    when i worked @VodafoneAU an enormous errfort went into fixing complaint processes & reducing TIO complaints. I've just spent 45 mins on a call with @Internode. Shocked at how bad customer service and complaint management was. ignored TCP code obligations. :( @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom hey hey. On an internet outage. Been on hold for almost 30 minutes with no indication of length of wait time etc. Do you have average wait time available?

    @TPG_Telecom I made that complaint 3 months ago 2023/01/02177,but I'm still waiting. I lost an exam worth 800$ and took the day off from work and your internet play up speed was 10 Mbps despite my plan was 100mbps. And you still denied to compensate.

    @TPG_Telecom terrible customer service team. Despite emailing multiple times regarding no service on my simcard, your team has now deactivated my number. I need a call back, this is extremely troublesome. #simbasg #tpgsg #simbatpg

    @TPG_Telecom @crackerofacoote Hi @TPG_Telecom can you please kindly go pedal your bullshit elsewhere. Companies like yours are part of the problem. Nbn isn’t worth the paper that flyer is printed on, yet you still try force it down everyone’s throat. Instead putting pressure on govt to fix the infrastructure

    @TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom No. From your interactions on this page it's 100% clear that you're trying to take all your complaints offline. I've identified the problem - fix it. Your outages report is false - it shows services are all clear. Why aren't you issuing public progress updates?
