Aussie Tech Guy (@NetworkDevOps) reportedJust had the worst customer experience with @TPG_Telecom They suggested I replace my router without even troubleshooting the issue, then charged me for it. After further investigation, they found the problem was not with the router. #badcustomerservice #neverusingTPGagain

🌎veritas liberabit vos 🌳🌳🌳💧💧💧🌸 (@dynamat) reported@TPG_Telecom DM sent; but the responses are nonsensical, irrational and infuriatingly ignorant. Whoever is doing the corresponding cannot understand the basic logic that I cannot access my MFA 'protected' account because there is no mobile netowork coverge at the service location.

Annie (@handmadebyagirl) reportedI’ve had it with @TPG_Telecom Why is it when they want our business their services are seen as vital but when something is wrong we are expected to suck it up & go without the service we pay for? Time to find new provider I think

Matt Clements (@dfc005) reported@TPG_Telecom Trying to link another new service to an existing account. In the end I've signed up for two seperate accounts which is a bit annoying. I've also tried to use the Linked Accounts function on the website to link the two accounts but that fails at the verify identity part.
