comical customer service with @TPG_Telecom today. Had to explain to 3 people over 15+ mins on the phone, 3 verification codes and multiple levels of ID verification to close an account. (This was my 2nd attempt, the person I called yday said they can't close accounts after 7PM.

@TPG_Telecom Hi, I have been having 5G internet issues and your support team has promised compensation before I switch to nbn. I have been waiting for the compensation 'approval' since August 2022 and the billing team has no idea if any credit from this issue can be c/f to nbn.

@NBN_Australia @n_c_oz @TPG_Telecom Joining nick on here! 2 properties are causing all this mess for so many of us!? Break in if you have to. We have had no ability to work, had to pay for extra child care costs and unable to manage basic life requirements. Every time estimate you push comes and goes! Fix it!!!

@TPG_Telecom Given the amount of times our nbn has been down over the past few months, does tpg provide the option of nbn with 4G backup? If not, is this on the cards as so many companies do it now?
