    @TPG_Telecom - is there an issue with your mobile phone call centre? Twice I've called - once was a callback, in which case I was called back, but there was just silence for 15 minutes. Next time, I chose to hold on and the call went through, but more silence with no response

    @tpg_telecom anyone there? 42 mins on the phone trying to find out what’s going in with nbn, and counting…There’s no outage detected, but our connection is down. NSW, 2151

    @TPG_Telecom had a big issue and argument with you guys and after everything, you have the guts to email me that you are going to DISPATCH not deliver in next 2-3 business days.

    Just experienced one of the worst costumer services experience from @TPG_Telecom. Would recommend to stay away from them...!!!
