@nicktrav @iiNet @TPG_Telecom Yeah, I assume emails are possible to restore but their IT support didn't know how to do it. This is honestly the problem of mergers and aggressive cost controlling - it produced scenarios where no-one at the customer-facing level can actually solve non-routine problems.

@the_scotsman_ @TPG_Telecom Actually I am pretty happy with the service. I am on a 50MB* plan and have been gifted a x4 boost for 6 months. Thats what I am appreciative of. Never has issues, never have drop outs its been sweet since I signed up. I would like this as an ongoing speed for the same $ though :P

@TPG_Telecom I’ve had no internet for the past 24hrs. Lodged a fault via your app, no response. Tried calling, you hung up on me. I need the internet for work and this service is appalling! I would like it fixed but can’t reach anyone in your support team!

@TPG_Telecom looks like there's no urgency to fix my ADSL issues. Been without internet for 3 weeks almost. And all you could help me with is a free sim card with 20gb data. You certainly can do better!!
