    @TPG_Telecom hello, while it is unfortunate to be in a pandemic and further be in a lockdown, what makes matters worse is working from home and not having an internet connection (not even an outage in the area) and no updates from TPG in the past 12 hours.

    @TPG_Telecom Is the NBN service down? I'm having trouble connecting various range of applications including Office 365. They are all good when I use my mobile internet. Any outage going on?

    @setoide @TPG_Telecom NBN sucks. Try @launtel instead. It doesn’t stop NBN sucking but their support team is sympathetic at least.

    @StokesXandra @TPG_Telecom Wow, that sounds painful. Yeah, the blame game between TPG and NBN has already started. NBN reports that there is not been a disconnection which given this problem manifests as an intermittent packet lost/timeout will probably not show up as a disconnection. :(

    @TPG_Telecom Simply put, tell me why these issues are occurring or I’ll take my business elsewhere. I don’t pay for a substandard connection

    @TPG_Telecom I have no account, assume you are aware of the massive routing issue today ? We are an IT Support company and and have customers that use tpg/iiNet etc and all reported issues. I can see multiple responses from tpg to users about it. Assume the network team there are aware of it
