Well, I'm a customer, and my money is too good for you if you continue to advertise on @SkyNewsAust . I'm sure I'm not alone in this.

  • jamesssydney James Stadnyk (@jamesssydney) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@TPG_Telecom seems you’re having lots of calls to your 131423. Are you having outages in Erskineville 2043. ADSL service has been terrible for 24 hours

  • MarkPotten Mark Potten (@MarkPotten) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@telstra so after being on the phone mostly on hold for 1:02:11 making a formal complaint I was hung up on. I still did not receive my complaint reference number. I guess you really do want me to use another telco such as @Optus or @TPG_Telecom

  • RaphaMedeiros83 Raphael ◤✠◢ Medeiros (@RaphaMedeiros83) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@TPG_Telecom ID 4904297 we are struggling to just have our internet back. We moved apt. Same place, same building just change the unt And the company service are about 3 weeks just talking and no date to get the service done. They asked to change for nbn service, we already accept the terms.

  • xander85 365 | KatyCat Grant 👁 WTT AU💍NZ (@xander85) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@TPG_Telecom We’ll pass on internally is code for “thanks but we won’t be changing anything” There needs to be an easy way for an end user to find out why their service is down. I couldn’t find anything so I assumed it was either my hardware or part of that planned outage.

  • yeppoon Beaver Murray (@yeppoon) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@RachelBkr That's so slow its embarrassing. We're on NBN and it's frequently like that, so bad in fact I got a refund from TPG because the advertised speeds were like watching a glacier move.

  • h1pp074 RC (@h1pp074) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@TPG_Telecom Hi Mel, Have logged a service call with support. They are calling back later. We will do some testing!

  • xander85 365 | KatyCat Grant 👁 WTT AU💍NZ (@xander85) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@psweeney @byzbateson @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia In all honesty, the actual service is fine until something goes wrong. Any provider has the same issue for when something goes wrong. They are all just as bad.

  • JayBallzup Jay Ball (@JayBallzup) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Wow @iiNet There was a time when I’d tell people it’s worth paying a bit more for iiNet because the support service was great. Just called for some help and the wait time is over an hour. Guess this is what happens when @TPG_Telecom is running the show.

  • PaulDanyluk Paul Danyluk (@PaulDanyluk) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom I am trying to contact you, on 1300 993 011, no luck. Help!
