Still getting 95-96/36 on our 100/40 FTTP. Better than TPG and MyRepublic before that. Had a major problem a few months ago and they were great at keeping on top of NBN dudes.

And everytime you drop the line & ignore the issue so everytime I have to go through it from the start. Is insane & irresponsible how you treat your customers.

Everytime after we agree on something, its a different story whenever I call back to follow up. There is 0 sync of info across the support team.
