@TPG_Telecom can you get your **** together? Every week your doing maintenance and now when people are trying to WFH you send out a text that service is being done today till 5pm!! I’ve never been with a service that drops out and needs regular maintenance as much as TPG 😤

Dear @TPG_Telecom, when u sell a SIM designed exclusively for roaming, and it DOES NOT ROAM, then what u do is refund the customer, not put salt on his wound by auto-renewing for another month #GiveMyMoneyBack

Gave up on my previous providers #NBN speed and moved over to @TPG_Telecom #5G 8mths ago. Paid every bill on time and then missed one payment, called for a 6 day payment extension and was told you couldn't help! Working from home using mobile hotspot because TPG_Telecom #failed😠

@lizzaiii @TPG_Telecom Actually your TPG connection has been garbage. TPG buys bandwidth off nbn to provide you a service. The sooner service providers (TPG,TLS) take ownership of this & stop blaming nbn the better.
