  @TPG_Telecom Done that too. He came, there was no problem in the 30 minute window he was here, so couldn’t really do much. That’s the problem: it’s unstable for days and then seems to work.

  @TPG_Telecom My internet is horrible slow. Less than 1 MBPS download. I pay for 100MBPS connection. WTF is wrong with the service.

  @TPG_Telecom Often. My fancy router and even provided router are working well. What is problem? I seted up as your provided instruction, but internet is disaconnected frequently. After reset, the internet is connected. It happends everyday.

  @TPG_Telecom second complaint lodged re service dropping out after apparently being rectified. Called at 5.30pm, now another outage from 9.30pm. Been happening for weeks, multiple times a day
