@TPG_Telecom why do you keep loosing my sensitive personal information? Each time I call I have go through the lengthy process of being authorised as an account holder on an account I originally created. Are you suffering data losses? 5 staff members and so far no help.

@TPG_Telecom What happened? In september I was getting 108.53Mbps down and 18.90Mbps up Now I get 10.8Mbps Down and 17.62Mbps Up Signed initial contract for 100/40 not this crap
