@adnrw Have been with Aussie Broadband for… 18 months now. Seems longer. But they have been excellent. Still getting 95-96/36 on our 100/40 FTTP. Better than TPG and MyRepublic before that. Had a major problem a few months ago and they were great at keeping on top of NBN dudes.

@TPG_Telecom low speed and drop off frequently, interrupted service, poor network quality! the only thing good at is charging, no deduction for no service days and will be charging when you switching provider when already outside contract. Hard to believe such term in place.

No one else in the street has these issue except for us. We are also the only ones in the street with TPG. Looks like it’s all their fault as usual. They will lie and their service is terrible trying to help resolve issues.@TPG_Telecom

@TPG_Telecom on hold for an hour only to talk to a representative who says she’s connecting me to technical support where I’m on hold for another fifteen minutes before giving up. Our internet has been off for two days. ******* fix it. Pricks.

@TPG_Telecom Incredibly frustrating! Constant drop outs on my home internet connection mean I'm unable to do my job. And since the storm Monday last week, I have almost zero mobile phone coverage at my house, despite previously having no issues with mobile phone connection.
