The outage status page is not clear and I have to drive somewhere to send this. Is there an outage in inner north melb? Will it be another 8 hours again?

Been trying to call customer service since the morning, long waiting time, I asked for a call back that was meant to happen an hour ago!

It appears no one is trained well enough at @TPG_Telecom I'm placed on hold for 30 min then they talk stupid rubbish for couple back on line
