    @TPG_Telecom Often. My fancy router and even provided router are working well. What is problem? I seted up as your provided instruction, but internet is disaconnected frequently. After reset, the internet is connected. It happends everyday.

    @TPG_Telecom Ah, yeah. Look, I won't be plugging into ethernet to do a test. The connection is unreliable and has been ever since switching to your NBN. And I'm over proving tech support.

    @TPG_Telecom nbn connection is not functioning, Cannonvale QLD (4802). Technical helpline says 1/2 wait to answer a call !!!. Need problems addressed faster than that. What are my options?

    Anyone else on @TPG_Telecom having issues RN. My internet keeps dropping out every few mins. Have checked NBN status and they're reporting no issue. Is there maintenance happening in St Kilda?

    I had relocated my TPG NBN 100 to a new property, TPG check the new location and promised me download and upload speed will be the same as 100/40. However they're just lying to customer!After the NBN installed, upload speed ONLY 18! Where the f is your promised? @TPG_Telecom
