Aussie bloke - who loves dogs (@rob29bennett) reported@TPG_Telecom had a less than satisfactory customer experience today … any chance I can get some one to contact me? Just called waited for 6 minutes for an operator to answer only to have them not hear me and hang up … time to move providers I think

Ian Farquhar (@ianbfarquhar) reported@misullivan @GT_AUS @TPG_Telecom When I worked in Cisco, we had a pretty good ideas which ISPs were good, and which were garbage fly-by-nighters. iiNet used to be in the top three we really admired (and BTW, that list didn’t include any of the big three!) How the mighty have fallen.
