@TPG_Telecom #TPG hey. Got a txt and email saying my credit card details needed updating as last months payment couldn’t go through. Funny that. My credit card is up to date and working. Turns out they want a diff payment instead of #AMEX. Not a big issue. Can change providers.

@NBN_Australia Thank you for your reply. I contacted my service provider TPG and they are saying they have requested for pre order of HFC box on my behalf to NBN in March 2021. But still waiting to hear from you guys... looks like this will continue for ever... @TPG_Telecom

@TPG_Telecom Sadly we're still offline. Sounds like a cabling issue related to the power outage. No ETA Missed SLA Just not good enough when people are 'locked up' at home.
