@TPG_Telecom How do I report our company website as being SAFE to Optus? We had an issue a few wks ago and all problems have been resolved. It is now 100% clean as indicated by Google & 90+ Virus Security Site checkers. It's still being blocked by Optus / Costing us $10K a week!

Whoever is doing the corresponding cannot understand the basic logic that I cannot access my MFA 'protected' account because there is no mobile netowork coverge at the service location.

Paul Wood (@pauljwoodau1) reported@TPG_Telecom Porting from Telstra. Put in new sim. try to log in to TPG acct. Was sent a code to login. How will I receive a code on a mobile that is ported out already. Holy cow. What a dumb system.
