@TPG_Telecom Why has my business been so impacted by the changes that were put upon me by tpg when you changed my modem out? I was assured there would be no impact and business phone now returned after 5+ days down and now I can’t get WiFi from the new modem.

@TPG_Telecom - is there an issue with your mobile phone call centre? Twice I've called - once was a callback, in which case I was called back, but there was just silence for 15 minutes. Next time, I chose to hold on and the call went through, but more silence with no response

@TPG_Telecom 3 days later still no resolution to the issues, no-one in customer service ever calls back, multiple transfers through to different people, with no-one able to resolve an issue. 10's of hours on calls. Woeful service, is anyone in charge?

@TPG_Telecom is there an outage in Glen Waverley, 3150 currently? I cannot find anything on NBN website but internet hasn’t been working since past few hours. It was completely fine until 4am. We have been on hold on phone with your customer care for past half n hour now!!
