    @TPG_Telecom Internet, Phone down in Epping whole day. No reported outage but your technical support line is also unreachable for past 45 minutes. TPG sucks!

    @TPG_Telecom I have made a complaint on 10/01/2023 And I'm waiting for the outcome reference number 2023/01/02177. WHAT'S going on TPG is that the way to handle customer service. I lost my exam due to Your internet service and now you are denied to compensate.

    @TPG_Telecom Hey guys. Is it a coincidence that within 10 minutes of me speaking with your accounts dept about changing NBN providers down the track that my internet is now not working?? Am in St Albans VIC... 🤔🤦
