Same place, same building just change the unt And the company service are about 3 weeks just talking and no date to get the service done. They asked to change for nbn service, we already accept the terms.

The hold music did eventually end with a message saying due to high call demands we can't get to your call and call back later and then it hung up on me This is incredibly poor TPG
