    @TheoKyrillidis @TPG_Telecom Try just resetting the modem, I had the same issue the other night, after the work I got like 30mbps down, after the reset it was back up to over 200

    Hey, @TPG_Telecom there was a planned maintenance outage today, but now my speed is 75% less than what I'm being charged for. I'm on a 200 Mbps plan. Please fix it. Yes, I have rebooted 2x and all the other blah blah blahs.

    @TPG_Telecom 1/2 Cancellation request 1st made in May!! A July request finally resulted in "We have received the following request for your TPG Mobile service: Request: Cancel Service Plan: Small v2 ....."

    @TPG_Telecom just got off the phone with tech support who have told me there is an outage until 6pm. No notification from you about it. Why don't you keep customers updated on social media if you can't be bothered sending an email or text?

    I've found @TPG_Telecom service to be very poor. Recently, in spprt of an elderly person who has a disability we bought a m/phone & prepaid plan. After 2 yrs, little to no use, we attempted to cancel the monthly plan. Repeated requests failed and TPG continued to deduct our A/c

    @TPG_Telecom Been having issues with our internet for the past 2 days. Speeds are fine but all wifi devices are experiencing bad packet loss (sometimes hitting 100% loss) and is causing problems with logging in to online services. Any help?
