  • Matt_Williams67 Matt Williams (@Matt_Williams67) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

So no problem with the number of players in rural services going from 3 to 2 but telco TPG not allowed to merge with Vodafone whereby the number of mobile players would go from 3 to...3 #joke

  • murdochsj Scott Murdoch (@murdochsj) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@allconsuming @NBN_Australia @Optus Optus is by and far the worst. Im with tpg now and it’s okay

  • meggsie79 MEGAN SAMUEL (@meggsie79) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@janetbackstage @TPG_Telecom It is actually longer than 22 hours. I first lost access at 10am yesterday. Managed to view a few emails mid-afternoon and it has been down ever since. I have no idea what work is banking up in my email right now

  • dananedmunds Dana Nguyen Edmunds (@dananedmunds) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom hi guys, internet was supposed to be connected today between 1pm-6pm. 40 mins after deadline and nothing. Help!!!

  • meggsie79 MEGAN SAMUEL (@meggsie79) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom Your status link actually tells us nothing. Just that there is no email and you keep@pushing the resolution time out.... most of us have been monitoring this all day #tpgfail

  • JLSGardiner James Gardiner (@JLSGardiner) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom Can you please coordinate with NBN and fix the service on Brighton Boulevard in Bondi. This is the 5th serious outage this year which is causing material economic damage to my business. Neighbours paying for your service are also having the same issues. Thank you

  • RK281087 Ramakrishnan NK (@RK281087) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom I need to cancel my TPG Internet with account number 6407504. Been calling customer service for 60 mins and not getting connected Kindly assist at the earliest. #TPG #Internet #FTTB

  • meggsie79 MEGAN SAMUEL (@meggsie79) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@colemanm5k @TPG_Telecom @BigPete009 OMG this outage is killing us. Issues first started appearing on Tuesday. The service was intermittent Wednesday morning & by Wednesday afternoon there was nothing. We have been left in the dark ever since with little to no comms from TPG & keep pushing the ETA for resolution out

  • JLSGardiner James Gardiner (@JLSGardiner) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom can someone please resolve the issues with my NBN. It has been almost a week this time. I have had numoutous conversations and visits from your technicians without the issue being fixed. Unfortunately this is the 5th time this year we’ve had a material outage.

  • choox75 #Jimmy🐓🏉 (@choox75) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom 'Failed to sign in to your account . Server password has been changed .Input changed password. ' I don't want to damage password on my Ipad though .

  • meggsie79 MEGAN SAMUEL (@meggsie79) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom don’t “sincerely apologise” because you don’t seem care & it is patronising. Fix the issue & give us our email back, not in 2 hrs, or 15 hours like you are currently estimating. & get real and make visible to your customers the specifics of the issue #tpgfail

  • ronakpatel09 Ronak Patel (@ronakpatel09) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom Yes it’s all working well now. Hopefully it will work for long time. Because I am having this speed issue every 2 to 3 months. Every time I need to contact your team for testing or support. Thank you for this time.

  • rohankleem Rohan Kleem (@rohankleem) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Appears to be an internet outage in Leichhardt, NBN on TPG, FYI @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia #nbn #tpg #leichhardt #connection #internet, thank you

  • choox75 #Jimmy🐓🏉 (@choox75) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

The year is 2033 I'm still waiting for #TPG to get their email shit organised.

  • meggsie79 MEGAN SAMUEL (@meggsie79) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom @Babyhire @TPG_Telecom your engineers have been apparently working on this for 24 hours now. For 24 hours I have been receiving emails for work but have no idea what issues are sitting in my inbox waiting to implode

  • iklash iklash (@iklash) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom you have the worst mobile app in this world.. can't see the data usage, cannot see the details, cannot login to account, cannot change password, cannot change the account for auto topup

  • meggsie79 MEGAN SAMUEL (@meggsie79) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@CynicalAU @Optus @TPG_Telecom Don’t do it @TPG_Telecom are terrible. At present we haven’t had email access for almost 3 days and they seem in no rush to rectify the issue. Also my NBN installation was an experience I’d prefer to forget. 15 missed appointments and sub-standard speeds

  • meggsie79 MEGAN SAMUEL (@meggsie79) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom you obviously have no idea what the email issue is or how long to fix it given you keep pushing the ETA resolution time out even more.

  • kezz78 Kerrie Barker (@kezz78) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

So I got my @NBN_Australia service installed today. The technician came within the designated time frame, was really nice and installed the cable way quicker than I thought he would. And now I’m getting 44mbps which is exactly 10x faster than what I had on adsl 🎉 @TPG_Telecom

  • dboyrees 💧DavidR🐀😈 (@dboyrees) reported

@eddielechat @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Amaysim are a great mobile phone company, but they are using the Optus network

  • johnyjam3s JohnyJ@m3s (@johnyjam3s) reported

@not_aldous @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I have exactly the same and have never been let down by Amaysim or Aussie Broadband in the past 4 years I’ve used their services. I previously was with Telstra and they were abysmal so much so that even today when I see their ads, I feel angered.

  • drobwlldiad 💧Emily 🇦🇺🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🔥💚✳️✳️🎀🐀 (@drobwlldiad) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom depends what you want, we have Kogan internet and phone data coz they are CHEAP but out in the countryside which is everywhere in Tasmania, no service

  • Ozzytourer 💧Lucky Country with A Labor Govt!! (@Ozzytourer) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom What is terrible about Telstra... Only terrible part is if you have to deal with them. The network is fine, only one that works in Rural Australia... I bought my last phone through Woolies, (heaps cheaper) & it still uses Telstra network.

  • Philip19600630 Bird Brain (@Philip19600630) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom As well, last mobile contract the sales guys talked me into some crap I didn't really need and that wasn't good value. As well as a Samsung S10, which turned out to be well below, say, a Google Pixel in speed, and way up on annoyances.

  • Philip19600630 Bird Brain (@Philip19600630) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Telstra is too dear. I'm looking for a telco that uses their network but offers better deals.

  • Ozzytourer 💧Lucky Country with A Labor Govt!! (@Ozzytourer) reported

    @blue_sti @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Network works, that's all that matters.

  • Hadfickla Marilyn Hadfield (@Hadfickla) reported

@GeorgeL737 @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Coverage poor in regional areas?

  • michael_reid_IT Michael Reid (@michael_reid_IT) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom @launtel You can provision a free 7 day trial - if you have FTTP, that can be provisioned on a separate UNI-D port on your NBN box so you don't even have to cancel your existing service. Set it up, move your router to it (or plug in a different router) and use it.

  • blue_sti Ivor Carr ✳️✳️ (@blue_sti) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom Been through all the majors, Aussie Broadband is so far delivering the service I expect
