    @TPG_Telecom tpg has got to be the worst isp I have ever had the displeasure of using. At the rate that you're services go down I'd be better off spending my money elsewhere. Absolute garbage internet service provider

    I actually think @TPG_Telecom wireless 4G wifi has to be some of the worst wifi I’ve ever used It completely disconnects from my devices randomly when I’m trying to do something. It’s just disconnected from my phone 5 times in the past hour

    @TPG_Telecom Trying to link another new service to an existing account. In the end I've signed up for two seperate accounts which is a bit annoying. I've also tried to use the Linked Accounts function on the website to link the two accounts but that fails at the verify identity part.

    when i worked @VodafoneAU an enormous errfort went into fixing complaint processes & reducing TIO complaints. I've just spent 45 mins on a call with @Internode. Shocked at how bad customer service and complaint management was. ignored TCP code obligations. :( @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom terrible customer service team. Despite emailing multiple times regarding no service on my simcard, your team has now deactivated my number. I need a call back, this is extremely troublesome. #simbasg #tpgsg #simbatpg

    @TPG_Telecom @DuncanMcNab I live in inner west Sydney. Keep getting this message before retrying: "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site." Slow, slow, slow.
