    @TPG_Telecom @VikashTripathiG @azadsamina But not sory enough to improve hey TPG? Cust support starts at a leisurely 8am ... how ordinary for customers who pay for 24*7 and no one to contact when issues arise.

    @TPG_Telecom the @NBN_Australia is unexpectedly down AGAIN in rowville. Any idea when it will be back up again? Also any idea this has been happening so many times over the past few months?

    when i worked @VodafoneAU an enormous errfort went into fixing complaint processes & reducing TIO complaints. I've just spent 45 mins on a call with @Internode. Shocked at how bad customer service and complaint management was. ignored TCP code obligations. :( @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
