    @TPG_Telecom 13 Nov contacted you to book NBN connection TODAY. Thanks for telling us today “oh NBN needs a cable so can’t do it till Dec 15.” Did you not think to coordinate all this back in Nov? Hopeless service and coordination from TPG. Long term customer not happy!!

    @TPG_Telecom NBN customer and quality of connection and number of dropouts has grown exponentially the past two weeks. Time without connection is now exceeding time connected.

    Really @TPG_Telecom, after I asked your customer service to correct my address before a parcel was sent! You still sent the parcel to the wrong address. I only found out after ringing StarTrack. Now I have to wait until the end of the day and then ring them to readdress it.

    Worst mobile provider ever goes to @TPG_Telecom. They sent me a sim replacement but it got lost for an unknown reason. And i had to become an irate customer before the send me a new one. After i get my sim i’m taking my business elsewhere.

    @TPG_Telecom absolutely disgusting service I'm receiving from TPG. Been a long term customer, did a change of address, you activated the service at my old address I moved out of. Admitted it was your fault. Now no one will help, paying for a service I don't have!

    @DodoAustralia is terrible. First of all, it's a massive pain to get set up and takes weeks even though they said it'd be much quicker. Now that I'm set up, it literally doesn't work at all! Avoid! Go with @TPG_Telecom
