    @TPG_Telecom why is my wife’s slave mail account not verifying the account on her mobile or laptop. Your support person who we could barely understand said there was an outage but my account works?

    @TPG_Telecom My original issue hasn't been resolved but my current issue is the process. Account verification has been different every time and I'm required to verify myself 4 times to 4 different people as I'm passed like a parcel from one area to the next. Its horrendous!

    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia , I have raised and escalate this twice for the last couple of days, about an on-going issue for the last 7 days, I've been trying really hard to be understanding and give you guys time to resolve this issue, the fact that this outage still happening..
