@TPG_Telecom my internet line is so bad, i have to keep turning off the router & the plug off everyday. This is absurd

@TPG_Telecom enough is enough. I moved from Paddington to Riverview. I transferred my plan. Was told it was same plan. Was charged $10 more per month. Then learnt you downgraded my plan. Been calling all week. No solution. Frustrating. Feels like ombudsman is only solution.

Great. @iiNet VDSL is now reduced to the 'when it rains it doesnt work' state. Im pretty sure Lesley who called me absolutely lied about the network being upgraded too. I see no evidence of that. Welcome to @TPG_Telecom Garbage.

@TPG_Telecom im glad that someone decided to mark my fault as resolved on the app... No one rang me to confirm it is(cause its not) net constantly drops out at random times. Service a++🙄

My internet has been down for about 2 hours, and I just don’t have the mental capacity to deal with it right now. So I’m praying to the @TPG_Telecom gods it’ll just resolve itself come morning 🤞🏼

@TPG_Telecom Well I was meant to receive a call yesterday from TPG. I didn’t. I called back at 8pm and miraculously was cut off while speaking to someone. That person didn’t bother calling back despite talking to them for 15 minutes. Terrible service.
