    @TPG_Telecom I am overcharged for two bills and have called customer twice. Every time they just said a billing case was created for me and refund would be processed in a week. But I never receive it. It is ridiculous to waste so much time on the call to get the money back.

    @TPG_Telecom your service for the last week or so has been flaky with dropouts at all hours of the day. I know there’s been scheduled maintenance, but it’s happening outside maintenance hours

    @TPG_Telecom customers out there may have received an email purporting to be from TPG, but it ain't. Wants you to click on hyperlinks to sort out a supposed bank-denied credit card payment. Thanks to TPG support staff for their assistance tonight. Reported to @Scamwatch_gov
