@TPG_Telecom What a standard (low) level response is this. I had a long chat with your support engineer who has no idea what could go wrong therefore, he raised a complain for NBN and other teams (which he did not tell me about) @NBN_Australia

@TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

So I haven't had any internet since the 7th and so far @tpg has changed my due date for it being back up twice now. From 4 days to 3 weeks to it now being down for 1 month and 2 weeks ATLEAST.

@TPG_Telecom - I’ve called, I’ve waited hours on hold to chat online, & I’ve been hung up on by a machine on all occasions. I need to cancel my internet with you at the end of the month and it seems really dodgy-bordering-on-illegal how difficult you’re making it. #unconscionable

Y’know, it’d be really cool if @TPG_Telecom DIDN’T cut out every single time I want to stream Netflix or play games online, or do anything that requires an always-on internet connection that we pay for.

My home wifi won't work so I contacted @TPG_Telecom online to fix it but the tech support chat-box keeps dropping out and sending me back to the waiting list BECAUSE MY WIFI DOESN'T WORK... 😤😤😤

I know this is a 1st world problem but it is impossible to work from home #staysafe when we have had inconsistent internet for 3 mths & no internet at all for 3days. @TPG_Telecom & @NBN_Australia are a disgrace. I have DM’d, called hotline, visited community site. No response!

Rod Sims & his nimrods at @acccgovau have clearly lost their grip on commerical reality if they still think that TPG was going to build their own mobile network... #getaclue
