    @misullivan @GT_AUS @TPG_Telecom When I worked in Cisco, we had a pretty good ideas which ISPs were good, and which were garbage fly-by-nighters. iiNet used to be in the top three we really admired (and BTW, that list didn’t include any of the big three!) How the mighty have fallen.

    @jojo1171952 @NBN_Australia Just be honest with what the issue is and what is being done to resolve it. It’s now Friday, my service provider lady who’s been very helpful (thanks @TPG_Telecom ) says it’s likely you won’t be working on the weekend

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
