    @TPG_Telecom our internet has been down for over 24 hours - all attempts to contact you isn’t working. Your new chat system for tech support is doesn’t work. you obviously don’t have enough rescources - get more and let me talk to someone to fix my internet please

    @TPG_Telecom Thanks! It took me almost three hours to finally connect and talk to the Customer Service. The online chat service isn't really effective and I couldn't do the plan change by myself, the web page kept crashing. But it's sorted now.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi I’ve DMd you as suggested. I’m also trying to connect to your tech staff again, unsuccessfully. This is remarkably frustrating. I’d very much appreciate if someone could fix this.

    Following your instructions but sadly with poor @Optus mobile reception & poor @TPG_Telecom internet- it’s a very slow process and could have saved me a lot of time if the engineer had done an effective job in the first place...
