    So I haven't had any internet since the 7th and so far @tpg has changed my due date for it being back up twice now. From 4 days to 3 weeks to it now being down for 1 month and 2 weeks ATLEAST.

Also that said person works for TPG rather than is simply a customer.

    @TPG_Telecom Definitely not working. The NBN router has the flashing red light for link. Unfortunately I don’t have a way to log into this modem as I didn’t receive a configuration for it. Very tempted to just request my configuration from you and debug it myself

    I am super surprised to experience the quality of broadband in (or around) Sydney -- it still gets disconnected at least 5 times a week. @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom, I'd highly recommend you both to get a better management because it sucks and it really does.

    With @TPG_Telecom When you are moving home please make sure that you cancel the sercive on your old address since they will still bill you if the change of address does not happen...

    @TPG_Telecom We are being told this maintenance is connected to the issue we’ve been having ever since our NBN was connected. This is about the 12th @NBN_Australia technician that has come out. They all blame each other. It’s disgraceful. And I’m yet to be contacted by TPG re: compensation...
