@TPG_Telecom ID 4904297 we are struggling to just have our internet back. We moved apt. Same place, same building just change the unt And the company service are about 3 weeks just talking and no date to get the service done. They asked to change for nbn service, we already accept the terms.

Please help @TPG_Telecom . a couple of days ago you proised me compensation for the disruption to the adsl and phone line. and today you charge my credit card. disgusted. My elderly mother is beside herself unable to make or receive calls.

Wow.. So the issue with my internet is the router.. And @TPG_Telecom is like.. Nah you pay for a new one.. Even though it's our faulty equipment that's caused you to lose the service you are paying for.. So I ******* have to go buy a new router after I lost $400 on my old one
