Got rid of Telstra and Foxtel and signed up with @TPG_Telecom and they have been awesome. Fixed the problem Telstra couldn’t/wouldn’t fix. Internet purring like a kitten. They have RANG ME 5 times to check how things are going and had an NBN tech out to my place within a week. 👍

@TPG_Telecom I'm still waiting for you to reactivate my service, as someone disconnected it by mistake **on Good Friday**. Three hours ago you were going to call me in an hour because you needed me to be at home to reset my router. You're 2 hours (plus almost 4 days) late.

The technician said that the line to my house was capped to theoretical max of 79Mbps but the service was throttled below this. Now it’s at 100Mbps (max 127Mbps vs 79Mbps on line) which is what I’ve been paying for all along. @TPG_Telecom - not impressed!

@TPG_Telecom Got message yesterday saying internet maintenance will take place on 05/05. Internet went down at 0020 this morning. Again. And can’t access my account to see what’s going on, run a speed test, or log a fault. Also no 24/7 support for tech issues. What is going on?
