  • rodrigoelp Rod (@rodrigoelp) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom Definitely not working. The NBN router has the flashing red light for link. Unfortunately I don’t have a way to log into this modem as I didn’t receive a configuration for it. Very tempted to just request my configuration from you and debug it myself

  • rodrigoelp Rod (@rodrigoelp) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom But this sucks @TPG_Telecom. Slow connection for days and after the reset it literally stopped working completely.

  • _Musie10 Musie Elongo (@_Musie10) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Hello @TPG_Telecom internet outage in Sydney South West. Please advise

  • DarkWolfized Callum (@DarkWolfized) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

So I haven't had any internet since the 7th and so far @tpg has changed my due date for it being back up twice now. From 4 days to 3 weeks to it now being down for 1 month and 2 weeks ATLEAST.

  • _producermike Michael Ciccone (@_producermike) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hey @TPG_Telecom funny how you’re ADSL service has gone to shit ever since NBN came in the area. But today there have been nonstop dropouts, and I’ve been on nonstop hold trying to talk to someone about the issue.

  • wafugee Douglas Wardle (@wafugee) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

Y’know, it’d be really cool if @TPG_Telecom DIDN’T cut out every single time I want to stream Netflix or play games online, or do anything that requires an always-on internet connection that we pay for.

  • geetcarew Geet Karu (@geetcarew) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom been a day and my Internet is still down. Need to meet deadlines bruh. Please fix it 😭

  • TheNightFlower 💧(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ 🐨🦘 (@TheNightFlower) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

  • ChipMonkMedia Lisa Monks (@ChipMonkMedia) reported from Cairns, State of Queensland

Hi @TPG_Telecom - I have been on hold half hour - my internet is down and I just want to see if the problem is my modem or there is a known problem in the area

  • markdelisle Mark de Lisle (@markdelisle) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

The DNS for @TPG_Telecom currently down. It’s why people can’t connect to the internet. Try changing to Google’s DNS.
