    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom Tpg Telecom disconnected my home Nbn yesterday for no apparent reason & promised to reconnect immediately. 24 hours since more than 10 calls.. Running pillar to posts.. Support staff is absolutely clueless and just passing the buck. Worst possible service ever.

    @GT_AUS @TPG_Telecom TPG, iiNet and Internode (amongst others) are all the same company now... iiNet has 24x7 customer support.. however does not have 24x7 business support.. as if businesses don’t work 24x7 anymore...!
