    I’ve had it with @TPG_Telecom Why is it when they want our business their services are seen as vital but when something is wrong we are expected to suck it up & go without the service we pay for? Time to find new provider I think

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @NBN_Australia outage in Picton 2571 NSW since 520am this morning, it’s now 320pm @TPG_Telecom tells me they have no further information from you guys. Not what the problem is or restoration time. What’s the story?

    @CallofDuty_ANZ do you guys know some ISPs in Australia are giving customers a indirect route to local servers? In my case it's jumped my ping from 30-150 has been for weeks. Not shadow banned not a hardware issue and it's only on call of duty servers. The ISP is @TPG_Telecom
