    @TPG_Telecom YPG service is horrible! I wanna cancel my mobile phone service, so I called customer service. After verifying my information, the girl said she will transfer me to a specialist.Then I spoke to the 2nd person, verifying again, and she said she will transfer me

    @TPG_Telecom Do you know how horrible your service is???? I just wanna cancel my mobile service and your service team just transferred me to one and another one, in total 7 people!!!! Verifying my information 7 times!!! Everyone told me sorry I have to transfer you to another one

    @NBN_Australia Hi Sally, my service provider @TPG_Telecom has been great with keeping me up to date on the outages, which are due to an issue with the wholesaler (NBN). I have had regular outages in the last week in my area (3094). Working off my 4G connection today...😭

    Back in February @TPG_Telecom told me that "1 day free service will be applied on 04/03/2021 making your next billing cycle from 05/03 to 04/04." Just received my latest bill & what a surprise....still no free day applied. You think we're stupid, don't you #TPGTelecom?

    @ScottMorrisonMP @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia The NBN is a complete waste of tax $$ The tech was outdated before rollout! I can't get higher than 54mbp in my new house. It's too exy for a poor speed. Perhaps 5G Internet can save us, hopefully!

    @TPG_Telecom we've been without internet for a week now and your tech has not shown up to 2 appointments and has had to reschedule 3 days later as 'that was the earliest available time' however my neighbour called up after me with the exact same issue and got his fixed next day
