    another midnight NBN outage with absolutely zero info on the @TPG_Telecom website because it's 2021 and the internet is still viewed here as a geek novelty that no one really needs

    @TPG_Telecom got a whole 2 days without disruption and now the internet is down. Super frustrating!!

    @TPG_Telecom Also disgusting how you've put my private cst information on a public platform as well BTW Ur trying to charge me over $200 like I said disgusting as there a stuff up over one payment as the emails invoice still were not fixed and Ur cst service ppl r liars and rude

    @TPG_Telecom We have had 8x phone calls to @TPG_Telecom and @NBN_Australia Today we were told we would receive an email regarding collecting our photos but it never came. We have filled in this complaint form which would be the 9th time we've had to explain the damage. Let's see what happens.
