@TPG_Telecom I really appreciate your attention, unfortunately In that conditions. but if you guys coudnt provide a resolution in the next week unfortunately i would say I’ll buy internet service from another company.

@TPG_Telecom ID 4904297 we are struggling to just have our internet back. We moved apt. Same place, same building just change the unt And the company service are about 3 weeks just talking and no date to get the service done. They asked to change for nbn service, we already accept the terms.

7. 4 days since our no show appointment, we now approach the 4 week mark of no internet. Still no information from either @TPG_Telecom or @NBN_Australia as they continue to bounce us from one to the other, to avoid actually making an effort to rectify this issue.

@TPG_Telecom We called and the reply was generic it is for selected customers. Indirectly I was told you won’t give me discount of 5$ and add 100Mbps because you are already getting 89$ from us. We will move elsewhere if you can’t be fair with what you are offering to a customer of 2 yrs.

@TPG_Telecom has the worst customer service I've experienced so far. Worst than Telstra and that's something not easy to achieve. I will do my best to spread the word so they can lose as many clients as possible

@TPG_Telecom I restarted my router again a couple hours ago, and I'm back to stable connection, but I also had this same problem yesterday, having to restart then, too. This router has had no problems in the 6 months I've had it.
