    @NBN_Australia @jojo1171952 Just be honest with what the issue is and what is being done to resolve it. It’s now Friday, my service provider lady who’s been very helpful (thanks @TPG_Telecom ) says it’s likely you won’t be working on the weekend

    @TPG_Telecom hey hey. On an internet outage. Been on hold for almost 30 minutes with no indication of length of wait time etc. Do you have average wait time available?
