    @TPG_Telecom @cusssen Same on phone for over 2 hrs no support very disappointing internet dropouts whole day going to ditch TPG it’s effecting my work

    @TPG_Telecom is there an outage for NBN in auchenflower QLD? I've had no WiFi for at least the last 5 hours. There was a planned outage overnight but that's all I know of.

    @TPG_Telecom The NBN technician who came to do a site inspection has sorted it. He was very proactive and thankfully, worked through the ridiculous bureaucracy to help us out.
