    I just switched from @Optus to @TPG_Telecom 1 week ago. I ordered my NBN and the modem has arrived, but no one came to instal it after few days. The bloody customer service is terrible, worst than @Optus!! I had to be in chatRoom in line, ticket number 600 and after 9 hours...

    @No2Dogma @SecuLawyer @TPG_Telecom You are lucky mate. I’ve never had anything close to that. Sometimes after restarting I can get as high as 10Mb but lately can’t even get that.

    @pwwingman @ms_michellelaw Ditto. ADSL over Telstra copper. TPG tech visited today. Signal attenuation both inside and outside the house. Frequent drop-outs. :( Had to use mobile tethering for the last few days.

    @IanNearhos @Telstra @TPG_Telecom @iiNet Been very happy with @Aussie_BB, great customer service. Even when we had bad teething problems with NBN (not Aussie's fault) they were very good at pursuing solutions.

    Poor choice to change from @exetel NBN to TPG Fibre to the Basement. Service drops out every few hours. It’s cheaper - but I’d rather pay more and get a solid service.

    @CripsyAU @NBN_Australia You are lucky i am still struggling between NBN and TPG and the internet stopped since 20/5/2020 still waiting for easy solution when the technician installed my NBN modem he recorded wrong serial number and now we waiting the NBN to update the number and register the port 16days
