.@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

@TPG_Telecom now I finally got@to@speak to case manager and guess what the lady said that she cannot help us at any resolution and better to cancel the connection and think about other services. That’s how they help their customers

Really @TPG_Telecom, after I asked your customer service to correct my address before a parcel was sent! You still sent the parcel to the wrong address. I only found out after ringing StarTrack. Now I have to wait until the end of the day and then ring them to readdress it.

@TPG_Telecom What a pathetic service we are experiencing. It is been a month but no resolution, long hold for 3 hours still no resolution. The customer service is pathetic. A tech came to our place and doesn’t understand where and what to install. All are data is finishing off

Worst mobile provider ever goes to @TPG_Telecom. They sent me a sim replacement but it got lost for an unknown reason. And i had to become an irate customer before the send me a new one. After i get my sim i’m taking my business elsewhere.
