    @TPG_Telecom your service has been down for at least 4 hours. NBN is fine and your IVR simply states that they apologise. No human to talk to. Can you at least provide a public message about what is wrong and what is the ETA? This is poor service.

    @TPG_Telecom why is my NBN acting up again? The online light is blinking and I have no internet. A few weeks ago also had a problem.
