The outcome of every incident that gets raised is “nothing is wrong” but then obviously there is something wrong because a proper functioning internet connection doesn’t drop out constantly

Terrible connectivity, terrible customer service, tech didn't show up when I took the day off to be home for him, then wouldn't cancel my account. So, yeah. They all suck.

I couldn’t find anything so I assumed it was either my hardware or part of that planned outage.
