    @TPG_Telecom Terrible internet connection and on top of that horrible customer support..Have been waiting since an hour and I can only hear amazing useless tips on IVR..If I don't get a call back i will switch to #Origin @originenergy tonight itself!

    @TPG_Telecom is there currently an outage to internet service? NBN not reporting outage but my internet service has been dropping out every few mins all day

    @jojo1171952 @NBN_Australia Just be honest with what the issue is and what is being done to resolve it. Itโ€™s now Friday, my service provider lady whoโ€™s been very helpful (thanks @TPG_Telecom ) says itโ€™s likely you wonโ€™t be working on the weekend
