@TPG_Telecom @NSWFairTrade and that was the condition to forced agree to cancel. However, the disconnection happened few hours later.

@TPG_Telecom Will do, and would appreciate your help as we have been in touch with your tech support multiple times every day for the last few days. I understand the problem is on the @NBN_Australia end ... but we do need an update on ETR to plan for work/social commitments.
