    @TPG_Telecom @mimay1024 You guys make it very difficult to understand what the hell is going on. You’re not taking calls. Your outage service says nationwide issues with a 3rd party provider, nothing specific. NBN is not reporting any service outages. Who is responsible for the issue & who is fixing it?

    @TPG_Telecom TPG my internet FTTN died about midnight. I jumped on 4G and found I couldn't log into the account (time out). My guess gremlins at the accounts / login.

    @TPG_Telecom hi Charm, do you guys have an eta yet on a resolution of the current NBN outage in Coburg/Brunswick? We’ve been without internet since about midnight & can’t find an answer on the website.
