Still getting 95-96/36 on our 100/40 FTTP. Better than TPG and MyRepublic before that. Had a major problem a few months ago and they were great at keeping on top of NBN dudes.

Would like to know the outcome of listening to the call and staff member lying to me because it looks like engineer only came when he did neighbour’s issue and never was going to turn up Thursday.

Why are your team passing around one to another and putting hold for 20min? This exactly with your technical support department!
