    @TPG_Telecom had a less than satisfactory customer experience today … any chance I can get some one to contact me? Just called waited for 6 minutes for an operator to answer only to have them not hear me and hang up … time to move providers I think

    @NBN_Australia @jojo1171952 Just be honest with what the issue is and what is being done to resolve it. It’s now Friday, my service provider lady who’s been very helpful (thanks @TPG_Telecom ) says it’s likely you won’t be working on the weekend

    @TPG_Telecom I have been using Tpg since Oct 2014 and I feel disappointed with the quality of service for such a simple matter.
