  • howtoleaveamark clybes (@howtoleaveamark) reported

@TPG_Telecom our NBN keeps dropping out but the site does not show any planned issues in Melbourne.. I'm in Fitzroy. Is this a known issue?

  • robertaynsley Robert Aynsley (@robertaynsley) reported

@TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia Is there a problem with the NBN in Leichhardt NSW? My connection has cut out 4 times tonight. This has never happened before. Thanks

  • itsrenatak Renata (@itsrenatak) reported

@TPG_Telecom my issue was fixed and the NBN technician had to fix issues with my line outside. My speed is now better. Thank goodness I can now work at home.

  • DCAU7 DC (@DCAU7) reported

@TPG_Telecom So, to be clear: If there is a viable alternative of accessing extra data at a reasonable price AND being able to access it when required, this would be very helpful. I’m sure this would be very helpful to many people in the same situation. I know it would help me.

  • DCAU7 DC (@DCAU7) reported

@TPG_Telecom My concerns are: - multiple people are affected by the same issue (or so I’m told) - conflicting statements about cases being resolved - delays in issues being escalated I know these concerns aren’t all on TPG, but TPG is my escalation point, and this was raised yesterday.

  • itsrenatak Renata (@itsrenatak) reported

@TPG_Telecom Thank you for getting back to me and I have been a loyal customer since 2007 and your services you provide over the years have been really great.

  • AlBendall Al Bendall (@AlBendall) reported

@TPG_Telecom Unfortunately you're again incorrect Daisy, I'm the one thats been making these calls - is your outbound phoneline out of order? Additionally you people committed to having this issue resolved by 8.00am on 12 January. Only 4 days late. I's still not done. #crapservice #tpgfail

  • faysaltanim Faysal Tanim (@faysaltanim) reported

@TPG_Telecom I have just DMed all my details. There is no internet since last tweet!! What the hell is going on? I am having to work extended hours because of internet outage as I fully WFH!

  • cycycychry c money (@cycycychry) reported

@TPG_Telecom @VodafoneAU no 4G network to make calls. Hurry up and fix 🙄🙄 or u will be processing a lot of refunds.

  • AlBendall Al Bendall (@AlBendall) reported

@TPG_Telecom Unfortunately your app doesn't reflect this nor did you contact me. I've now spent the better part of today chasing this up. A crap customer experience? Absolutely!! The 'active connection' you mentioned is not my concern, and furthermore with iiNet - a company YOU OWN!!
