Almost 20 days @TPG_Telecom could not deliver a modem..confusion,promises, no update, silence and frustration. Absolutely customer unfriendly organisation with fake processes being in place.. shall I go to @Optus or @Telstra now..who can help me?

Happy new year to my dear friends @AppleSupport and @TPG_Telecom . Unfortunately for me I did not actually sort my problems out . Thank you just the same.I have two strokes so maybe that’s why I can’t work it out

@TPG_Telecom I was hacked and had to cancel my bank. My TPG payment failed. I tried to update bank details online but my old mobile got the security code. I called and was sent another code. I explained it's not my mobile. Apparently, nothing can be done. Not cool.

They haven't even been debiting the agreed upon amount from my account, resulting in my internet being cut off. This is unacceptable and I demand better from a company that I am paying for a service. Don’t use @TPG_Telecom they are disgraceful #customerservicefail
