Looks like it’s a @TPG_Telecom issue. Friend just told me he’s having issues in Brighton as well. Really makes me angry as we overpay for NBN in this country. Not good enough.

@TPG_Telecom @dadainalada Can you put that message on your support line and top of website - there is a useless recorded message saying some users ‘may’ be experiencing issues. You have turned off your support line - the least you can do for your customers is be transparent!

@TPG_Telecom my internet is Sydney not working 5G one just stopped working out of no where and the non 5G one is working but I can’t use that cause very very slow can u please fix it
