    comical customer service with @TPG_Telecom today. Had to explain to 3 people over 15+ mins on the phone, 3 verification codes and multiple levels of ID verification to close an account. (This was my 2nd attempt, the person I called yday said they can't close accounts after 7PM.

    @tpgaustralia @TPG_Telecom I simply asked them for the specific numbers causing the slow speed, but they haven't provided any information at all.

    @TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom No. From your interactions on this page it's 100% clear that you're trying to take all your complaints offline. I've identified the problem - fix it. Your outages report is false - it shows services are all clear. Why aren't you issuing public progress updates?

    @TPG_Telecom That is quite ok. Ignore my question. It was my new provider setting up the modem to connect me. I will contact TPG to cancel my account. Thanks for all the help in the past. Appreciate it. πŸ‘
