    @sapphirereport @TPG_Telecom It has been happening in my area too but there is no firm action by @TPG_Telecom other than false confirmation that issue was fixed by NBN.

    @TPG_Telecom Looking for a new internet service provider. Must say it's been a total pain in the neck moving a new number to TPG. Ridiculous repeating of the same lines, over and over. Struggling to understand the person on the other end. Wife received a call from TPG, couldn't understand ?

    @TPG_Telecom Porting from Telstra. Put in new sim. try to log in to TPG acct. Was sent a code to login. How will I receive a code on a mobile that is ported out already. Holy cow. What a dumb system.

    Happy new year to my dear friends @AppleSupport and @TPG_Telecom . Unfortunately for me I did not actually sort my problems out . Thank you just the same.I have two strokes so maybe that’s why I can’t work it out

    @TPG_Telecom OK We have lost the phone number, it was ported from Telstra, and it won't activate with TPG. Looks like it might be a REFUND and cancel.

    @TPG_Telecom @sapphirereport @TPG_Telecom : I don't think you are on top of issues. I have followed up over 100 times in last 2 months but no firm action so far.

    @TPG_Telecom 5th day with no internet due to an outage. Emails constantly stating it is resolved and then out again. No timeframe given over the phone for when we will have internet back again but apparently another 19 customers are dealing with it too. Cool cool cool 🫠
