    @TPG_Telecom said they can provide #NBN to new address. Days later said new address couldn't be serviced & asked me to cancel contract. Now got a cancellation fee. #TPG/@NBN_Australia data/records were not up-to-date so I'm stuck with no #internet while WFH & a cancellation fee?

    @TPG_Telecom internet down again in post code 3064... this is a disgrace... your service is becoming worst month on month... can't even call you as you think customers don't use internet after 9 pm on weekends

    @_Just @TPG_Telecom Don’t blame u ,complain as much as u can , their telephone service is disgraceful, they keep repeating same excuses but NOTHING is DONE about it ,DON’T lay down , take them on

    @seraphya @TPG_Telecom I’ve been having issues all week in Bentleigh with huge fluctuating speeds. Tonight I have a whopping 0.60mbps and it’s not fixed itself after 30 mins. Have done all sorts of troubleshooting😭

    @Rg31d @TPG_Telecom Is there any news on Mornington 3931? Internet has been unavailable since Saturday morning and we’re not listed in your service status at all. The NBN says we should contact you for info. Thanks!
