    @adnrw Have been with Aussie Broadband for… 18 months now. Seems longer. But they have been excellent. Still getting 95-96/36 on our 100/40 FTTP. Better than TPG and MyRepublic before that. Had a major problem a few months ago and they were great at keeping on top of NBN dudes.

    @TPG_Telecom I've never taken to social media to escalate an issue, but I have no other choice. My husband has been trying get a new esim QR code sent to him for 2 days now. He has no mobile coverage, so can't receive text messages or calls.

    @TPG_Telecom Inner Melb 3003 is affected by very slow page loading, some completely blank pages that hang. last 2 days, but today worse.

    Don’t even use NBN - have 5G wireless but internet has been down all day. Can’t even contact @TPG_Telecom support. Ughhhhh

    @TPG_Telecom first day of your 5G home internet plan and come home to no internet for the past hour. Yes I've turned it off and back on. 1 hour wait time for support. Very poor.

    @TPG_Telecom I moved my mobile number to a different provider last month as I finally realised I had no coverage in the area I live and was paying for nothing since you moved to the Vodafone network. I just got charged again all the same. What gives?
