@TPG_Telecom Are y’all having issues on your end? Our NBN is cactus and when I try to load up the Service Status page on your website it times out. Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
@TPG_Telecom what is happening with your support? I keep getting dropped on my phone calls and progress nowhere with my issue. I've tried calling 4 times in the past week now. Starting to regret switching over to you. DO BETTER!
@TPG_Telecom It just never works I’m paying for nbn and apparently I have the best that yous have to offer. But yeah never works I’ll be leaving and finding another internet provider
Seriously @TPG_Telecom you need to fix your goddamn connection infrastructure or figure out how to detect faults better, cause your **** right now ain't ******* cutting it.
@TPG_Telecom the app is where i am supposed to lodge issues and when it gave me the opportunity it just suddenly closed and removed the messages - it's been progressively getting slower since july last year but app hasn't worked properly since October
@TPG_Telecom haven’t had service all day. No support on helpline and told to use app. Registered a fault eight hours ago and no response. Will I have to wait till Monday for a response?
No one else in the street has these issue except for us. We are also the only ones in the street with TPG. Looks like it’s all their fault as usual. They will lie and their service is terrible trying to help resolve issues.@TPG_Telecom
@TPG_Telecom Another day, another internet issue at our residence. TPG is by far the most unreliable service provider in Australia. Constant drop outs, constant outages and their response is they can’t see anything on their end. Terrible service. Change now while you can.
@TPG_Telecom the app times out and won't give me the speed but last few days my speed is terrible and constant buffering - what gives. It's gone downhill for the last 6 months and i am paying for speed !
