    @TPG_Telecom How do I report our company website as being SAFE to Optus? We had an issue a few wks ago and all problems have been resolved. It is now 100% clean as indicated by Google & 90+ Virus Security Site checkers. It's still being blocked by Optus / Costing us $10K a week!

    Don’t even use NBN - have 5G wireless but internet has been down all day. Can’t even contact @TPG_Telecom support. Ughhhhh

    @TPG_Telecom @VikashTripathiG @azadsamina But not sory enough to improve hey TPG? Cust support starts at a leisurely 8am ... how ordinary for customers who pay for 24*7 and no one to contact when issues arise.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
