@TPG_Telecom ID 4904297 we are struggling to just have our internet back. We moved apt. Same place, same building just change the unt And the company service are about 3 weeks just talking and no date to get the service done. They asked to change for nbn service, we already accept the terms.

Really @TPG_Telecom, after I corrected my address and asked your customer service to correct it... you still sent the parcel to the wrong address. I only found out after ringing StarTrack. Now I have to wait until the end of the day and then ring them to readdress the parcel.

@TPG_Telecom 13 Nov contacted you to book NBN connection TODAY. Thanks for telling us today “oh NBN needs a cable so can’t do it till Dec 15.” Did you not think to coordinate all this back in Nov? Hopeless service and coordination from TPG. Long term customer not happy!!

@TerryFromAus @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia I’m still experiencing the issue in my house. Are you in the belco area? On the NBN website it once appeared that the issue would be fixed before 5:30pm, now I think we might not get internet until tomorrow hey.

Used to back @TPG_Telecom to the hills! But now two unstable connections in three weeks in beyond the joke. Was polite on the phone but ugh just continually hear we'll escalate high sucks.

@TPG_Telecom NBN customer and quality of connection and number of dropouts has grown exponentially the past two weeks. Time without connection is now exceeding time connected.
