    @TPG_Telecom You sent me a text on the weekend about planned outage in my area. But I checked the NBN co website and today’s was cancelled and moved to Friday. I have had ZERO notification from TPG of this. Why can you send some notifications and not others? Not good enough

    @TPG_Telecom is the Tiger Air of internet providers. You're sucked in by the bargain price but you don't take into account the cost of the therapy required after being abandoned at the proverbial airport by their customer service.

    @TPG_Telecom is there a reason why the internet is not working?? So slow, pages, emails etc won't load and I have work to do. It's been like this for a few days now

    @AndrewCatsaras @Telstra Ari. I had very good response from @TPG_Telecom when I reported problem with my NBN/Internet Access few weeks back. They organised a technician to come and check out everything

    Ps please don’t advise me to go through tech support again @TPG_Telecom, I just don’t want to waste any more time - I need working internet with decent speeds and this has been a problem since the get gooooooooooo

    @TPG_Telecom First day of lockdown in Melbourne and my kids can’t get online to see school work because there is no network? Also no Foxtel or gaming!! When are we likely to have internet again?

    @TPG_Telecom agents needs to learn some better way to handle customers. They don't bother if the customer is happy or not they keep disconnecting the line. Customer put so much efforts in waiting in queue for 50 mins & they keep transferring you & every new Agent keeps verifying.
