    @TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom No. From your interactions on this page it's 100% clear that you're trying to take all your complaints offline. I've identified the problem - fix it. Your outages report is false - it shows services are all clear. Why aren't you issuing public progress updates?

    @TPG_Telecom mobile services for standalone accounts in southern Tas have been out since 3pm yesterday. No comments from you about the cause or when service will be restored. Poor.

    @TPG_Telecom Internet, Phone down in Epping whole day. No reported outage but your technical support line is also unreachable for past 45 minutes. TPG sucks!
