@TPG_Telecom Has the storm affected your wireless service? My 4G light on the modem is off (usually quite bright green) and data is, at best, very slow with intermittent dropouts.

@TPG_Telecom FYI😡 ur customercare team is the worst trained staff. Since last night our nbn is down not working, after 3 attempts finally after 45 mint hold we got in but then ur rude staff was of no use and refused to Escalate call when req for manager. Our issue is still not resolved.#tpg

@TPG_Telecom what is going on?! For the last 3 days my wifi is connecting but it says “No internet, secured” so I can’t actually access the internet... is this a TPG issue???
