2: info. Also told that that would be a waste of time as that’s tell me the same thing. Is this what a world class service thinks is ok service - because @Telstra, it isn’t. So sick of the crappy service you provide rural customers - I can see you don’t care. @TPG_Telecom : DM me

@TPG_Telecom Fix our area Goldcoast 4218 & 4217. The internet consistently drops out, the next door neighbours are having the same problems also with tpg. Dont send me a message with whats your customer id or whatever, just get your lazy asses out here and check out the exchange.

@TPG_Telecom wtf why are you cutting my network? Don’t you dare bullshit me by pointing me towards NBNCo, they have no outage detected in my area and want me to contact YOU. WTF is going on exactly? I’m not paying $100 a month for frequent disconnections!!!

Hi @TPG_Telecom, I’m trying to close my NBN account and move to another telco after a month of poor customer service. I can’t get through on phone (line has dropped twice) or via app message. Could you please help?

@TPG_Telecom any chance you can get your engineers to sort my NBN out please? It’s been dropping out regularly for over 3 weeks now, and they’ve done nothing. The service has been hopeless. Absolutely hopeless.

From what I can tell, @TPG_Telecom's #nbn installation in the area I'm in is Fibre-to-the-Sewer. Paying $145 per month for 250Mbps down, which at no time of day or night exceeds 50Mbps. Surprisingly, the upload isn't bad, @~35Mbps, but that's why I'm paying so much.

@abhiramsampath @TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom obviously there is a problem here, please address this rather than saying only my line is broken...
