@TPG_Telecom I live at 576, Sutton Grange Road, Sedgwick Vic 3551. We have mobile internet as our closest landline node is 12km away so stable wire to the premises isn’t possible we are told by Telstra. Our mobile phone signal is constantly interrupted switching from 4-3G

@TPG_Telecom I was told the issue will be escalated. Can I provide some feedback about your phone reps? They should listen to customers more closely. They all seemed quite eager to pass off the call to the next rep without confirming that they understand what the customer's issue is.

@TPG_Telecom Unreliable provider, unreliable internet. I don’t know why I have to complain so much. Nothing ever changes with TPG. Just constant drop outs and bad service.
