    @TPG_Telecom internet is down again for the second time this week. The website shows planned maintenance, but no comms were sent. 6 hours outage on the website! :(

    @TPG_Telecom Sounds like Choice didn’t speak to actual customers! TPG don’t care that their internet service is rubbish! Or that their internet service is pitiful!

    @dodado23 @TPG_Telecom I know so many people with the same issue. how is something like this allowed to happen? I am just so disappointed in the lies and lack of honoring a contracted service agreement...

    @TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom nbn move fail day #8. More customer initiated phonecalls, more on hold music, more "we understand your frustration". Still no NBN. Still no ownership of this issue. Still no proactivity. #tpgfail #crapservice
