    @TPG_Telecom first day of your 5G home internet plan and come home to no internet for the past hour. Yes I've turned it off and back on. 1 hour wait time for support. Very poor.

    @TPG_Telecom Internet, Phone down in Epping whole day. No reported outage but your technical support line is also unreachable for past 45 minutes. TPG sucks!

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, I have been having 5G internet issues and your support team has promised compensation before I switch to nbn. I have been waiting for the compensation 'approval' since August 2022 and the billing team has no idea if any credit from this issue can be c/f to nbn.

    Don’t even use NBN - have 5G wireless but internet has been down all day. Can’t even contact @TPG_Telecom support. Ughhhhh
