Hey @TPG_Telecom I’m a tpg nbn customer and I am constantly harassed by sms, email and phone to move to Vodafone 5G. Leave me alone - it doesn’t work in my area!!

Please help @TPG_Telecom . a couple of days ago you proised me compensation for the disruption to the adsl and phone line. and today you charge my credit card. disgusted. My elderly mother is beside herself unable to make or receive calls.

Wow.. So the issue with my internet is the router.. And @TPG_Telecom is like.. Nah you pay for a new one.. Even though it's our faulty equipment that's caused you to lose the service you are paying for.. So I ******* have to go buy a new router after I lost $400 on my old one
