Michael Quinn (@michaelq) reported from Dubbo, New South Wales@adnrw Have been with Aussie Broadband for… 18 months now. Seems longer. But they have been excellent. Still getting 95-96/36 on our 100/40 FTTP. Better than TPG and MyRepublic before that. Had a major problem a few months ago and they were great at keeping on top of NBN dudes.

-
Bradley Michael Blanchard (@Rsa_Ares) reported@TPG_Telecom Whoever is thinking of changing to TPG…DONT!!! There service is terrible, they are not trustworthy. I was informed I will be receiving a modem, which I did not receive, TPG confirmed it was returned to them… Long story short - i was still charged $612.

M (@wedemandareply) reported@RichardKGrump @RobMax4 @TPG_Telecom Sadly they are all pretty much the same so I ended up choosing dodo for my cell phone and tpg for home internet. No matter who you are with, unless you’re paying top tier level, you will have slow days and NBN outages will always be an issue.

Richard Wright (@RichardKGrump) reportedDear Mr @TPG_Telecom, I hope you enjoyed your dinner. I didn't. Your idiot support fvckwit kept me waiting all night. Do you care? Of course not. I'll be in touch again
-
Allan Brownsdon (@AllanB_2019) reported@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I’m with Aussie Broadband and have no complaints. They use the Optus network but only give Optus your mobile number, SIM card ID, and date of birth. No data leak by Optus. Australian help desk with people that are more than script jockeys. Excellent internet also.
-
💧julie boyd (@jboyded) reported@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Aldi! They use the telstra network and I've never had any issue with them at all.
-
Richard Wright (@RichardKGrump) reportedDear Mr @TPG_Telecom, you have lost me. I won't pay my current bill because you didn't provide a service. I wanted a hobby and I have found it. To ensure no one else uses your service
-
George Langley (@GeorgeL737) reported@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom We’ve never had a problem with Vodafone.
-
JohnyJ@m3s (@johnyjam3s) reported@not_aldous @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I have exactly the same and have never been let down by Amaysim or Aussie Broadband in the past 4 years I’ve used their services. I previously was with Telstra and they were abysmal so much so that even today when I see their ads, I feel angered.
