@VikashTripathiG @TPG_Telecom We have been out of connection since yesterday and have been passed around by TPG customer service team... all of our neighbours that has TPG have no issues with their internet connection (So, it has to be the data port on our wall that has an issue) ticket#11009977

Another night of flaky @NBN_Australia service from @TPG_Telecom. Though tonight we couldn’t even connect. Just give me ADSL2 back. At least it was more reliable. And the only solution seems to be “have you got the router at the right height/position?” Yes, yes I have....
