    @adnrw Have been with Aussie Broadband for… 18 months now. Seems longer. But they have been excellent. Still getting 95-96/36 on our 100/40 FTTP. Better than TPG and MyRepublic before that. Had a major problem a few months ago and they were great at keeping on top of NBN dudes.

    @TPG_Telecom It is constantly dropping out all the time. It has been happening for days. We need help urgently. This is impacting our jobs majorly. If TPG can’t provide a service to us, we are going to have to look elsewhere as it’s been horrible since we connected to the nbn.

    @TPG_Telecom Over two days now and haven’t heard anything and our internet isn’t working. When it works it drops out. Worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with.

    @TPG_Telecom I’ve had enough of this I have been transferred to different departments 7 times in the last 2 days and no one can help. Then when I am transferred I have to go on hold again! I’m over it!

    @TPG_Telecom Sending out credit card reminders to closed accounts means the system is broken. I’m still lodging a complaint.

    @TPG_Telecom wow.... can you please let your future customers know , that when you sign up with TPG you will be disconnected from the internet for at least 4 days ! Customer service is poor to bad . I should have never signed up.

    @Optus you probably should pay @VodafoneAU/@TPG_Telecom a commission for all the people they send to you due to their failure to provide customer service. Just saying.
