@TPG_Telecom occasionally stuffing up when you least expect it is the worst. No I don't want to wait 24 hours to be contacted by the engineering team...Grrr
@TPG_Telecom I phoned at 2pm this afternoon. Not going to jump the queue. But ugh didn't realised TPG went down high this bad.
Used to back @TPG_Telecom to the hills! But now two unstable connections in three weeks in beyond the joke. Was polite on the phone but ugh just continually hear we'll escalate high sucks.
@TPG_Telecom I have lost internet access for whole day, NBN service. Called service desk and waiting queue is 2 hours.
@TPG_Telecom The NBN technician who came to do a site inspection has sorted it. He was very proactive and thankfully, worked through the ridiculous bureaucracy to help us out.
@Eagles_AVS_ @TPG_Telecom Hi Ryan. Last year we identified an issue with a component in some of our Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) Network Connection Devices (NCD) that caused some devices to fail under certain conditions in areas prone to lightning. 1/2
@TPG_Telecom 13 Nov contacted you to book NBN connection TODAY. Thanks for telling us today “oh NBN needs a cable so can’t do it till Dec 15.” Did you not think to coordinate all this back in Nov? Hopeless service and coordination from TPG. Long term customer not happy!!
@TerryFromAus @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia I’m still experiencing the issue in my house. Are you in the belco area? On the NBN website it once appeared that the issue would be fixed before 5:30pm, now I think we might not get internet until tomorrow hey.

@TPG_Telecom have removed the ACT outage form their service status website, despite the outage remaining ongoing since 2pm 🙃 Wonder if @NBN_Australia knows what the issue is?
