@TPG_Telecom What and you are going to stop all these continued “planned outages” I would assume they are planned coz you need them. The stability has had a tech out here and techs on the phone look at it. But dm is sent nonetheless

@TPG_Telecom For the last 2 months I have had “planned outages” and my internet connection intermittently not working at both my home and business at least twice a week! I have gone from recommending you to looking at leaving you!

@TPG_Telecom No way I am going put with less then 1 mbps speed with TPG’s staffs’****** attitude. Never had speed TPG promised, on the top of that getting constant disruption, can’t put up anymore.

@TPG_Telecom I have been with TPG for 14 years now, never able to fault them. Reluctant to change to NBN but now have and the issues omg. I was only on 25mbs but also 100mtrs from the exchange. They gave me this toy wireless modem that uses Vodafone, supposed to be 25 mbs, av 18

@TPG_Telecom they said I had a week to trial it, it is pathetic. I spoke to tech about my original connection and he argued it was the wifi extender. Shows a reasonable speed if you do a speed test, although upload av 1.5. Try DL something and its throttled. Real bad, new one sht
