    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @jojo1171952 @NBN_Australia Just be honest with what the issue is and what is being done to resolve it. It’s now Friday, my service provider lady who’s been very helpful (thanks @TPG_Telecom ) says it’s likely you won’t be working on the weekend

Nbn isn’t worth the paper that flyer is printed on, yet you still try force it down everyone’s throat. Instead putting pressure on govt to fix the infrastructure
