    @TPG_Telecom As an example, I was told earlier today that the problem was resolved yesterday. It was not. Whoever decided that it was resolved did not speak to me. Instead, the escalation process was delayed (again). This has happened previously as well, and was raised with the ombudsman.

    @TPG_Telecom look I hate to swear but wtf is going on with tpg internet. 4 days ago it was terrible. Then it worked perfectly. Now tonight the wifi is on but the internet cuts out every 5 minutes. What happening????

    Having problems with the relocation of my NBN with @TPG_Telecom - when I try and ask questions about the NBN installation or my service, the call centre staff become quite rude. It’s like they are reluctant to answer my questions. Would be nice to speak to someone who can help.

    @TPG_Telecom internet down again. This is becoming beyond a joke, especially when sitting on hold for a further 45 mins also. #enoughisenough
