Now I don’t want anyone to come out to fix it bc I know you guys can fix it from there. My mate had the same problem and they fixed over the internet. Pls lmk what happens

The phone call comes through after 5:30pm, Rings once and then hangs up. I’m now on the phone with you for the 18th day in a row. This is disgusting customer service.

Michael Wu (@mushroompanda) reported@JamesGreenhal20 @TPG_Telecom I was with iiNet for many years and when they were purchased by TPG, the customer support got noticeably worse after a few years. $ABB.AX and $SLC.AX both have great customer service and run their own fibre. Very little reason to stay with the big telcos.
