@adnrw Have been with Aussie Broadband for… 18 months now. Seems longer. But they have been excellent. Still getting 95-96/36 on our 100/40 FTTP. Better than TPG and MyRepublic before that. Had a major problem a few months ago and they were great at keeping on top of NBN dudes.

...I've heard so many people complain about it if this is how they operate! So we're being charged for a service that isn't being provided, been lied to and screwed around while trying to get it fixed -- AND @TPG_Telecom is increasing prices, to cap it all off. Wtaf??

@TPG_Telecom Corporate have told me multiple times they can't help as e-mail is handled by the residential department, who hang up on me when I tell them I don't have a TPG email to log the fault against.

Hey, @TPG_Telecom there was a planned maintenance outage today, but now my speed is 75% less than what I'm being charged for. I'm on a 200 Mbps plan. Please fix it. Yes, I have rebooted 2x and all the other blah blah blahs.

@TPG_Telecom Been having issues with our internet for the past 2 days. Speeds are fine but all wifi devices are experiencing bad packet loss (sometimes hitting 100% loss) and is causing problems with logging in to online services. Any help?

1/5 So, sister-in-law had to contact @TPG_Telecom internet service providers to get service disconnected from her father's place after he passed away. She explained situation to person on phone. "I'm going to have to put you through to the retention department." "Seriously?"
