    @TPG_Telecom account in credit contract 1 month to go. Cancelled my wifi NBN until I pay in advance 6 months. TPG aware goverment emergency medical connection. Australian goverment communication minister allows this reported ICAC 1 year ago on the TAKE from TPG. CRIMINAL SCAM

    @TPG_Telecom I'm trying to get my internet fixed, last night I was told I'd be getting a call today, no call. Tonight I finally got in contact and was diverted to a closed department. Still no internet. Is this customer services to you?

    Sayeth @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom : "We can't detect an issue with your connection" Also NBN: "We're conducting maintenance in your area twice in two weeks" Really screams quality service.

    @TPG_Telecom what is happening in Bayswater 3153? Been out all afternoon with no comms what’s happening besides there’s an issue. Need to plan for rest of the week if it’s a long term issue

    @TPG_Telecom I checked it out. It said 9AM. So I called at 9AM. How can I then be already in a queue that goes to 10:30AM? (For a business service)

    @underthingy @TPG_Telecom Agreed, a St Lucia TPG @NBN_Australia customer here too and the reporting on this is ridiculous.
