    @KrystalAmber_x @Frank_Pip @TPG_Telecom What a nightmare ughh ...If you're looking at changing providers IINETT are great, been with them for 6 years, never had an issue besides occasionally restarting the router...$70 unlimited access and fetch per month and we run up to 8 devices and never have buffering or dropouts

    Honestly having nothing but problems with @TPG_Telecom at the moment. was having internet drop out CONSTANTLY. They finally sent us a new modem because of course they “couldn’t see anything wrong”. Received the modem today - just installed for there to now be no connection at all

    Such a palaver getting automatic top up and payments sorted with @TPG_Telecom after they changed their system. Husband is on his second call to get it sorted after the first support staff we spoke to said they had fixed our payment issues, but it's still not working!

    @TPG_Telecom Dude, tech has been and gone. Confirmed the modem is faulty. You're also not "monitoring" anything - wtf?

    Three days ago someone emailed the activation team to resolve this issue in 48 hours. Now a follow up email was sent and another 48hrs given. How difficult is to get my internet activated? I'm an existing client @tpg_telecom

    @TPG_Telecom Received this message quoted: “TPG: Hi, we attempted calling but unable to reach you. Please reply to this SMS with the best time to contact you.. “. No one attempted to call me today. That’s a plain lie. Everyday your customer services reaches a new bottom!

    @TPG_Telecom why is it so hard to move an existing connection to a new address? Everyone in the building with @Optus are having no issues. I’ve been trying for 11 days now. No call backs always chasing you. Terrible service.
