@TPG_Telecom No way I am going put with less then 1 mbps speed with TPG’s staffs’****** attitude. Never had speed TPG promised, on the top of that getting constant disruption, can’t put up anymore.

@TPG_Telecom Hi TPG. @NBN_Australia have just texted me asking to confirm or cancel tomorrow with them by 7am, but I already responded to you guys a different preferred date. Can’t contact @NBN_Australia till 8am. Don’t want to cancel because it won’t get fixed. Pls help. #kafkaesque

@TPG_Telecom in fairness I dont want to defend them. But my opinion is all internet has turned to crap, one at the office is the same (different provider) at the moment, so I my mobile (with Optus). Is anyone else having slow problems?

@TPG_Telecom Is there any problem with your services in Rhodes, NSW? Internet down from last 30 mins, this is now happening frequently? Do you have any serious plans to handle it or can you recommend some other provider who has better service than yours?

@TPG_Telecom passive aggressive texts telling to to check the NBN outage site are never welcome. Doubly so when I DID check the site TWO HOURS AGO when I first requested a callback!
