    @TPG_Telecom I need my internet back up urgently you promised 24 hours and stated internet was back on while I was at work and closed ticket. I arrived home to find the internet still not working. Now I have to wait another 24 hours . Is the engineering team based in Sydney ?

    @TPG_Telecom No. This has been going on since November. You have all the details you need and have had more than enough time to fix it. I’m not wasting any more time on it, It’s with the ombudsman now.

    @TPG_Telecom Are you able to give an ETA for internet service coming back at my place? Service status page is not helpful, as I don't know what area I'm supposed to be looking at.

    @TPG_Telecom Ive PM'd the details. This is the very last time I am trying. Uniti Wireless have offered me the same service with a guaranteed IP address registered in Australia for $10 a month cheaper

    @TPG_Telecom I have a problem with these messages is the ease how spammers can send messages and it has been going on for a while. How do I block all direct messages?

    @TPG_Telecom What a frustrating experience.. 5 phone calls, 5 different people and still my simple problem can't be solved.. Just give me an ip address that is registered in Australia!!! Simple.. but no. Apparently not. I'm off to Uniti.

    @TPG_Telecom Sounds like Choice didn’t speak to actual customers! TPG don’t care that their internet service is rubbish! Or that their internet service is pitiful!
