@TPG_Telecom if you hire TPG for home internet and there is an issue, will be ALWAYS client/customer side and never TPG. SHAME on you @TPG_Telecom 3 days with no internet and counting. you will pay for this

  • down7own7 downtown7 (@down7own7) reported

Sayeth @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom : "We can't detect an issue with your connection" Also NBN: "We're conducting maintenance in your area twice in two weeks" Really screams quality service.

.@TPG_Telecom Ref: 101403719. Couldn't sign up online because the delivery address is wrong. Had to call. Called and they won't honour the deal on your own website! It's a current deal on your website and your phone sales clowns won't honour it or escalate the issue. Jamie #9561

It's illegal to manipulate a customer into paying for something by denying them a credit on the account for the service they paid for @TPG_Telecom I paid for internet. I didnt have internet for 3 weeks. You dnt then get to trick me to pay for a modem I said I wouldnt pay for.

@TPG_Telecom Hi, I had a text and email last week about an NBN outage, but for an address that is not mine. How can I check whether my contact details are incorrectly associated with someone else's account?

@TPG_Telecom 🤯🤯🤯 what is going on today. Lost connectivity during super important meetings. & now it’s still down. Why does this keep happening so frequently.. or will I be told it’s @NBN_Australia … please fix it!

@TPG_Telecom Hey is TPG mobile data service in Singapore down now? I can't access to the internet with mobile browsers since around 8:30pm today, only able to go online after connecting to WiFi 🤔

  • greglow Greg Low (@greglow) reported

@TPG_Telecom I checked it out. It said 9AM. So I called at 9AM. How can I then be already in a queue that goes to 10:30AM? (For a business service)
