Christopher Ruiz (@Chris_Ruiz777) reported@TPG_Telecom Thank you. It would be great if you sent out an SMS alert to all customers affected once the issue was identified and what the fix is rather than having everyone wasting time on hold calling your helpline to find out what's going on

Graham (@grandcul) reported@TPG_Telecom @VikashTripathiG @azadsamina But not sory enough to improve hey TPG? Cust support starts at a leisurely 8am ... how ordinary for customers who pay for 24*7 and no one to contact when issues arise.

Graeme T (he/him)💉x 4😷 - 🌳🌲 🍃🌏 (@GT_AUS) reported from Sydney, New South WalesWARNING. @TPG_Telecom Does NOT have 24x7 tech support, rather 8am - 10pm. Absolute joke, not worthy of anybody's custom. It's 2023 @TPG_Telecom hellooooooooo 👎😡 Fail.
-
andy cheadle (@WesleyTokolosh) reported@TPG_Telecom No, all you need to do is to publicly share an estimated timescale for the solution of the problem, since it affects all standalone accounts, not just mine. Can you do that or not?

Matt Clements (@dfc005) reported@TPG_Telecom Trying to link another new service to an existing account. In the end I've signed up for two seperate accounts which is a bit annoying. I've also tried to use the Linked Accounts function on the website to link the two accounts but that fails at the verify identity part.
