@TPG_Telecom hey TPG , you probably have the worst customer service , it has been over three to resolve simple transfer of service #tpgworstserviceprovider
@MarkTLive @canarysupport TPG internet did a similar thing to me when I tried to disconnect. Kept giving me hours of phone ping pong to get onto the "right department". I got my bank to block them, 2 months later they call me "if you dont pay up we'll disconnect your service"...thanks, that's all I wanted
@Thefinnigans @TPG_Telecom It always comes back up after going down for some time. Just so annoying to have internet down when you rely on it so much. @TPG_Telecom sent out an NBN tech who came and replaced the connectors. Still an occasional problem. I think it is still the cable in the street.
TPG has stupid routes.
@TPG_Telecom @WeyHo To be fair to TPG. We have had our #NBN for 4months now and only 1 outage
@bsingharora @TPG_Telecom Simple solution go to Aussie Broadband no isdues with them not like TPG there always have issues
@TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia My NBN link down again. Seems to be down every 2-4 weeks. This is the 3 official complaint I have in as many months.
@Vexing this just in: we're getting reports from the field that TPG IS A GIGANTIC RAGING BUGGERY **** WITH AN ICE-CREAM TRUCK
@bsingharora 1/2 Our apologies for the service disruption. ADSL and NBN customers at your location and surrounding areas may experience Data and Voice connection difficulties due to an unplanned outage caused by fire damage. TPG apologises for any inconvenience. -Mc
