    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Telstra is too dear. I'm looking for a telco that uses their network but offers better deals.

  • Rsa_Ares Bradley Michael Blanchard (@Rsa_Ares) reported

    @TPG_Telecom Whoever is thinking of changing to TPG…DONT!!! There service is terrible, they are not trustworthy. I was informed I will be receiving a modem, which I did not receive, TPG confirmed it was returned to them… Long story short - i was still charged $612.

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I have been using ALDI mobile for years now. I keep accumulating more and more data. $25 per month, auto recharge - it's set and forget. Uses Telstra network.

  • michael_reid_IT Michael Reid (@michael_reid_IT) reported

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom @launtel You can provision a free 7 day trial - if you have FTTP, that can be provisioned on a separate UNI-D port on your NBN box so you don't even have to cancel your existing service. Set it up, move your router to it (or plug in a different router) and use it.

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom 100%Aussie Broadband for Internet - I’ve discarded Telstra and Optus before - uselessly big - they have been brilliant since day 1 have NEVER had a provider that always exceeds the nominal line speed I pay for. Vodaphone for mobile after Telstra and Optus - quite ok

  • FKhnopff Ferdie Khnopff (@FKhnopff) reported

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom It depends what you're after. Better customer service, user friendly access to your account, cheaper prices or access to a more reliable network? What is important to you? Each service is different as well. NBN is more likely to be about price. Mobile is about coverage.

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Good choice. I detest TPG. Very bad experiences with them way back. No improvement since then.

  • Nikbeat63 Nik I (@Nikbeat63) reported

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom None are good, I have been with Vodafone for some time now and I have only had a couple of billing issues over the years that were quickly resolved. I also have a Telstra pre-paid for when I travel away from the east coast.

  • ozziewiltshire Ozzie. Pro Choice! (@ozziewiltshire) reported

    @RichardKGrump @RobMax4 @TPG_Telecom I've never had a problem with Telstra.

  • CottonPru 💦Pearlygaits (@CottonPru) reported

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom No choice, that's the issue.
