    .@TPG_Telecom we called you guys yesterday about our service clapping on/off for the last 4 days. they said someone will fix it in 24 hrs. i got a text with a ticket no. this morning, but nothing has been done as of yet. we have no internet.

    @TPG_Telecom I talked to 5 people yesterday on the phone and still no internet so trust me when I say this customer service is very poor and unhelpful I'll take it further myself , I don't need to talk to a 6 person just to get no where, tpg is a joke 100% should of left years ago

    @TPG_Telecom - is there an issue with your mobile phone call centre? Twice I've called - once was a callback, in which case I was called back, but there was just silence for 15 minutes. Next time, I chose to hold on and the call went through, but more silence with no response

    @TPG_Telecom I have had no internet for four days, i rang your ‘customer support’ who gave me a ticket number and said i would hear back in 24 hours and i have still heard nothing

    @TPG_Telecom really unhappy with your broadband customer "service". Your business is not for me sorry. Will be porting out this month when I find another ISP who does more for its customers.

    @TPG_Telecom still waiting for new internet connection. Been a week, received modem, but no internet. Your support team asking to speak with your independent contractor to schedule an appointment. What a bad start
