    @TPG_Telecom For the last 3 days my connection has been yo-yoing on and off and when it's on its garbage at 400kbps. I've previously been getting 200mbps. What is happening here?

    @TPG_Telecom I'm unable to. My concern is that a high priority alert was removed from the TPG status page without a resolution (when other high priority alerts got them). I'm sure you can appreciate how this causes confusion and results in time being wasted.

    @TPG_Telecom hi daisy, phone plugged in via nbn fttn (ie. phone line > phone1 port on router, router has a cord into dsl port) but all i get is an engaged signal on handset and doesn't connect when called.

    @TPG_Telecom are you currently having mass outages because my NBN in Penrith has completely dropped out. NBN says there are no problems on their end. What is going on???
