    @TPG_Telecom ID 4904297 we are struggling to just have our internet back. We moved apt. Same place, same building just change the unt And the company service are about 3 weeks just talking and no date to get the service done. They asked to change for nbn service, we already accept the terms.

    @TPG_Telecom I really appreciate your attention, unfortunately In that conditions. but if you guys coudnt provide a resolution in the next week unfortunately i would say I’ll buy internet service from another company.

    @DodoAustralia is terrible. First of all, it's a massive pain to get set up and takes weeks even though they said it'd be much quicker. Now that I'm set up, it literally doesn't work at all! Avoid! Go with @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom now I finally got@to@speak to case manager and guess what the lady said that she cannot help us at any resolution and better to cancel the connection and think about other services. That’s how they help their customers

    @TPG_Telecom absolutely disgusting service I'm receiving from TPG. Been a long term customer, did a change of address, you activated the service at my old address I moved out of. Admitted it was your fault. Now no one will help, paying for a service I don't have!

    @TPG_Telecom I just called TPG got connect after a hold of 40 minutes I could hear the agent properly and he could too but after some time pretended he cannot hear and disconnected our call. Pathetic customer services no resolution #frustation #nilcustomersatisafaction

    Really @TPG_Telecom, after I corrected my address and asked your customer service to correct it... you still sent the parcel to the wrong address. I only found out after ringing StarTrack. Now I have to wait until the end of the day and then ring them to readdress the parcel.

    @TPG_Telecom why is there no internet in the Kingsford / Kensington areas ? Is there an issue ?? There is nothing on ur outages page as per normal .. hopeless service honestly !!
