    @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom how come it’s your box that the issue is with yet we are unable to talk to you about it? Seems like a abit of double handling to me. I talk to TPG, who talk to you and then TPG talks to me again. All I know is this has been over four days without working NBN.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi Julien. If that's the case, I'm confused about why Jhoey and you pointed me towards the FTTB outage when I've made it clear that I'm on an NBN service.

    @TPG_Telecom That request was made this morning when I rang TPG to alert about the outage. What I've been trying to find out/understand all day is whether it's linked with the wider NBN outage in Melbourne TPG has had today or not (1/2)
