    @Steen_Dr @TPG_Telecom We’ve been having the same issue today in wahroonga area. Intermittent disconnect in the middle of uni lectures🤨were supposed to have a planned maintenance on Sunday night but it never happened.

    @TPG_Telecom u done it again - had to stay on the call 2 hrs - my internet service was stopped today all of a sudden - my account had wrong details - escalated to the manager in charge - promised call back in 20 min - it has been over 2 hrs - no call from TPG- m without internet

    @TPG_Telecom Well, for starters it’s not possible to check a website for outages whilst experiencing an outage.

    @TPG_Telecom can you confirm that I will not have to pay any penalties if I cancel my fibre to the building network? I am trying to find in my contract where I signed up for this? FTTB was forced upon us in our building... Why should I pay to cancel? PM me

    @TPG_Telecom anyone else email gone down and tpg asking for password? I rang tpg apparently a number of people are ringing in. last time this happened I was out of emails for 5 days

    hey @NBN_Australia, can anyone explain why my fttc box occasionally (every 2 weeks or so) needs a hard power cycle to work again. internet drops, however all 4 lights stay blue. Only solution is powercycle the nbn box. cycling @TPG_Telecom modem does nothing. Is this common?
