@5roosters @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Too bad! Y'all should be more careful out here; well the good news is #dexter_crackz on Instagram will be able to help you out with recovery and refunds. I was victimized too, but all thanks to him I got my asset back

  • EMacskasy Evan King-Macskasy - Proud Cave Dweller (@EMacskasy) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom We use Aussie Broadband after having had very bad experiences with Telstra.

  • chequers7 C Tan (@chequers7) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom With TPG for 10 years now and last 5 NBN in Melb metro. Have not had any issues. However if you can get 5G coverage, speed is almost as good as NBN

  • Nikbeat63 Nik I (@Nikbeat63) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom None are good, I have been with Vodafone for some time now and I have only had a couple of billing issues over the years that were quickly resolved. I also have a Telstra pre-paid for when I travel away from the east coast.

  • FKhnopff Ferdie Khnopff (@FKhnopff) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom It depends what you're after. Better customer service, user friendly access to your account, cheaper prices or access to a more reliable network? What is important to you? Each service is different as well. NBN is more likely to be about price. Mobile is about coverage.

  • RichardKGrump Richard Wright (@RichardKGrump) reported

@TPG_Telecom I know you don't care but you have lost one customer because of your lies. And I will tell the world.

  • Philip19600630 Bird Brain (@Philip19600630) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom As well, last mobile contract the sales guys talked me into some crap I didn't really need and that wasn't good value. As well as a Samsung S10, which turned out to be well below, say, a Google Pixel in speed, and way up on annoyances.

  • RichardKGrump Richard Wright (@RichardKGrump) reported

Dear Mr @TPG_Telecom, you have lost me. I won't pay my current bill because you didn't provide a service. I wanted a hobby and I have found it. To ensure no one else uses your service

  • AllanB_2019 Allan Brownsdon (@AllanB_2019) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I’m with Aussie Broadband and have no complaints. They use the Optus network but only give Optus your mobile number, SIM card ID, and date of birth. No data leak by Optus. Australian help desk with people that are more than script jockeys. Excellent internet also.

  • michael_reid_IT Michael Reid (@michael_reid_IT) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom @launtel You can provision a free 7 day trial - if you have FTTP, that can be provisioned on a separate UNI-D port on your NBN box so you don't even have to cancel your existing service. Set it up, move your router to it (or plug in a different router) and use it.
