@TPG_Telecom you have sent me a 60Gb SIM to compensate for a HFC network issue, yet there's no way to register this SIM or contact you. I was hung up twice after phoning for a total of 2 hours, private DMs are met with tumbleweeds, and promised callbacks never happen.

@Slobbodany @TPG_Telecom It really is a joke. The only great person I spoke to on the phone was a woman who was outraged on my behalf. The men were terrible with customer service

I haven’t had internet for four days. @TPG_Telecom tech came, literally did nothing and left. Still no internet, apparent it’s being ‘investigated?? Paying money for a service you don’t get - This is absolutely on brand for 2022

@Msanefps1 @TPG_Telecom Nah mate trust, aussie broadband is the way, I would never go with anyone else. They email me when there’s outages. I’d have to call Optus (when I was with them) to figure out why my net wasn’t working.

@TPG_Telecom I am in the metro area. Can you explain what recourse there is when your sales people promise a service and then don't deliver? Can customers on the flipside just break contract just like that? It has to work both ways. This is a very poor start and u want an explanation. DM sent

@TPG_Telecom Hi team. My elderly mother has been waiting 4 days for a engineer to call her to connect her landline that’s still not working from her new connection in Dec 2021. Can someone please sort this out. 35 days without a landline for a lady who would have 3 calls a day.
