@TPG_Telecom Internet outage since 9 Dec. Called customer care - no ETA for internet Can suspend the connection? - not possible to suspend in Tpg. Can close the connection? - on 3 months more contract without my knowledge though with tpg for 18 months now

@TPG_Telecom I was hacked and had to cancel my bank. My TPG payment failed. I tried to update bank details online but my old mobile got the security code. I called and was sent another code. I explained it's not my mobile. Apparently, nothing can be done. Not cool.
