    WTF is going on with @TPG_Telecom internet lately? The past 3-4 months it has slowly spiralled into more and more frequent stints of patchy service. I live in a big building with reliable infrastructure that’s been 100% great for 2 years, what are you guys doing to cause this?

    @TPG_Telecom What and you are going to stop all these continued “planned outages” I would assume they are planned coz you need them. The stability has had a tech out here and techs on the phone look at it. But dm is sent nonetheless

    @TPG_Telecom The Worst Effing service has ever, been cut off for an umpteenth time when I demanded to speak senior Supervisor, You bloody well cut off my landline and then demand extra to reconnect.

    @TPG_Telecom I just signed up to Nbn yesterday and the after plugging in my modem the internet doesn’t work. I’m unable to get a hold of any support even though the line should still be open.

    @TPG_Telecom Thankfully it came back up about an hour later. I have noticed more small outages happening this year, is it a demand on the network?
