    @TPG_Telecom I have made a complaint on 10/01/2023 And I'm waiting for the outcome reference number 2023/01/02177. WHAT'S going on TPG is that the way to handle customer service. I lost my exam due to Your internet service and now you are denied to compensate.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom Terrible internet connection and on top of that horrible customer support..Have been waiting since an hour and I can only hear amazing useless tips on IVR..If I don't get a call back i will switch to #Origin @originenergy #NBN

    @TPG_Telecom Working from home and the internet goes down. 30 minute wait time to get through to support is not the best experience....
