Everytime after we agree on something, its a different story whenever I call back to follow up. There is 0 sync of info across the support team.

Matt Clements (@dfc005) reported@TPG_Telecom Trying to link another new service to an existing account. In the end I've signed up for two seperate accounts which is a bit annoying. I've also tried to use the Linked Accounts function on the website to link the two accounts but that fails at the verify identity part.
