    @TPG_Telecom Seriously, how are there WEEKLY planned service outtages? Essentially you are charging customers in this area for 30 days of service but delivering 25. That’s white collar crime. We’ve initiated an investigation with ombudsman in Australia over this. Scam.

    My ISP @TPG_Telecom have been generally responsive and helpful, but little they can do with the **** product provided by @NBN_Australia

    @TPG_Telecom This cant be true - @TPG_Telecom we have spent 5 hours on the phone speaking to 15 different operatives . No customer service #misleading
