  • OffBeatMammal Offbԑatmammal 🇦🇺😷💉💉 (@OffBeatMammal) reported

    :( @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia @acccgovau why all of a sudden is NBN infrastructure apparently costing resellers more so we get the option to pay higher rates to keep the speeds we have? & "planned outages" have become a much more regular occurrence (but we never get bill credit)

  • matteightyate Matt Wicks 💉💉 (@matteightyate) reported

    @simonwaight @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia I had the same problem with a relocation - was on 100/40 and after moving I went to 100/20 and the ISP didn't own up to the fact that my upload speeds would change. Aussie broadband came to the rescue, was happy to pay more for better service

  • IgorRussKie Igor Velikorossov (@IgorRussKie) reported

    @simonwaight @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia I dumped them for Aussie Broadband. Never looked back.

  • Aussie_BB Aussie Broadband (@Aussie_BB) reported

    @ayksee @e_andj @TPG_Telecom Hey! It really depends - it could be an NBN issue, I would suggest you do a little investigation first with NBN (you may need to run some tests with TPG) and then if you still want to make the switch over to us, give us a ring on 1300 880 905! :) - Lizzie

    @ConkyOCE @TheyCallMeObZen @TPG_Telecom I always loved signing up and they would waive thr installation fee if you agreed to have no expectations or expect technical support.

  • BeauDeeley Beau Deeley (@BeauDeeley) reported

    @TPG_Telecom How about not reducing my upload speeds OR ripping me off for $10 extra p/month in a year when employment has been a joke because of the pandemic? How about increasing speeds & providing a solid service for even one month & how about these engineers call when they say they will?

  • abhiramsampath abhiram sampath (@abhiramsampath) reported

    @TPG_Telecom It’s down again … What’s happening??

  • Billmusk6 Billmusk (@Billmusk6) reported

    @TPG_Telecom no NBN service in Warriewood, NSW since 3pm. Is there an issue ?. Waiting on the phone for ~45 mins to ask whats going on...............

  • SaxeDavidmoon3 Bathsheeb Saxe (@SaxeDavidmoon3) reported

    @TPG_Telecom I have sent photos and spent greater than 2hrs over the telephone during 5 separate calls. I’ve done enough it’s your turn. You have until Monday or service will be cancelled.

  • TheyCallMeObZen Tarkov Task Camper (@TheyCallMeObZen) reported

    @TimPossible__ @ConkyOCE @TPG_Telecom AussieBB wasn't available at the time here. It was TPG, optus or telstra iirc. After having optus for 15 years, I'll never even look at them again.
