Had to explain to 3 people over 15+ mins on the phone, 3 verification codes and multiple levels of ID verification to close an account. (This was my 2nd attempt, the person I called yday said they can't close accounts after 7PM.

How the mighty have fallen.

Shocked at how bad customer service and complaint management was. ignored TCP code obligations. :( @TPG_Telecom

We’ve called you 5 times without resolution. 5 times we’ve been told it’s been escalated. You’ve over charged us for 6mths. What will change now ? We are contacting ombudsman tomorrow
