    @kaffando @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom Weirdest thing happened to me - we had an old provider, got taken over by an AU company and was about the same. Following this was taken over by Vodafone here and service went to pot. Fast forward, when we shifted, chose a larger NZ provider - been good since joining, no issues.

    @TPG_Telecom offering free 8GB update for me and my wife mobile - Awesome news. Problem though when you pay for an updated data plan ($20) from an offer and the wife is still on the $16 so I will be paying more for the same thing and support says there is nothing wrong! ROFL

    @TPG_Telecom no internet since 1am last night. No outage in my area. Only light not displaying is the internet light, all other lights are on. Customer service technical assistance not open on Sunday!! Please assist.

    @TPG_Telecom @FabioPSchuck All my neighbors have NBN with other telcos and their internet is working ? Issue must be with TPG, please fix my connection so I can work.

    @TPG_Telecom same with everyone who Tweeted recently. Been without internet for 12+ hours. No internet light. Have tried power cycling FTTC modem and router multiple times. Have also DM my customer ID

    @TPG_Telecom Okay, a technician called me again and solved the problem. He was extremely capable and had lots of patience. Great professional. But I am prepared for the next problem as it happens all the time with this company 😩
