@TPG_Telecom @LyndaWalklett Please pass this on to your Accountants, My billing rate is $60 per hour, my bill is $89.99 per month, so far you owe me at least 3 months worth of internet access dur=e to incompetence and blatently lying that the problem is at my end!

@TPG_Telecom what’s going on with your DNS servers tonight I’m sick of the disconnections over the past 3 months from no internet to can’t even watch Netflix on 1080p to times you cant load a webpage I’m paying $80 a month past 3 months has been trash service

@TPG_Telecom @IamMrTui can you give us an ETA on it being resolved? or even what the issue is? also what about reimbursements? because of covid people are forced to work from home relying on their internet for income, you have potentially cost thousands in work loss.
