    @TPG_Telecom Signed up with an NBN plan but can't access account that you created for me as no first temporary password provided. The forgot password feature doesn't work work either? Need to fix payment settings to get internet working but can't login?

    @TPG_Telecom I could not recommend TPG any less. Absolutely horrendous, average service, left without internet for 3 weeks, false promises. Still left without a resolution. Terrible.

    @TPG_Telecom I again called the customer service #TPG they said we had prioritise your ticket, yet no action is been taken..no communication is ever from their side.. It is really frustrating to pay for a service you can't benefit out👎

    @TPG_Telecom I've had lower than expected internet speed and recently so many disruptions to my service due to outages and maintenance stops. Will I be getting any refund?

    @VikashTripathiG @TPG_Telecom Couldn’t agree more. I’ve had the worst experience with TPG. I was recommended to this company for a number of reasons. And really struggling to find a reason to stay. Dreadful

    🙄 @TPG_Telecom something is interfering with our network, NBN won't let any device connect to non 5G network. Yet NBN 5G network dropping out like crazy, nothing will load. Speed tests showing speeds up to 90mbps which I never get yet pay for 100NBN. Getting ridiculous.

    @TPG_Telecom I think something has severed the fiber optic cable to my NBN box, maybe a rat or something, can you make an appointment with a technician to come to my house to fix it? I sent a private message already.

    @Optus I’m so sorry, dealing with @Optus is the most frustrating thing ever…call centres useless, messaging service useless. I’m off to @TPG_Telecom
