    @TPG_Telecom please not I haven't used any service only after registration immediately cancelled as I did not required it any more and didn't receive the modem too, but still money is deducted from my account and the customer care is not responding properly and just escaping....

    @TPG_Telecom Sorry, after an hour on the phone on behalf of my customer to find he couldn't reset his password because he didn't have another email, didn't have a mobile phone and couldn't even temporarily use mine because there was no way to verify him he's switching provider. Thanks anyway.

    @TPG_Telecom something must be done they said my card details are removed from system so how come the money again deducted? Its the worst service I have seen in life. I need my money back

    Fun to see that @TPG_Telecom has an even worse password reset system than @Telstra. Didn't think that was possible, but well done being even less customer friendly!

    We’ll done @TPG_Telecom Not only did you mess up our installation at our new property but you’re now telling me it will be another week before an NBN team can come out to fix. 👏 Can you please fix this now so I can do my work?

    Hey @DodoInternet or @exetel can you help us switch to a broadband provider who will return our calls, or get us set up in less than a month? We’ve got 5 months on our @TPG_Telecom contract but they are for real ignoring us this last week

    @TPG_Telecom very worst customer service. Your CS neither help nor talk respectfully. They speak very rudely. Ridiculous! I'll never take this internet at any cost. If you don't have prpper customer service who will be interested to join. Please train your customer service reps.
