@TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia 11 days no internet, 4 no show technician appointments. Customer service people sounding nervous and refusing to refer to anyone who can do anything other than offer us another meaningless appointment. What’s going on?

@NBN_Australia IV been told delays numerous times and all @TPG_Telecom say is, we will contact you when orders are being taken again. You can understand why I have 0 faith in that date or what NBN or tpg say. And if you call the #tio then it's a complaint against them and not the nbn

@TPG_Telecom My original issue hasn't been resolved but my current issue is the process. Account verification has been different every time and I'm required to verify myself 4 times to 4 different people as I'm passed like a parcel from one area to the next. Its horrendous!
