    @TPG_Telecom 10 days and counting for modem delivery... unacceptable by any standard and more so pathetic customer support ..they too are lost..no resolution yet.. no firm date of delivery..

    @TPG_Telecom - 10 days that I have placed an order for modem.. no update.. not delivered the product yet. When you call customer care they are clueless too. How long will this continue TPG.. can anyone help me with an update?

    @TPG_Telecom what’s the estimated fix date for the outage? I require internet for my work and need to know an estimation so I can work out some temporary solutions.

    @TPG_Telecom Internet outage since 9 Dec After long attempts, Called customer care - no ETA for internet Can suspend the connection? - not possible to suspend in Tpg Can close the connection? - on contract (without my knowledge though with tpg for 18 months now) #TPG #NBN

    @TPG_Telecom Not able to send ptivate message the chat box remains deactivated ... I really need help and you guys are not looking into my problem at all.. calls..chat..mail..everything is done..it is your turn to act now TPG..
