    @TPG_Telecom I have exteremly slow internet, Twitter, browsing and everything just doesn’t load on Wifi. I use 4G and they all load normally! Been trying to call customer service since the morning, long waiting time, I asked for a call back that was meant to happen an hour ago!

    @TPG_Telecom SIMBA is defrauding people in Singapore. Inspite of S$10 plan per month, they deducted S$10 twice from my account for a month's charge. Also, customer experience is the worst. Save yourself from this telecom operator. @TpgTelecom #Simba #Singapore

    @TPG_Telecom hey hey. On an internet outage. Been on hold for almost 30 minutes with no indication of length of wait time etc. Do you have average wait time available?
