    @TPG_Telecom I was transferred through to an endless loop of hold music when I asked to speak to a manager. The hold music did eventually end with a message saying due to high call demands we can't get to your call and call back later and then it hung up on me This is incredibly poor TPG

    .@TPG_Telecom had really let me down. I’m self employed and being on the internet is my literal job. I stream on twitch on the weekends and my uploads speed is less than 1mb... probably due for a change. What are some good internet providers?

    @TPG_Telecom Sadly we're still offline. Sounds like a cabling issue related to the power outage. No ETA Missed SLA Just not good enough when people are 'locked up' at home.

    @TPG_Telecom #TPG hey. Got a txt and email saying my credit card details needed updating as last months payment couldn’t go through. Funny that. My credit card is up to date and working. Turns out they want a diff payment instead of #AMEX. Not a big issue. Can change providers.

    @TPG_Telecom I have a ticket in, I was told it is an area outage. It I’m still stuck paying a bill with no access to internet and kids stuck with no contact with the outside world #Melbourne

    Line fault with my Internet which has been reported will take 24 hours to investigate as it has been escalated, but how long will it take to fix it? When will I have my internet back? @TPG_Telecom
