    @VikashTripathiG @TPG_Telecom We have been out of connection since yesterday and have been passed around by TPG customer service team... all of our neighbours that has TPG have no issues with their internet connection (So, it has to be the data port on our wall that has an issue) ticket#11009977

    @TPG_Telecom My internet has been completely out for over 24 hours now. Nbn website says there isn’t an outage where I am. So wondering what’s going on?

    Hey @TPG_Telecom! Stop holding me hostage by keeping my new development fee. I can't switch provider without paying $300 because it appears you never transferred them to NBN, so new provider has to request these $300 again,
