It's been 2 days @TPG_Telecom since the technician came. Upstream/downstream are turning off and on... is it time to look at my account and see what was changed?????? It's not a nbn issue!

@TPG_Telecom We have had 8x phone calls to @TPG_Telecom and @NBN_Australia Today we were told we would receive an email regarding collecting our photos but it never came. We have filled in this complaint form which would be the 9th time we've had to explain the damage. Let's see what happens.

After @TPG_Telecom pulling its **** today with their surprise NBN100 upload speed halving, I hope to christ someone, somewhere is looking at the viability of an @AmberElectricAU model for wholesale intermediary/direct-to-consumer/whatever it's called reseller of NBN.

@TPG_Telecom seriously I'm being left on hold by a rep after u disconnecting my service & claiming to move me on to another specialist rep this disgusting 😤 u guys keep stuffing up my service and now just leaving me on on open line with nothing for no reason disgusting
