    Tpg Telecom @TPG_Telecom disconnected my home Nbn yesterday for no apparent reason & promised to reconnect immediately. 24 hours since more than 10 calls.. Running pillar to posts.. Support staff is absolutely clueless and just passing the buck. Worst possible service ever.

    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia our nbn is down again in Rowville again? Why does this keep happening? Always after 4pm and never fixed before midnight. When will it be up again?

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom I made that complaint 3 months ago 2023/01/02177,but I'm still waiting. I lost an exam worth 800$ and took the day off from work and your internet play up speed was 10 Mbps despite my plan was 100mbps. And you still denied to compensate.
