@TPG_Telecom The internet connection in Kellyville NSW, is not working again. It often disaconnect. I did factory reset and followed as your insruction. After a month, it disaconnect again. It’s why I am extremely considering no longernwith TPG. Unstable internet provider.

Hate to be the person who whines on Twitter to get customer service but I've tried the usual method without success. I've got big online access issues - two days with many web services inaccessible via multiple devices. Using @TPG_Telecom on @NBN_Australia - who can help?

@TPG_Telecom Done that too. He came, there was no problem in the 30 minute window he was here, so couldn’t really do much. That’s the problem: it’s unstable for days and then seems to work.

@TPG_Telecom Ah, yeah. Look, I won't be plugging into ethernet to do a test. The connection is unreliable and has been ever since switching to your NBN. And I'm over proving tech support.
