    @TPG_Telecom no NBN, no answer on your phone since 10am, logged a ticket on your app, no response. Sent message on messenger got a response asking for phone number but no call. Very disappointed, been without NBN for nearly 24hrs! Customer service is unacceptable!

    @TPG_Telecom no internet since 1am last night. No outage in my area. Only light not displaying is the internet light, all other lights are on. Customer service technical assistance not open on Sunday!! Please assist.

    @TPG_Telecom my home nbn internet FTTN connection is down in North Melbourne, Victoria. It's been down for 24 hours, what's happening?
