@TPG_Telecom Our internet is down since Tuesday night (11/3).Raises with with TPG,they text me yesterday that technician will not be on site till 22/3.That js 2 weeks away. Terrible service!

@TPG_Telecom wifis been down for 9 days. NINE. I've had 6x hour+ phone calls with you, 2 of which you hung up on me for no reason. Guess it's my fault for not switching to a competent provider

So @TPG_Telecom support opened at 9AM. I called at 9AM for interruption to business service. And after 20 min delay, was diverted to the accounts team who sent me back to tech support, who said the hold time was over an hour. How is that possible if you call the minute they open?

@TPG_Telecom Why does the tpg outage page still not have an nbn outage for St Lucia. In fact why is there no nbn outage listed for Queensland? Nbn co is saying there's still 10000+ services affected in qld, surely I'm not the only tpg customer in that.
