    Following your instructions but sadly with poor @Optus mobile reception & poor @TPG_Telecom internet- it’s a very slow process and could have saved me a lot of time if the engineer had done an effective job in the first place...

    What a joke TPG support is... they have now moved to online “chat” for support but after 2 hours waiting still no response. Paying for 45mbps and lucky to be getting 2 to 3 MBPS. Would not recommend TPG at this time !!

    @TPG_Telecom Thanks! It took me almost three hours to finally connect and talk to the Customer Service. The online chat service isn't really effective and I couldn't do the plan change by myself, the web page kept crashing. But it's sorted now.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi Mae. Thank you for replying. Yes the outages page from NBN does say there’s an incident for my address. The frustration is that there is no clear information on what the issue is or an estimated timetable provided to the ISP nor the customer.

    @NBN_Australia is there any way to get more details or information on a current outage? According to @TPG_Telecom, the last update provided to them was three hours ago and it didn't provide any additional information. I need to work whilst in lockdown.

    @abelotti @TPG_Telecom If they're like @Kogan NBN, then they won't credit all customers pro rata for each day they're affected by downtime, they'll only credit those customers who file a complaint, but they won't reimburse customers for the time they have to waste filing the complaint.
