  @TPG_Telecom I’ve already made up my mind and cancellation is in place. I’ve also already signed up my new supplier. I called up prior and explained why I was looking to cancel. The person on the phone just said “No sorry, anything else I can help you with?” I thought it very odd!

  @TPG_Telecom Done that too. He came, there was no problem in the 30 minute window he was here, so couldn’t really do much. That’s the problem: it’s unstable for days and then seems to work.

  @TPG_Telecom was told a manager would call yesterday, then today, just on hold for 45m til cut off. Terrible service especially as I’m self isolating.

  @TPG_Telecom hello! @NBN_Australia reports no outages in my area Preston Victoria, but I have no internet and have had deteriorating service for days! Help!
