@GingaNi73862391 @TPG_Telecom Im on the same boat. Me and 2 friends who I played with who is also on TPG are having this packet loss issue. TPG needs to start stepping up and doing something or they will start losing loyal customers!

@TPG_Telecom @banjoeskimo Had this same issue this morning in Sydney around 10:00am, couldn't connect to any Office365/MS services, connecting to a private VPN resolved it, definitely a DNS issue on TPGs end and got the same 502 on TPG status page as reported by @ShadowXVII

@GingaNi73862391 @TPG_Telecom I’ve heard iinet tpg and internode all suffering, running exitlag to avoid the packet loss, have you switched providers and fixed the problem?

Such a terrible experience with @TPG_Telecom support. My internet had regular timeouts and packet drops over the last 5 days. I've raised multiple tickets and calls and provided detailed logs. Every call the best advise I get is reboot/reset your router once again.

@TPG_Telecom Myself and a large number of users were having issues accessing Microsoft’s O365 services few hours ago. All the people I got in contact with were with TPG. Not 100% sure who’s side the issue resided in. Seems to be all good at the moment.

@GingaNi73862391 @TPG_Telecom I am a @TPG_Telecom customer as well who is suffering from the same problem. I have done what they asked me to do to troubleshoot my connection with no resolution. TPG has done nothing on their end to fix this issue. I May have to switch as well

@TPG_Telecom what is going on with nbn connection in melbourne? No service since approx 7pm and still nothing. I’m unable to complete my work and this is now becoming an issue. What is ETA? Website says 5:30am Friday but that is not acceptable as an outage of over 10 hrs

@StokesXandra @TPG_Telecom Wow, that sounds painful. Yeah, the blame game between TPG and NBN has already started. NBN reports that there is not been a disconnection which given this problem manifests as an intermittent packet lost/timeout will probably not show up as a disconnection. :(
