Matt James (@MattJamesAus) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@TPG_Telecom Turns out it was a billing issue due to a cancelled card but the walled garden wasn’t making it through our security gateway, ping tests were working though so that’s where the confusion was. Be nice if you guys sent a couple of SMS warning service is getting suspended or paused.

The technician came within the designated time frame, was really nice and installed the cable way quicker than I thought he would. And now I’m getting 44mbps which is exactly 10x faster than what I had on adsl 🎉 @TPG_Telecom

That’s a totally separate issue to having to wait 2.5 WEEKS for an internal port that was meant to take “2-4 hours”.
