Good old npzman (@yourfeedofme) reported@TPG_Telecom This is something that affects all TPG users and possibly other ISPs in this country. So I could dig up the customer ID and DM it to you. However I have no idea why it's relevant since you could just simply unblock the page from the master server and then I am in that website.

Karthik Chandy (@ChandyKarthik) reported@TPG_Telecom your service has been down for at least 4 hours. NBN is fine and your IVR simply states that they apologise. No human to talk to. Can you at least provide a public message about what is wrong and what is the ETA? This is poor service.
