    @TPG_Telecom, 8 days since one of your phone agents incorrectly processed a service move request and disconnected my internet. How does it take over a week to fix something you broke in less than 6 hours? complaint reference is 11406321.

    @TPG_Telecom we've been without internet for a week now and your tech has not shown up to 2 appointments and has had to reschedule 3 days later as 'that was the earliest available time' however my neighbour called up after me with the exact same issue and got his fixed next day

    @ScottMorrisonMP @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia The NBN is a complete waste of tax $$ The tech was outdated before rollout! I can't get higher than 54mbp in my new house. It's too exy for a poor speed. Perhaps 5G Internet can save us, hopefully!

    @TPG_Telecom u done it again - had to stay on the call 2 hrs - my internet service was stopped today all of a sudden - my account had wrong details - escalated to the manager in charge - promised call back in 20 min - it has been over 2 hrs - no call from TPG- m without internet

    @TPG_Telecom This is very irresponsible of TPG to promise call back & no response for over 3 hrs- we are without internet (at no fault of ours) & it seems will have to wait 48 hrs - customer service was pathetic & least bothered abt customer problems - at time very rude & arrogant attitude
