@TPG_Telecom you have sent me a 60Gb SIM to compensate for a HFC network issue, yet there's no way to register this SIM or contact you. I was hung up twice after phoning for a total of 2 hours, private DMs are met with tumbleweeds, and promised callbacks never happen.

@TPG_Telecom having way too many problems with you at the moment. My 82 year old mother doesn't have a phone that is working. Using the call back service. Call dropped out and there's has been no call back. Not happy.

@TPG_Telecom Hi, my internet connection drops out everyday 4 to 5 times a day. I WFH so now I have to hotspot from my fone to get reliable access. This has been going on for a few weeks. what has changed with your service

@TPG_Telecom I am in the metro area. Can you explain what recourse there is when your sales people promise a service and then don't deliver? Can customers on the flipside just break contract just like that? It has to work both ways. This is a very poor start and u want an explanation. DM sent
