    @TPG_Telecom hi I have checked status on your website and no reported issues in my area, however our internet is constantly dropping out over last few weeks, modem constantly loses internet light and has to be reset

    @TPG_Telecom I was transferred through to an endless loop of hold music when I asked to speak to a manager. The hold music did eventually end with a message saying due to high call demands we can't get to your call and call back later and then it hung up on me This is incredibly poor TPG

    @NBN_Australia Thank you for your reply. I contacted my service provider TPG and they are saying they have requested for pre order of HFC box on my behalf to NBN in March 2021. But still waiting to hear from you guys... looks like this will continue for ever... @TPG_Telecom

    Day 4 of no internet upload speed thanks to @TPG_Telecom I have contacted #AussieBroadband based on recommendations so that I can change my ISP. Smaller companies don’t treat you as a number in a queue and treat your matter as urgent..& it is for me as on online content producer
