(This was my 2nd attempt, the person I called yday said they can't close accounts after 7PM.

Matt Clements (@dfc005) reported@TPG_Telecom Trying to link another new service to an existing account. In the end I've signed up for two seperate accounts which is a bit annoying. I've also tried to use the Linked Accounts function on the website to link the two accounts but that fails at the verify identity part.
